高效液相色谱法测定糕点和果汁中纳他霉素的方法学验证卢 薇,周美丽(宝鸡市食品药品检验检测中心,陕西宝鸡721000)摘 要:为了验证宝鸡市食品药品检验检测中心是否有能力开展纳他霉素新方法《食品安全国家标准食品中纳他霉素的测定》(GB 5009.286—2022)的检测项目。
本文使用高效液相色谱仪,对糕点和果汁中纳他霉素进行分析,外标法定量,验证了本方法的线性关系、方法检出限、精密度和回收率。
结果表明,纳他霉素在0.5~10.0 μg·mL-1呈现良好的线性关系,方法检出限、精密度和回收率均能达到标准方法要求。
因此,本实验室具备检测纳他霉素的能力。

This article uses a high-performance liquid chromatography to analyze natamycin in pastries and fruit juice. The external standard method is used for quantification to verify the linear relationship, detection limit, precision, and recovery rate of this method. The results showed that natamycin exhibited a good linear relationship within the range from 0.5 μg·mL-1 to 10 μg·mL-1, and the detection limit, precision, and recovery rate of the method can meet the requirements of the standard method. 2 实验室检测技术能力2.1方法原理及适用范围本方法用正己烷萃取水中邻苯二甲酸二甲(二丁、二辛)酯,萃取液经过无水硫酸钠干燥后,用浓缩器浓缩,以正己烷定容,通过具有紫外检测器的高效液相色谱仪进行测定。
以保留时间定性,外标法定量。
2.2样品的采集和保存2.2.1样品的采集用玻璃采集样品,在灌瓶前用需采集的水将采样瓶冲洗三次。
2.2.2样品的保存采集水样全部置于250ml分液漏斗中,取10ml正己烷,冲洗采集瓶后,倒入分液漏斗中,手工振摇5min,静置30min,先将水相放入一干净的烧杯中,再将有机相通过上面装有烘过的无水硫酸钠漏斗,接至浓缩瓶中。
将水相倒回分液漏斗中,以同样的步骤再萃取一次。
弃去水相,有机相通过原装有无水硫酸钠的漏斗仍接到装有第一次萃取液的浓缩瓶中,再用少量正己烷洗涤分液漏斗和无水硫酸钠,接至原浓缩瓶内,在70-80℃水浴下浓缩至1ml以下,定容至1ml,备色谱分析用。
2.2.3样品的预处理将100mL水样全部置于250mL分液漏斗中,取10mL正己烷,冲洗采样瓶后,倒入分液漏斗中,手工振摇5min(注意放气!)静置30min。

中国移动通信信息资源站实体与互联网短消息网关(ISMG)接口协议(CMPP)V1.1中国移动通信集团公司2000/11/29--------------------------------------------------------------------------------编制说明本规范为中国移动通信集团公司企业规范,规定信息资源站实体与互联网短消息网关的应用层接口协议。
本协议版本为1.1版。
略缩语ISMG Internet Short Message Gateway 互联网短消息网关SMPP Short Message Peer to Peer 短消息点对点协议CMPP China Mobile Peer to Peer 中国移动点对点协议TLS Transport Layer Security 传输层安全SMC Short Message Center 短消息中心网络结构因特网SC业务中心即ISMG记录了全网的SMC的位置,要求ICP的功能实体向ISMG发CMPP_SUBMIT消息,由ISMG将消息转发到某SMC上。
同时,SMC 也可向ISMG发送短消息,由ISMG发送给相应的ICP。
维护管理中心对ISMG进行管理。
CMPP功能CMPP用以建立短消息中心和ICP之间的通路,业务和信息的提供由ICP完成。
可以为实现移动数据增值业务提供服务,例如以下业务:Email通知、语音信箱通知、Internet发短消息、移动台发Email、催费通知、自动综合业务信息台(信息点播业务,主要有:天气预报、股票信息、航班信息等)。
以下以Email通知业务为例,讲述信息的流程:某因特网的用户向ICP的Emai l Server发送一封Email。
ICP的POP3 SERVER激活过滤进程,如果该用户申请了Email通知业务,则过滤进程将用户登记的手机号码取出,将Email的标题取出,绑定在CMPP_SUBMIT消息中,发送给ISMG。

XX银行上海业务营运中心工程拟建场地岩土工程勘察报告一、前言㈠工程概况XX银行拟在浦东华东路以东、张家浜以北地块内筹建XX银行上海业务营运中心工程。
该工程由1幢数据能源中心、1幢科技研发中心、1幢行政管理中心、1幢后勤培训中心、一幢中央地下车库、2幢专家楼及附属建筑物组成,总建筑面积约9.2万平方米,设计工作由XX土工程详细勘察。
㈡拟建建(构)筑物性质及主要技术要求各拟建物平面形状、位置见“勘探点平面位置图”,其工程性质及主要技术要求详见表1。

根据国家标准《岩土工程勘察规范》(GB50021-2001)第3.1节,本工程工程重要性等级为一级,场地复杂程度等级为二级(中等复杂场地),地基复杂程度等级为二级,岩土工程勘察等级为甲级。
㈢勘察目的及执行的主要技术标准本次勘察目的在于根据拟建工程的技术要求和特点,按照有关规范和规程的规定,详细查明拟建场地的岩土工程条件,并进行综合分析与评价,为基础的设计、施工提供地质依据。
具体所要解决的重点技术问题如下:1、查明场地勘察深度范围内地基土的分布规律,提供各土层物理力学性质指标;2、选择天然地基及桩基持力层,分别提供天然地基承载力设计值/特征值和桩基设计有关计算参数及单桩极限承载力标准值/单桩竖向承载力设计值、特征值;3、拟建场地20.00m深度范围内若遇成层的饱和砂质粉土或砂土时,须判别其液化可能性,并确定场地液化等级;4、查明场地内地下水的埋藏条件及变化状况,确定地下水和地基土对混凝土基础的腐蚀性;5、查明不良地质现象并确定其分布范围、深度及其物质组成;6、评述基坑支护结构影响深度范围内的土层埋藏条件、分布和特性,并进行综合分析评价,提供支护结构设计和施工所需的各项参数;7、评价拟建场地稳定性及适宜性。
在该工程的勘察工作中,执行的主要规范和标准如下:1、国家标准《岩土工程勘察规范》(GB50021-2001);2、国家标准《建筑地基基础设计规范》(GB50007-2002);3、国家标准《建筑抗震设计规范》(GB50011-2001);4、国家标准《土工试验方法标准》(GB/T50123-1999);5、国家标准《工程测量规范》(GB50026-93);6、国家标准《工程建设标准强制性条文》(房屋建筑部分2002年版);7、行业标准《建筑桩基技术规范》(JGJ94-94);8、行业标准《静力触探技术标准》(CECS04:88);9、上海市工程建设规范《岩土工程勘察规范》(DGJ08-37-2002)[简称《上海岩土规范》];10、上海市工程建设规范《地基基础设计规范》(DGJ08-11-1999)[简称《上海地基规范》];11、上海市工程建设规范《建筑抗震设计规程》(DGJ08-9-2003);12、上海市工程建设规范《岩土工程勘察文件编制深度规定》(DGJ08-72-98);13、上海市工程建设规范《地基处理技术规范》(DGJ08-40-94);14、上海市工程建设规范《岩土工程勘察外业操作规程》(DG/TJ08-1001-2004);15、上海市工程建设规范《基坑工程设计规程》(DGJ08-61-97)。
㈣勘察采用手段、方案布置与完成工作量本次勘察采用的勘察手段有:钻探取不扰动土样、静力触探试验、标准贯入试验、十字板剪切试验、现场注水试验、小螺纹钻探查、工程测量及室内土工试验分析。
根据设计及规范要求,本次勘察,对整个场地采用网格状布孔,勘探孔间距均控制在35m 之内。
在拟建建筑范围内布置了小螺纹孔,孔距不大于15m。
钻探机型号为SH-30型,以泥浆护壁回旋钻进,每一回次进尺不大于2m。
采用自由敞口取土器及薄壁取土器,砂性土用环倒取土器,用锤击法或压入法取土,土样等级为Ⅰ~Ⅱ级。
标准贯入试验在砂土和粉土中进行,在20.0m深度范围内,标贯间距为1.0~1.5m;20.0m深以下,标贯间距为2.0m,并在标贯器内取扰动土样进行颗粒分析试验。
静力触探试验采用15cm2单桥探头,探头编号为:3724,标定系数为:3.8887KPa,自动记录。
各勘探孔根据拟建场地设立的坐标点,采用全站仪进行测放,小螺孔根据地形、地物和技术孔的相对位置,采用丈量法进行施放。
施工结束后测定各勘探孔孔口高程。
各勘探孔位置见“勘探点平面布置图”。

Wp、WL 300组小螺纹孔共200只;总进尺685.40m。
颗粒分析163组十字板试验孔20.0m×3只Φ、C(直剪固快) 295组注水试验孔20.0m×3只固结试验a、Es 304组标贯次数63次。
Kv/Kh 24/24取不扰动土样397件。
qu/qu’24/11取扰动土样63件。
水准测量252点。
㈤高程系统及高程引测依据孔口标高均采用吴淞高程系统,由甲方提供的水准留点H1引测而得,该水准点位于场地西北角华东路绿化内,其绝对高程值为3.922m。
二、场地岩土工程条件㈠地形、地貌该拟建场地位于浦东张江高科技园区,为长江三角洲入海口东南前缘,其地貌属于上海地区四大地貌单元中的滨海平原类型。
拟建场地地形基本平坦,实测各勘探点的孔口地面标高在2.68~3.50m之间,高差0.82m。
㈡地基土的构成与特征本次最大勘察深度为60.45m,在此深度范围内所揭遇的地基土主要由粘性土和粉性土构成。
从其结构特征、土性不同和物理力学性质上的差异可划分为6层和分属不同层次的亚层,拟建场地属古河道分布区,受其切割,缺失第⑥层暗绿色粉质粘土层,其地质时代、层号和成因类型见下表3,各层地基土的特征详见“地层特性表”和“钻孔柱状图”。

其结果详见“土层物理力学性质参数表”,并说明如下:1、表中给出的各项指标为算术平均值、最大值、最小值,设计时可根据安全使用情况,结合统计参数酌情采用。
2、表中固结快剪试验确定的地基土内摩擦角Φ和粘聚力C 为峰值抗剪强度指标。
3、静探比贯入阻力Ps 的场地平均值为最小平均值。
4.标准贯入试验击数N 为实测值。
5、地基承载力特征值是根据国家标准《建筑地基基础设计规范》(GB50007-2002)第5.2.3条确定,而地基承载力设计值是根据《上海地基规范》第4.2.3~4.2.4条规定计算,并结合静探指标和勘察经验综合确定。
地基承载力设计值的假定计算条件为条形基础,基础宽度1.50m 、基础埋深1.00m 、地下水位埋深0.50m ,各层土地基承载力设计值f d /特征值f ak 见表4。

㈣地下水该拟建场地浅部土层中的地下水属于潜水类型,其水位动态变化主要受控于大气降水和地面蒸发,并和场地南侧张家浜有水力联系,本次勘察期间,实测取土孔内的地下水静止水位埋深在0.35~1.10m 之间,相应标高为2.95~3.94m 。
根据《上海岩土规范》第11.1.1条,上海市常年水位埋深0.5~0.7m ,低水位为1.50m,在该工程的建筑设计时,对天然地基承载力计算、抗浮验算时可采用高水位埋深值(0.50m ),对桩基布桩设计及沉降计算时可采用低水位埋深值(1.50m )。
本次勘察,拟建场地有⑤2及⑦层承压含水层分布,。
根据《上海岩土规范》第11.1.2条,上海地区浅部微承压水和深部承压水水位,一般均低于潜水水位,年呈周期性变化,埋深3.0~11.0m ,由于本场地⑤2层承压含水层埋深为32左右,⑦层承压含水层埋深为49m 左右,可不考虑其对基坑工程的影响。
根据本工程采取的G1、G5、G17孔水质分析资料成果(见“水质分析报告”),按照国标《岩土工程勘察规范》(GB50021-2001)表12.2.1~2中的有关条文,判别场区地下水水质对混凝土无腐蚀性;拟建场地地下水位较高,根据工程经验,地下水与地基土在对混凝土腐蚀性具有一致性,因此场地中的地基土对混凝土也无腐蚀性。
