本单元主要三个学习课组成。

19课主要描述人的衣着;20课主要谈论不同场合所穿的不同衣服;22课主要谈论衣物、鞋子的尺码。

本课为本单元的第一课的教学内容。

对于衣物学生们并不陌生,通过5年的学习,学生积累了大量的有关衣物的词汇(hat, coat, dress, tie, pajamas, trousers, jeans, shirt, T-shirt, shorts, skirt, jacket, shoes, socks)。

描述衣物本课还用到了有关颜色的单词,学生同样有大量积累(red, yellow, blue, green, brown, black, white, pink, purple, orange, grey). 本课的新增词汇有suit, a denim skirt, a hoody和pajamas.因为单词的压力较小,本设计中重在通过大量任务,使学生由浅入深的掌握本课的语言结构,从而最终能够动笔写出一年四季的不同穿着。

(由于我所交的班级是一所农村小学,学生大多数住的是民房,因此一般情况下在家和在外的着装没有大的区别,所以我将教材最后谈论在家和在学校的着装区别,改成了设计一年中不同季节的衣着,紧密联系学生实际。

由于有生活实践,设计起来难度会大大降低。
