Dear Mr Yang
With regard to the banquet tomorrow, we have sent out 126 invitations and have 98 people attending. Please see attachment for names.
The hotel is booked and Wen Honglu, the Food and Beverage Manager, is aware of what we need. Miss Wang and Miss Chen will set up a table in reception to collect name cards and ask for signatures in a commemorative book. They will be available all evening to help with taxis or anything that comes up.
Soft drinks will be offered to guests in the Peony Room as soon as they arrive and a pianist will be playing until all guests have gone into dinner.
Dinner will be served in the Chrysanthemum Room starting at 7 pm. The menu has been approved and is attached. There will be 10 round tables of 10 per table.
Scarves made from the latest Spanlex designs and fabric have been wrapped as gifts.
You will make a short speech of welcome at the start of the evening and Harry Wang will make the final toast.
Please could you decide who you would like on your table?
Please let me know if there is anything else that you would like to know.
Jenny Liu。
