2022届北京市高考英语七选五解题技巧与练习一：首先要明白：完形填空填的是词，七选五填的是句子。
考试题型对学生的考察能力来看无外乎两个方面：(1) 把握整篇文章的布局和逻辑层次关系(2) 把握微观信息间关联性(即空格前后句间关系）二：解题方法：词汇同现、词汇复现、代词妙用、数字线索、逻辑线索。
具体答题步骤如下：和议论文这样体裁的文章，每段的第一句多是主题句。
找到主题句有助于帮助确定选择的范围，即所选句子必须和该段主题一致。
另一种是分析每一个段落内部的层次，也就是语篇层次。
要真正体会句际间的意义关系，把握作者的思路，从语序上去发现断续点，理清层次。
一词语或子范畴的词语，使用同义语表达，用总称指代具体事物或用具体事物指代整体，使用代词避免重复等。
上述方法有助于段落的思路平稳在句子之间过渡。
连贯使文章的每个段落、每个句子甚至每个短语融为一体。
段落一致与句子衔接是文章连贯的两个必要因素。
七选五备选答案中有两个多余的选项，会对文章中两个空的选择构成干扰，这时要特别细致地比对相似选项，方法和答阅读理解时区分相似项一样。

七选五My, what a big beak you have!For humans, adapting to climate change will mostly be a matter of technology. More air conditioning, better-designed houses and bigger flood defenses may help to make the effects of a warmer world less harmful. ____1____ In a paper published in Trends & Evolution, a team led by Sara Ryding, a PhD candidate at Deakin University, shows that is already happening. Climate change is already altering the bodies of many animal species, giving them bigger beaks (喙), legs and ears.In some species of Australian parrot, for instance, beak size has increased by between 4% and 10% since 1871. Another study, this time in North American dark-eyed juncos, another bird, found the same pattern. ____2____All that is perfectly consistent with evolutionary theory. “Allen’s rule”, named for Joel Asaph Allen, who suggested it in 1877, holds that warm-blooded animals in hot places tend to have larger body parts than those in temperate (温带的) regions. ____3____ Being richly filled with blood vessels, and not covered by feathers, beaks make an ideal place for birds to get rid of heat. Fennec foxes, meanwhile, which are native to the Sahara Desert, have strikingly large ears, especially compared with their Arctic cousins.Ms. Ryding is not the first researcher to take that approach. In one experiment, we tested whether the media through which people interact affect their sense of connection-and how expectations about certain technologies impact the communication media they choose to use. Although voice-based interactions (such as phone calls) can produce stronger connections, text-based media (such as e-mails) are often preferred.We asked participants to connect with someone that they hadn’t interacted with recently, either through e-mail or over the phone. ____8____ They generally assumed that they’d feel more connected when interacting over the phone than over e-mail. But they also predicted that talking on the phone could be more uncomfortable than dashing off an e-mail. Although these participants believed that talking encouraged stronger bonds, most of them said they’d rather send an e-mail than call the person up. Fears about awkwardness push individuals toward text-based methods for communicating.____9____Then we followed up with them after they had done so. As expected, we found that people did form meaningfully stronger bonds when interacting over the phone than overe-mail. More importantly, though, there was no difference in the amount of discomfort when reconnecting on the phone. The human voice appears to provide benefits for connection.Our work suggests that feelings of social connection are apparently facilitated by one’s voicerather than their keyboard.____10____A．So the next time you think about how best to connect, consider calling.B．We again had participants actually connect using either e-mail or phone.C．Participants first predicted what it would be like to get in touch in these two ways. To the trained observer they are saying “I wish I were somewhere else now.” They also tend to touch certain parts of the face more often, in particular the nose. One explanation of this may be that lying causes a slight increase in blood pressure.____24____Another gesture which gives liars away is what the writer Desmond Morris in his book Man Watching calls “the mouth cover”. He says there are several typical forms, such as covering part of the mouth with fingers, touching the upper-lip or putting a finger of the hand at one side of the mouth. ____25____ Of course, such gestures as rubbing the nose or covering the mouth, or moving about in a chair cannot be taken as proof that the speaker is lying. They simply tend to occur more frequently in this situation. He got back into it while trying to get his three companies off the ground.Rapp works long hours and sleeps only five to seven hours a night but he said he only gets sick once a year. ____34____One thought leader in the positive stress world is Dutch extreme athlete Wim Hof, who earned the name “ice man” for his ability to withstand severe cold using deep breathing exercises. Hof’s ideas have become popular among tech industry elites and, thanks to Hof, cold showers are now a trend. The American government does not think mice and rats are worth counting and, as these are the most common laboratory animals, the true figure is much higher. ____38____Now Europe is changing the rules governing animal experiments by limiting the number of animals used in labs. ____39____ In addition, sharing all research results freely should help to reduce the number of animals for scientific use. At present, scientists often share only the resultsof successful experiments. If their findings do not fit the hypothesis (假说) being tested, the work never sees the light of day.
