摘要

由于工程项目的复杂性、长期性和动态性特点，任何工程承包合同都不可能预见和覆盖项目实施过程中所有的合同条件的变化。因此对于建筑工程项目而言，工程变更是不可避免的。

通过对工程合同变更管理的分析，归纳目前工程变更管理主要表现在如下几方面：设计变更、施工方法变更、工程变更、工程变动、增加或者取消某些工作。工程变更是合同变更的表现形式，然而在变更过程中往往出现一些问题，正确处理这些变更问题，不仅能确保工程的顺利进展，还能帮助企业打造优质的精品工程。另外，加强工程项目变更管理也是各个施工企业增强企业竞争力的重要手段。

基于以上情况，首先阐述工程变更的原因、依据及内容，以便更好的解决和处理工程变更；然后分析工程变更的程序，用正确的方法解决工程变更；最后总结工程变更的处理要求和减少工程变更的办法，从而减少工程变更带来的损失。

Abstract

The project item of complexity and protracted and dynamic characteristics, any contract of construction is impossible to foretell and cover all the conditions of the contract. So for the building, project to the project change was inevitable.

For project management through the analysis and summary of the change management of projects is mainly manifested in the following aspects: design change, modification, the construction methods and the project and change to change or cancel some work. Project change is in form of the contract variation, but in the process their often have some problems, dealing with these changes correctly not only to ensure the smooth progress of projects but also build for the quality of works. Strengthen project management is also the individual construction enterprises the only way to enhance enterprises competitive.

The class first to introduce the reasons and content of the project changes, and then analyze the project change program and use the correct method approach to project change, explained project to change the demands and reduce the change finally, which to reduce the changes brought to us.
