《六年级上册英语书》旨在使小学生在轻松愉快、生动活泼的教学活动中,学会用英语表达自己的思想。
具体内容包含五个单元,分别是:

每个单元有七课,其中每单元的最后一课是复习课,以有趣的教学活动巩固本单元所学的主要内容。
此外,每个单元都有各自的主题,例如第一单元是关于朋友的主题,第二单元是关于动物和科学的主题,第三单元是关于有趣的假期的主题,第四单元是关于世界著名寓言的主题。
在学习过程中,学生可以参与各种活动,例如唱英语歌、学做游戏、画画、演一些简单的英语小品等,以提高英语听说能力,并自然地、愉快地学会说英语,同时记住许多英语单词。
