【摘要】目的观察莫西沙星治疗耐多药肺结核(MDR-PTB)的疗效.方法将60例耐多药肺结核患者随机分为治疗组和对照组,每组30例.治疗组以莫西沙星(0.4g,1次/d)联合对氨基水杨酸、丙硫异烟胺、吡嗪酰胺、阿米卡星；对照组用左氧氟沙星(0.4g,1次/d),联合用药同治疗组；疗程为12个月.观察内容包括两组痰菌转阴率、X线表现改善率和不良反应.结果治疗组与对照组比较,痰菌转阴率分别为86.7％、73.3％,差异具有统计学意义(P＜0.05)；X线表现改善率分别为93.3％、73.3％,差异具有统计学意义(P＜0.01)；不良反应率分别为23.3％、26.7％,差异无统计学意义(P＞0.05).结论含莫西沙星的治疗方案痰菌转阴率高,X线表现改善明显,不良反应少,值得临床推广.%Objective To observation the effect of moxifloxacin in treatment of multi-drug resistant pulmonary tuberculosis (MDR-PTB). Methods 60 cases multi-drug resistant pulmonary tuberculosis patients were randomly divided into treatment group and control

adverse reaction rate of the two groups. Results The treatment group compared with control group, putum-negative conversion rate were 93. 3% and 73. 3% ,the differences have Statistical significance( P ＜ 0. 05 ) ; X-ray performance improve rate were 93. 3% and 73. 3% , the differences have Statistical significance(P ＜0. 01) ; adverse reaction rate were 23. 3% and 26. 7% , the differences have no Statistical significance(P ＞0. 05), Conclusion The treatment scheme with including moxifloxacin have the characteristics of putum-negative conversion rate high, x-ray performance improve obvious, adverse reaction rate low, Worthy clinical extension.
