摘要：Provided is a digital isolator, comprising a signal input module, an isolating capacitor module and a common-mode transient immunity module, wherein the isolating
capacitor module is connected to the signal input module and the common-mode transient immunity module, and transmits a differential signal, which has been processed by the signal input module, to the common-mode transient immunity module in an isolating manner; the signal input module is an impedance-matching pseudo-differential circuit; and the common-mode transient immunity module comprises a high-pass filter circuit, which is used for removing an influence on a common-mode signal during a CMTI transient, and attenuating a low-frequency CMTI signal. By means of the digital isolator of the present application, the common-mode transient immunity (CMTI) of an isolator can be effectively improved; moreover, by means of a plurality of impedance-matching pseudo-differential circuits sharing a common mode, a CMTI effect as good as that of a full-differential circuit can be achieved, and a circuit structure is also simplified, thereby greatly saving on the area of a chip, and reducing the power consumption thereof.
