金士顿RMA验收新标准2010

1.0Purpose使用目的
This instruction defines the standard RMA receiving criteria for Asia market, in order to prevent any confusion, unnecessary conflict and cost.
針對亞洲地區之RMA流程定義其驗收貨拒允收標準,先期避免各地驗收貨上之爭議,降低運送成本及減少不必要之資源浪費.
2.0Application適用範圍
This instruction applies to Flash product that all Kingston build, which applicable to cosmetic judge on all Kingston receiving centers/distributors for Asia market.
針對亞洲地區金士頓公司收貨中心及東南亞收貨中心或代理商之外觀收貨標準,適用於金士頓產出的Flash產品.

4.0Definition名詞定義
G/F : Gold Finge r
Tampered : Label has been removed/modified or exchanged on other product which does not belong to the original one. Exp: Kinston built A (or B) label be place for kingston built B (or A) product.
Counterfeit : Unauthorized manufacturing/Non-Kingston made. Exp: Kinston built label (or product) be place for non-kingston built product (or label),or neither both kingston built.
金手指
架移 : label被移動、修改或交換到非原產品位置的現象稱之.例如:金士頓A(or B) label 移至金士頓B(or A)產品上.
仿冒 : 非授權的加工行為或非金士頓公司製造.例如:金士頓label(or產品)移到非金士頓的產品(or label)上,或兩者皆非金士頓製.
5.0Instruction on use of terms程序指導
Anything not listed as ‘rejected’ may be acceptable. However, the final judgment is still made by Kingston receiving centers.
本標準以”不允收”之Defect mode為依歸準則,凡未及列舉之不良現象即代表可繼續驗收貨流程,惟最終判定允拒收者仍以金士頓收貨中心為主.

5.2Rejection Standard illustration拒收標準說明
5.2.1 Micro SD
5.2.1.1 Body crack: Crack crossed throughout the body is rejected. 本體裂痕:橫越本體之裂痕不允收.
5.2.1.2 Edge crack (1): Reject if crack is greater than 2mm in depth. 邊緣裂痕(1) :無橫越本體但向本體內延伸深度大於2mm 之裂痕不允收.
5.2.1.3 Edge crack(2) : Rejected if crack area is greater than 2m m×2mm(length×width).

(2) : 無橫越本體但向本體外延伸
,以面積計算大於2m
m×2mm(長×寬)之裂痕者不允收.

5.2.1.4 Corner crack : Rejected if crack area is greater than 2m m×2mm. 角邊裂痕:本體角邊撞傷產生剝離或無剝離但損傷面積在2m m×2mm 以上者不允

5.2.1.5 Edge & Corner abrasion: Edge or corner abrasion caused from inappropriate handling.
Rejection condition as below:
Edge(Fig.a) : Width or length greater than 2mm in abrasion area.
Corner(Fig.b) : Width or length greater than 2mm on either edge side or abrasion area.邊緣及角邊磨損: 因使用造成邊緣或角邊產生圓滑狀的磨損現象者,其 邊緣(圖a) : 寬度大於2mm 以上或長度大於2mm 以上者拒收.

5.2.1.6 Edge crack : Rejected if the damage cause the indentation that is greater then 2m m×
2mm.
邊緣撞傷 : 因撞擊產生本體凹損, 其損傷面積在2m m×2mm 以上者不允收.
5.2.1.7 Circuit exposed: Rejected if the damage cause the circuit exposed.
線路曝露 : 在PCB 外露區因擦傷撞擊致使內部線路外曝者不允收

5.2.2.1Shell damaged :Rejected.
外殼損傷 : 因撞擊造成塑膠外殼剝離者不允收
5.2.2.2G/F damaged: G/F / Pin damaged by incorrect insertion is rejected.
插槽損傷 : 因插卡不當導致槽體邊緣或導引Pin損傷者不允收
5.2.2.3Rejected if the damage cause the plastic case/shell to be separated.
外殼分離: 塑膠外殼因損傷造成上下蓋分離者不允收
5.2.2.4 Tampered Label: Rejected if label has been removed, soiled or any unauthorized
modification which result in unrecognizable or mis-match between labels and the actual item.
Label 架移或髒污 : Label 經人為移動、無標籤或標籤髒污毀損而導致label 內容與實物不符或無法予以辨識核對者不允收.
5.2.2.5 Switch fallen: Switch has been fallen/lost is rejected.
Switch 脫落: 遺失脫落者不允收.

by man made is rejected.
表面刻痕: 外觀上有明顯人為蓄意造成之文字或符號者不允收.

6.2Case scratch :Cover been scratched deeply and easy to observe from each
direction is rejected.
外殼刮傷: 深度刮傷且從任何角度皆可被明顯辨識者不允收.

6.3G/F scratch: Reject if G/F has” horizontal” scratch observably.
金手指刮傷: 明顯的”水平”刮傷不允收.
5.2.3USB category USB類
5.2.3.1Glue used: Rejected if the glue is used to rebind the damage case.
膠水黏合 : 上下蓋接合處有使用膠水或雙面膠帶進行黏合者不允收.
5.2.3.2Cap holder: Rejected if cap holder is damaged.
吊環斷裂: 因外力導致環圈斷裂或脫落者不允收.
5.2.3.3Case damaged: Rejected if the case is fallen apart which caused from improper usage.
上下蓋分離: 使用不當外力造成接合處產生縫隙者不允收.
Special judgement for DTMS:
Boundary of judgement between connector and body.Rejected if the case is fallen apart from body area,accepted if the case fallen apart from connect area.
DTMS 產品之特殊判定:
以端頭和本體間為分界線,
分離處位於本體處者為拒收,位於端頭處者則為允收.
5.2.3.4 Fallen component: Rejected if the component is fallen which caused from improper
usage or mis-use.
零件脫落:因使用不當造成零件分離脫落者不允收.
5.2.3.5 USB connector damaged: Reject if USB connector is damaged as below.
USB 端頭歪斜: 因插拔不當造成板端公頭歪斜變形者不允收.

5.2.3.6Shell/case damaged: Reject if plastic case is damaged that result from improper
installation, accident, abuse, misuse, natural disaster, unauthorized disassembly, repair,
or modification.
外殼撞傷:因撞擊造成塑殼本體斷裂脫落者不允收.
Special judgement for DTMS:
Rejected if the case is cracked or turn white on below specific area.
1.Front side:Root area of G/F.
2.Front side:Boundary area between connector and body.
3.Back side: Boundary area between connector and body.

以下說明中所限定之區域有裂痕或反白現象者拒收.

5.2.4 Accessory and others category 配件與其它類
5.2.4.1 Surface scratch : Cover been scratched deeply and easy to observe from each direction
is rejected.

5.2.4.3 Cover broke or apart : Rejected if the damage cause parts brok e、apart or bonding by
glue.
外殼破裂或分離 : 因外力所造成之外殼或零件破裂或分離者不允收；或復以膠水黏合者亦不允收.
5.2.4.4 Cap exchange : Rejected if produce been changed different P/N of cap . 帽蓋互換 : 因故替換非相同型號產品之外蓋者不允收.
