Input/Output and Measurement ModulesThe rear of the SyncSystem 4380A is shown below. Modules can be operated in any of the six slots. The unit will automatically detect and configure the system based on the modules(s) installed. The module slots are identified by slot number so the operator can identify the modules' physical location in the chassis.Pulse Output Modules4394A: Pulse output (e.g., PPS, DC-IRIG), 4 ports, BNC(F)The 4394A module provides 4 pulse output ports. The output type of each port is individually user configurable. Users can change the signal types (PPS / DC IRIG), the PPS signal parameters, and the IRIG signal parameters. The code generation segment uses the local UTC estimate and a user-generated data file and produces a bit stream (derived from the user-generated file) whose first bit is aligned to within 1 ns of the local UTC estimate. On the 4391A Ports 1 and 2 are TTL into 50Ω and Ports 3 and 4 are >2.4V peak-to-peak into 50Ω (NRZ). On the 4331A Ports 1 - 4 are RS422 (1.5 V to 5.5V into 100Ω differential Triax). All 4 ports of each module are in phase.4391A: Code Generator Module4331A: RS-422 Code Generator Module4376A: Pulse Output Module (e.g., PPS, DC-IRIG), RS-422 (4 outputs), DB15(F) The 4376A module factory default for this module provides four 1PPS outputsusing a DB15 type connector. Valid AM IRIG Codes are A (130, 133, 137), B (120, 123, 127), E (111,112, 121), G (141, 142, 147), and H (111, 112, 121, 122, 127). The default time code isB120. The 4387A-6V module provides 6 Vpp output signals.4337A and 4338A: Epoch Adjusted Timecode (AM) IRIG ModulesThis 4337A module provides four Amplitude Modulated (AM) IRIG Outputs tied to a single epoch where as the 4338A moduleallows each port to have its own unique epoch. The epoch can be user defined, UTC (default) [±offset], GPS time, or a configuredtime zone. Valid AM IRIG Codes are A (130, 133, 137), B (120, 123, 124, 127), E (111, 112, 121), G (141, 142, 147), and H (111, 112,121, 122, 127). The default time code is B120. B120 and B124 support the IEEE-1344 Control Functions.The [+/- offset] option with the UTC epoch allows users to add or subtract between 1 minute and 23 hours and 59 minutes fromthe current UTC Time. The GPS epoch outputs the GPS time scale (UTC with the current # of leap-seconds removed).A Time Zone Epoch can be specified and the IRIG Outputs will be set to that Time Zone and if the Control Function is set to 1344 the offset bits will indicate the direction and amount of time off from UTC (except for the three time zones occurring 45 minutes after the hour) and the Time Zones east of the GMT meridian (positive) or west of the GMT meridian (negative). For local offset control bits to be correct, hours must be between -15 and +15, minutes must be 0 or 30, and seconds must be zero. When a local time zone is specified, daylight savings time rules (if any) are applied automatically.each port.Communication/Telecom Modules4374A: T1/E1 Telecom ModuleThe 4374A module produces a 1.544 Mbps T1 (DS-1) or 2.048 Mbps compatibleoutput. The 4382A includes a multiple mixer measurement system all contained on a single plug-in card. The 4382A module measures the phase difference between an RF signal from the clock under test and a reference RF signal. The 4382A module can be configured to use the internal timebase of the SyncSystem 4380A or one of the four ports of the module can be configured as the reference RF signal. The SyncSystem 4380A uses measured IF phase differences tocompute input phase at a resolution of better than 100 femtoseconds.4393A Time Interval Counter (TIC) ModuleThis module has four input ports that can be used to measure the time interval between the internal 1PPS and up to four external sources and will work in any of the 6 module slots. The averaging period for the measurements is configurablefrom 1, 10, 20, 60, to 300 seconds.4383A: Time Interval Counter (TIC) ModuleThis module has four input ports that can be used to recover time from an IRIGtime source. SAMSON 3780说明书调节阀维护及操作规程DCS系统对调节阀的控制主要通过调节阀自身的电气阀门定位器完成。
我司生产线上的调节阀为德国SAMS ON调节阀,SAMSON调节阀采用智能数字阀门定位器(3780,HART协议数字通信),其控制精度高,运行稳定。
定位器的主要性能介绍如下:结构与工作原理HART电气定位器是为连接气动调节阀而设计的,它可确保阀杆位置(受控变量)与控制信号(参考变量)之间的对应关系。
它将控制装置 4至20mA的输出信号和调节调的行程相比较,并产生一个相应的压力信号作为输出变量。
为此,用户需要提供辅助气源压力1.4-6巴。
定位器辅助能源是由4到20mA参考变量信号提供。
定位器由一个感应,非接触或位移传感系统,一个由2/2-通开关阀组成的电控阀块以及一个电控单元组成。
电控单元包含两个用于处理控制算法及管理通讯的微控器.一旦实际阀门行程值(实际值)与参考变量(设定点)之间出现偏差,微控器就会产生一个二进制脉冲调制信号去控制两个 2/2通开关阀,且分别由一个指定的放大器来控制。
其中一个阀控制排气,另一个控制气源.气源阀(3)将供气(7气源压力1·46巴)送到执行器(填充)。
排气阀(将执行器排出空气流排放到大气中(排气)。
这些开关阀即可以有开关状态—一常开。
常闭—一也可产生可变宽度的单脉冲。
对于这两个受控_阀门,阀林将会移动到与参考变连量相对应的位置。
如果没有系统偏差气源阀和排气阀都将关闭。
作为一个标准功能,定位器配有一个故障信息输出(根据DDN19Z34,NANUR标准的进制输出),用于向控制室发送故障信号。
成的激活位于定位器铰接盖上的写保护开关‘可防止设定被HART通讯修改。
作为对标准定位器型号的补充,有几个附加的选项用于扩展定位器功能。

In such applications, voltage spike will be generated at changer interface and V BUS pin of USB interface when changer adapters and USB equipments are hot-inserted. Besides this, handheld products will be tested on the production line on the condition of no battery. Test Engineer will apply power from the connector pin which connects with positive pole of the battery. When external power supply is turned on suddenly, the voltage spike will be generated at the battery connector. The voltage spike will be very high, it always exceeds the absolute maximum input voltage (6.0V) of LDO. In order to get robust design. Design Engineer needs to clear up this voltage spike. Zener diode is a cheap and effective solution to eliminate such voltage spike. For example, BZM55B5V6 is a 5.6V small package Zener diode which can be used to remove voltage spike in cell phone design. To configure the Model 378S, you must first open the case by taking off the 4 screws (2 on each side). Then locate the DIP switches (shown below) at the lower center of the PC board:
The Model 378S allows input/output data rates to 19.2Kbps, and supports both hardware (CTS/DSR) and software (X-ON/X-OFF) handshaking methods. Convenience features of the Model 378S include a manual "step" button that overrides automatic scanning, and a master buffer clear button. Two sets of LED indicators are provided: one set shows which port is currently being scanned or loaded, the other set shows the percentage of buffer space currently available.

SGM803/SGM809/SGM810 Microprocessor SupervisoryCircuit in 3-Pin SOT-23GENERAL DESCRIPTIONThe SGM803/SGM809/SGM810 supervisory circuitsmonitor the power supply voltage in microprocessor anddigital systems. They provide a reset output duringpower-up, power-down and brownout conditions. Onpower-up, an internal timer holds reset asserted for240ms. This holds the microprocessor in a reset stateuntil conditions have stabilized. The RESET outputremains operational with V CC as low as 1V. The SGM803/SGM809 provides an active low reset signal (RESET)while the SGM810 provides an active high signal(RESET) output. The SGM809/SGM810 has push-pulloutputs, whereas the SGM803 has an open-drain output,which requires an external pull-up resistor.Eight reset threshold voltage options are availablesuitable for monitoring 1.8V, 2.5V, 3V, 3.3V and 5Vsupply voltages.The reset comparator features built-in glitch immunity,making it immune to fast transients on V CC.The low supply current of typically 13μA makes theSGM803/SGM809/SGM810 ideal for use in portable,battery operated equipment. The possibility of a malfunction during a power failure is greatly reduced because the SGM803/ SGM809/SGM810 series can operate effectively even when there are large degradations of the supply voltages. Another advantage of the SGM803/SGM809/SGM810 series is its very accurate internal voltage reference circuit. These benefits combine to produce an exceptionally reliable voltage monitor circuit.INTERFACING TO MICROPROCESSORS WITH MULTIPLE INTERRUPTSIn a number of cases, it is necessary to interface many interrupts from different devices (for example, thermal, altitude, and velocity sensors). The SGM803/SGM809/SGM810 can easily be integrated into existing interrupt-handling circuits, as shown in Figure 1, or can be used as a standalone device.Figure 1. Interfacing to Microprocessors with MultipleInterruptsINTERFACING TO OTHER DEVICES’ OUTPUTThe SGM803/SGM809/SGM810 series is designed to integrate with as many devices as possible and, therefore, has a standard output dependent on V CC . This enables the parts to be used in both 3V and 5V, or any nominal voltage within the minimum and maximum specifications for V CC . This design simplifies interfacing this device to other devices.ENSURING A VALID RESET OUTPUT DOWN TO V CC = 0VWhen V CC falls below 1.0V, the SGM803/SGM809 RESET no longer sinks current. A high impedance CMOS logic input connected to RESET may, therefore, drift to undetermined logic levels. To eliminate this problem, a 100k Ωresistor should be connected from RESET to ground.Figure 2. GENERAL DESCRIPTION
The SGM3780 is the ideal power solution for high-power flash LEDs used with cell phone camera modules or digital still cameras. It is a highly integrated step-up DC/DC converter with very high switching frequency, fixed at 2MHz, providing a very small total solution for portable photo flash. The SGM3780 has separate Flash mode and Movie/Torch mode enable pins for maximum flexibility. Flash mode is usually used with 660ms timer control to generate a high intensity flash. The Flash mode and Movie/Torch mode LED current is programmed by external resistors respectively, making the flash LED solution simple to control. If both enable pins are at logic high, the LED current will be programmed by the Movie/Torch mode setting resistor. The two LED output sinks can be shorted together externally for higher power single flash LEDs, up to 1.5A continuous LED current. Thermal regulation is integrated in Flash mode to limit the IC’s temperature and continuously provide the maximum allowed output current. Various protection features are built into the SGM3780, including cycle-by-cycle input current limit protection, output over-voltage protection, LED fault (open or short) protection and thermal shutdown protection. The leakage current in shutdown is less than 1μA. The SGM3780 is available in Green TDFN-3×2-14L package. It operates over an ambient temperature range of -40℃ to +85℃.
