冬季室外计算干球温度供暖的为-9℃2.1.2 采暖室内计算参数采暖室内计算温度如下所示:卧室,餐厅,起居室均取20℃,厨房取16℃,卫生间16℃。

楼梯口5℃。

2.2 围护结构热工性能参数2.2.1 维护结构的基本构造该建筑的围护结构主要由楼板、屋顶、外墙、外门、外窗、内墙、内门构成,各结构的热工性能如下:1)屋面屋面的传热系数K wm=0.53W/(m2²K),屋面共分8层,具体结构如下:1、砾砂外表层5mm;2、卷材防水层;3、水泥砂浆找平层; 4、保温层;5、隔汽层;6、水泥砂浆找平层;7、预置钢筋混凝土屋面板;8、内粉刷。

2)外墙外墙的传热系数K wq=0.57W/(m2²K),外墙共分5层,具体结构如下:1、水泥砂浆抹灰、喷浆;2、砖墙;3、防潮层(用于炎热潮湿地区)4、保温层(加气混凝土);5、水泥砂浆抹灰加油漆。

3)楼板楼板(保温楼板)的传热系数为K lb=1.5W/(m2²K),楼板共分为5层,具体结构如下:1、地面装饰层(水磨石面);2、干硬水泥砂浆;3、现浇层;4、绝热层;5、楼板层。

4)内墙内墙的传热系数K nq=1.72W/(m2²K),内墙共分为3层,具体结构如下:1、水泥砂浆;2、砖墙;3、白灰粉刷。

5)门窗推拉门(塑钢玻璃门)的传热系数K tlm=4.65W/(m2²K),塑钢窗(单层)K c=4.7W/(m2²K)。

2.2.2 围护结构最小热阻校核按照《采暖通风与空气调节设计规范》(GB50019-2003)4.1.8规定,围护结构的最小传热热阻,应按下式确定:R omin=α²(t n-t w)/(△t y²αn) (2-1)式中 R omin——围护结构的最小传热阻((m2²℃)/W);t n——冬季室内计算温度(℃);t w——冬季围护结构室外计算温度(℃);α——围护结构温差修正系数;△t y——冬季室内计算温度与围护结构内表面温度的允许温差(℃);αn——围护结构内表面换热系数(W/(m2²℃))。

注:本条不适用于窗、阳台门和天窗。

1)屋面最小传热热阻校核对屋面进行最小热阻校核:R omin-wm =α²(t n-t w)/(△t y²αn)=1³(20+11)/(4.0³8.7)=0.89(m2²℃)/W实际选择屋面的热阻为:R wm =1/K wm=1/0.53=1.89(m2²℃)/W二者进行比较:1.89>0.89因此 R wm> R omin-wm由上述校核计算可知实际选择的屋面符合屋面最小热阻的要求。

2)外墙最小传热热阻校核对外墙进行最小热阻校核:R omin-wq =α²(t n-t w)/(△t y²αn)=1³(20+11)/(6.0³8.7)=0.59(m2²℃)/W实际选择外墙的热阻为:R wq=1/K wq=1/0.57=1.75(m2²℃)/W二者进行比较:1.75>0.59因此 R wq > R omin-wq由上述校核计算可知实际选择的外墙符合外墙最小热阻的要求。

3)内墙最小传热热阻校核对内墙进行最小热阻校核:R omin-nq=α²(t n-t w)/(△t y²αn)=0.7³(20+11)/(6.0³8.7)=0.42(m2²℃)/W实际选择内墙的热阻为:R nq=1/K nq=1/1.72=0.58(m2²℃)/W二者进行比较:0.58>0.42因此 R nq > R omin-nq由上述校核计算可知实际选择的内墙符合内墙最小热阻的要求。

2.2.3校核围护结构热工性能参数依据《民用建筑节能设计标准(采暖居住建筑部分)》:天津属于冬冷夏热地区,经计算本建筑体形系数小于0.3,查表得围护结构传热系数的节能标准如下:(单位W/(m2²K))A.屋面≤0.7;B.外墙(包括非透明幕墙)≤0.85;C.不采暖楼梯间隔墙≤0.94;D.不采暖地下室上部地板≤1.5;E.外窗(含阳台门上部)≤4.7经对比可知本设计中所选围护结构参数均符合《民用建筑节能设计标准》的相关要求。

2.3 采暖热负荷计算2.3.1 维护结构的耗热量《采暖通风与空气调节设计规范》中所规定的“维护结构的耗热量”实质上是围护结构的温差传热量、加热由于外门短时间开启而侵入的冷空气的耗热量以及一部分太阳辐射热量的代数和。

为了简化计算,《采暖通风与空气调节设计规范》规定,围护结构的耗热量包括基本耗热量和附加耗热量两部分。

1.维护结构的基本耗热量Q j=A j²K j²(t R-t OW)²α(2-2)式中 Q j——j部分围护结构的基本耗热量,W;A j——j部分围护结构的表面积,m2;K j——j部分围护结构的传热系数,W/(m2²℃);t R——冬季室内计算温度,℃t ow——采暖室外计算温度,℃α——围护结构的温差修正系数。

使用上式应注意以下问题:(1)维护结构的面积A,应按照一定的规则从建筑图上量取。

(2)一些定型的围护结构的传热系数K,可以从设计手册上直接查取。

一般情况下,根据传热学原理,可按多层均质材料组成的结构计算其传热系数。

但不同地区采暖建筑各围护结构传热系数不应超过《民用建筑节能设计标准(采暖、居住建筑部分)》、《公共建筑节能设计标准》(GB50189—2005)中有关规定值。

(3)设置全面采暖的建筑物,其围护结构应具有一定的保温性,应能满足卫生要求和围护结构表面不结露的要求,并在技术上经济上是合理的。

α2.维护结构的附加耗热量1)朝向修正率不同朝向的围护结构,受到太阳的辐射热量是不同的;同时,不同的朝向,风的速度和频率也不同。

因此,《采暖通风与空气调节设计规范》规定对不同的垂直外围护结构进行修正。

其修正率为:北、东北、西北朝向:0 ~ 10%;东、西朝向:-5%;东南、西南朝向:-10% ~ -15%;南向:-15% ~ -30%;选用修正率时应考虑当冬季日照率及辐射强度的大小。

冬季日照率小于35%的地区,东南、西南和南向的修正率宜采用-10%~0,其他朝向可不修正。

2)风力附加率在《采暖通风与空气调节设计规范》中明确规定:在不避风的高地、河岸、海岸、旷野上的建筑物以及城镇、厂区内特别高的建筑物,垂直的外围护结构热负荷附加5%~10%。

3)外门附加率为加热开启外门时侵入的冷空气,对于短时间开启无热风幕的外门,可以用外门的耗热量乘以按表1中查出的相应的附加率。

阳台门不应考虑外门附加。

如表2-1所示。

4)高度附加率由于室内温度梯度的影响,往往使房间上部的传热量加大。

因此规定:当民用建筑和工业企业辅助建筑的房间净高超过4m时,每增加1m,附加率为2%,但是最大附加率不超过15%。

注意,高度附加率应加在基本耗热量和其他附加耗热量(进行风力、朝向、外门修正之后的耗热量)的总和上。

2.3.2 门窗缝隙渗入冷空气的耗热量由于缝隙的宽度不一、风向、风速和频率不一,因此由于门缝渗入的冷空气量很难准确计算。

《采暖通风与空气调节设计规范》推荐,对于多层和高层民用建筑,可按下式计算门窗缝隙渗入冷空气的耗热量:Q=0.28²L²ρwn²c p²(t n-t wn)(2-3)式中 Q——由门窗缝隙渗入室内的冷空气的耗热量(W);c p——空气的比定压热容,c p=1kJ/(kg²℃);ρwn——采暖室外计算温度下的空气密度(kg/m3);L——渗透冷空气量(m3/h);t n——采暖室内设计温度(℃)t wn——采暖设计室外计算温度(℃)。

渗透冷空气量可根据不同的朝向,按下列计算公式确定:L=L0²l1²m b(2-4)式中 L0——在基准高度单纯风压作用下,不考虑朝向修正和内部隔断情况时,通过每米门窗缝隙进入室内的理论渗透空气量(m3/(m²h));l1——外门窗缝隙的长度(m);应分别按各朝向可开启的门窗全部缝隙长度计算;m——热压与风压共同作用下,考虑建筑体型、内部隔断和空气流通等因素后,不同朝向、不同高度的门窗冷风渗透压差综合修正系数;b——门窗缝隙渗风指数,b=0.56-0.78,当无实测数据时,可取b=0.67。

通过每米门窗缝隙进入室内的理论渗透冷空气量,按下式计算:L0=α1²(ρwn²v02/2)(2-5)式中α1——外门窗缝隙渗风系数(m3/(m²h²Pa0.07))。

v0——基准高度冬季室外最多风向的平均风速(m/s),按照《采暖通风与空气调节设计规范》GB50019-2003的有关规定。

冷风渗透压差综合修正系数,按下式计算:m=c r²△c f²(n1/b+C)²c h (2-6)式中 c r——热压系数;△c f——风压差系数,当无实测数据时,可取△c f=0.7;n——单纯风压作用下,渗透冷空气量的朝向修正系数:C——作用于门窗上的有效热压差与有效风压之比,按式(2-7)确定;c h——高度修正系数,按下式计算:c h=0.3²h0.4(2-7)式中 h——计算门窗的中心线标高(m)。

有效热压差与有效风压差之比,按式(2-8)计算:C=(70²(h s-h)²(t n`-t wn))/((△c f²v02²h0.4) ²(273+ t n`)) (2-8)式中 hz——单纯热压作用下,建筑物中和面的标高(m),可取建筑物总高度的1/2;t n——建筑物内形成热压作用的竖井计算温度(℃)。

2.3.3热负荷计算小区住宅楼布局示意图以房间101B房间101B卧室的热负荷组成由南外墙、南外窗、南阳台、楼板、窗户的冷风渗透耗热量组成。

1)南外墙1的传热量计算南外墙1的面积为2*3-1.2*1.5=4.2m2,传热系数K=0.57 W/(m2*℃),温差修正系数为a=1,传热温差为20-(-9)=29℃。
