四、熔断器的选用
(一) 熔断器类型的选择
应根据使用场合选择熔断器的类型。 如果预期短路电流不是太大,从经济性角度出发,可优选RM10、RL6、
RL7系列的熔断器。 如果预期短路电流较大,应选用分断能力较高的熔断器,如:RT12、
RT14、RT15系列的熔断器。 保护电动机的熔断器,一般不要求有较大容量和限流作用,而是希望
电动机末端回路的保护,选用aM型熔断器,熔断体的额定电流In稍大于电动机的额
定电流;
于线路的安全电流.
在电动机回路中用作短路保护时,应考虑电动机的启动条 件,按电动机启动时间的长短来选择熔体的额定电流.对启 动时间不长的电动机,可按下式决定熔体的额定电流
电容补偿柜主回路的保护,如选用gG型熔断器,熔断体的额 定电流In约等于线路计算电流1.8~2.5倍;如选用aM 型熔断 器,熔断体的额定电流In 约等于线路电流的1~2.5倍.
IN熔体=Ist/(1.6~2)
对于多台电动机供对电于的变主干压母器线、处电的炉熔和断照器明的等额负定载电,流熔可体按的下额式定计电算流: 应

轴承前置字母及后置字母的含义轴承代号是用字母加数字来表示轴承的结构,尺寸,公差等级和技术性能等特征的产品符号,其用字母(或加数字)表示。
后置代号置于基本代号的后边并与基本代号空半个汉字距(代号中有“-”,“/”者除外)。
当有多组后置代号时,按表Ⅰ所列从左至右的顺序排列,当改变为第4组及其以后各组的内容时,则应在其代号前用“/”与前面的代号隔开。

NL18系列漏电断路器(以下简称漏电断路器),适用于交流50Hz,额定工作电压230V,额定电流至 32A的单相电路中。其主要功能是对有致命危险的人身触电提供间接保护。同时,还可用来防止由于设 备绝缘损坏、产生接地故障电流而引起的电气火灾危险。漏电断路器的派生产品还具有过压保护功能, 可有效地防止因线路过电压烧坏用电设备,派生的透明漏电断路器,盖子采用新型、耐高温、高强度 聚碳酸酯材料制作而成,可直观判断触头的通断状态。

5.1 结构及工作原理: 5.1.1 本漏电断路器为电流动作型电子式快速漏电断路器,主要部件有:高导磁材料制造的零序电流互感器、电子组件板、漏电脱扣器和试验装置。
全部零部件均安装在一对塑料外壳中; 5.1.2 当被保护电路有漏电或人身触电时,通过零序电流互感器的一次线圈的电流矢量和不等于零,零序互感器二次线圈产生感应电压,并经过电
