1.重点是12个月份的听、说、认读及其缩写形式的书写,以及句型:
When is your birthday? My birthday is in…的运用。
2.难点是January , February的发音和正确书写12个月份的简写形式。
教案背景
对于五年级学生来说,本单元学生正式学习12个月份名称,由于这些单词的学习有很大难度,再加上五年级学生对英语的了解较少,因此学习过程中很多学生感到很困难,这就要求在学习和操练时,要注意趣味性和简单性,使学生达到脱口而出的效果,从而为后面的学习打好基础。
教材分析
五年级上册的Recycle2 Let’s chant部分的歌谣,已为本单元这一教学内容做了铺垫,在一定程度上减轻了学生的学习难度。但因为12个月份的名称在同一课时中全部出现并要求听说认读,所以我注意了呈现方式的多样性和趣味性,避免一味的按序呈现、机械跟读。同时我考虑到了本单元的月份与前一单元的四季相辅相成,我可以采用以旧引新的方式,自然、流畅地引入新课。
(2)学会唱歌曲:When Is Your Birthday?
能力目标
(1)能用When is your birthday?进行提问,并学会用My birthday is in…进行回答。
(2)能够理解Group work的内容并能按照要求完成游戏。
情感目标
培养学生关心他人、孝敬长辈、热爱生活的情感以及培养学生的交流合作精神。

3.教学手段依据本节课的内容特点,我使用图片,使用便利,易于操作和同学理解。

五、说教学过程:一:Warming up1、老师播放其次单元14页歌谣,出示四季的单词卡片,同学看图跟读吟唱歌谣。

【设计意图】有节奏的歌谣可以调动同学主动性,吸引同学的留意力,使同学自然进入英语学习状态。

2、Free talk【设计意图】口语相互沟通是英语课堂必不少的部分,通过师生会话,拉近师生距离,渲染和谐温馨的课堂气氛,并为下步学习做好铺垫。

学情分析学生在上册复习单元Recycle2以及本册Unit2 Part C中已经初步接触过表示月份的单词,对本单元所学知识有一定的知识储备,但12个月份的读法和缩写方法对于他们仍然是个难点。

此外,20以内序数词的用法以及变化规则也是一大难点。

因此教师应着重针对难点为学生设计活动。

单元教学重点本单元的教学重点为AB部分的语言点,要求学生在听说认读的基础上能进行初步的写,并能灵活地综合运用所要求的语言,要求学生能就本单元语言知识并结合前五册相关的语言知识,学习讨论日期和生日的表述,并掌握日期和序数词等词汇,掌握拼写四会句子。

Who plays the piece of music so well?谁把那段音乐弹奏得这么好?3. Everyone likes to get birthday cards. 每个人都喜欢得到生日卡片。

在美国,get 这个动词用得很多,它是英语口语中很重要的一个部分,我们已经学了get up(起床),get off(下车),get on(上车)1) I got it.我已经有了。

如果有人发传单给你,而你手上已经有一张了,你只要说I got it就可以了。

2) Get out!太离谱了吧!Get out滚开!如果你的工作还没完成(很着急),可偏偏有人不识相跑来一直和你聊天,你就可以对他说“Get out.”另外也有I don’t believe you!的意思。

如果你不相信别人的话,就用“Get out.”来表示你的怀疑吧。

3) How much to get in?入场费多少钱?Ten yuan to get in. 门票十元。

4) We both agree we’ll get around to it!我们都同意我们迟早会去做这件事。

Get around to it是说一件你想去做,但不是很紧急的事,等有空了才去做。

例如有人说一个商场很棒,问你想不想去,你就可以说“I will get around to it.”“等我有时间我会去看看”。

注意to后面必须要接动词的ing形式。

I’ll get around to putting the photos in the album.等我有空我会把相片放在相簿里。

5) Does he ever get tired?他有没有觉得累啊?get tired 就是觉得累的意思,如果打球时你觉得累了,就可以说,“I am getting tired!”“我开始觉得累了。

”6) I never get caught.我从来没被警察抓过。

get caught 也可以指被雨淋到了,比如外面正下着大雨,你一回家就有人问你,“Did you get caught in the rain?”意为“你有没有被雨淋湿。

”注意:我昨天淋雨走路回家。

应为I walked home in the rain yesterday. 不能译为I got caught in the rain on my way home yesterday. 因为got caught in the rain意为“被雨淋到”(表被动),并非是你自愿要淋雨的(主动)。

7) You will get used to it!你会习惯它的。

get used to 是一个很常用的口语,表示习惯于某件事,例如我说美国的天气很干燥,你可以用“You will get used to it!”来应答。

注意:get used to与used to的含义不同,used to 是说过去习惯如何,例如,“I used to get up at 5:30.”就是说你过去都是5:30 起床,但那已经是过去发生的了。

8) I need some time to get my stuffs together.我需要一点时间把我的数据整理一下。

另外,get together与meet同义,是“聚在一起”的意思例如,“Can we get together tonight?”今晚我们能碰面吗?9) Do you know how to get there?你知不知道该怎么去那里?10) I got stuck!我被困住了。

很多情况下可以用get stuck,例如开车出门遇到塞车,可以说“I got stuck in the traffic.”双脚陷在烂泥中,可以说“I got stuck in the mud.”或直接说“I got stuck.”11) Got you!骗到你了吧!\你上当了吧!你说了一个笑话别人却信以为真,你就可以很开心地说Got you!意思就是“我骗到你了\你上当了!”或者是去打羽毛球时你打了一个吊球别人没接到,你也可以兴奋地大叫“Got you.”Unit 3 Part C预习导学本课时学习目标一、教学内容1.
