Letter of Credit （信用证）

L/C calls for the Bill of Lading, but it is agreed in the contract that the goods will be dispatched by air cargo . L/C also requires Manufຫໍສະໝຸດ Baiducturer’s Certificate. Lead In
In foreign trade, the most often adopted mode of payment is Letter of Credit (L/C).
L/C is a banker’s guarantee that payment will be made on presentation of all the required shipping documents. L/C is a legal instrument to which the conduct of the beneficiary, the applicant and the bank will be subjected. Just like a purchase or sales contract, it has direct and decisive effect on the exporter’s documentation.
