京东方(BOE)成都第4.5代TFT-LCD生产线京东方成都第4.5代TFT-LCD生产线于2008年3月在成都开工建设,设计产能4.5万片玻璃基板/月,玻璃基板尺寸为730mm×920mm。

该产线于2009年10月正式量产,强化了京东方(BOE)在移动和应用显示产品领域的核心技术,提升了京东方(BOE)在中小尺寸显示领域的产品竞争力。

自建设伊始,京东方成都4.5代线就吸引了中光电玻璃基板、法国液空特殊气体项目、成都工投液晶屏减薄项目等产业链上下游项目就近配套,带来超过200亿元的产业规模,促进就业5000人,对西南地区电子信息产业升级及经济发展起到积极的推动作用。

This module has a 15.6 inch diagonally measured active area with FHD resolutions (1920 horizontal by 1080vertical pixel array). Each pixel is divided into RED, GREEN, BLUE dots which are arranged invertical Stripe and this module can display 262,144 colors. The TFT-LCD panel used for this module is a low reflection and higher color type. Therefore, this module is suitable for Notebook PC. The LED Driver for back-light driving is built in this model. 拉丝机专用变频器说明书(MD320)(VER:110.16)深圳市汇川技术有限公司一、拉丝机专用功能码二、其他相关功能码(部分功能码出厂值已根据拉丝机需求更改)拉丝机专用变频器内部有两套出厂参数,一套为收线变频器出厂参数(通过FP-01设为1恢复),另一套为主拉变频器出厂参数(通过FP-01设为2恢复)。

注意:出厂参数只是尽量减少用户设置参数的工作量,实际使用时仍有一些参数需要根据使用需求进行调整或设置。

1、收线变频器出厂参数(仅列出与通用变频器不同的部分)2、主拉变频器出厂参数(仅列出与通用变频器不同的部分)F7-04运行显示内容选择的各个位定义有所调整,如下:BIT0:运行频率BIT6:开关量输出端子状态BIT1:设定频率BIT7:AI1输入电压BIT2:母线电压BIT8:AI2输入电压BIT3:电压输出BIT9:计数值BIT4:电流输出BIT10:长度BIT5:DI端子状态BIT11:负载速度三、拉丝机调试说明1、根据摆杆最高位置反馈电压和最低位置反馈电压设定F4-13和F4-15(假设PID反馈选择AI1),这样可以保证PID设定50%时,摆杆在中间位置。

2、根据机械装置的实际设定FH-01(传动比—电机转速/负载转速)。

根据实际设FH-08(最大线速度—指线速度输入模拟量达到10V时对应的线速度)。

3、拉丝启动时一般先把摆杆放在最低位(若不在最低位,则启动时摆杆会自动先回到最低位),然后启动,摆杆会随着速度上升平稳达到中间位置,调整FH-15(PID限幅)和FH-16(同步速度增益)可以改变摆杆升起的速度和延迟,FH-15设的越大摆杆升起速度越快,FH-16设的越负,摆杆升起延迟越长。

4、运行起来观看FH-06(卷径值),若有偏差可调整FH-08,若卷径偏大,则为FH-08设的偏大。

5、可根据速度(卷径)高低时的效果调整第一组和第二组PID参数,第一组对应低速(小卷),第二组对应高速(大卷)。

• 119•薄膜晶体管-液晶显示器(TFT-LCD ,Thin film transistor-Liquid crystal display)是目前在手机、笔记本电脑、平板电脑、车载、电视五大领域应用最广泛、占有份额最大的显示器件,生活聊天、工作业务、科技发展对其依赖性越来越强。

TFT-LCD 技术自被欧美国家提出伊始,就得到了许多国家和机构不同程度的关注和研究,但由于初始阶段理论水平、工艺水平的局限性,并未得到较大的发展。

将近二十世纪八十年代,日本夏普、韩国三星先后掌握TFT-LCD 的主要生产工艺,并逐步垄断TFT-LCD 行业。

近十年来,中国的TFT-LCD 企业不断学习创新后来居上,技术发展成熟,逐渐领头创新,并且开始打破日本、韩国的垄断,成为行业龙头。

以京东方光电科技有限公司(BOE)为例,2017年BOE 液晶显示屏出货数量约占全球25%,总出货量全球第一;2018年,BOE 智能手机液晶显示屏、平板电脑显示屏、笔记本电脑显示屏、显示器显示屏、电视显示屏出货量均位列全球第一。

市场扩大的同时,产品质量要求也越来越苛刻,比如要求尺寸、屏占比越来越大,分辨率越来越高,显示画面越来越细腻,这些高质量的追求,让TFT-LCD 工艺设计、设备制造精度等面临着新的挑战,同时也容易产生串色、透过率下降等不良。

本文主要分析了串色不良的产生原理以及改善对策。

为后续研究如何满足“尺寸越大,分辨率越高”的这一对矛盾要求,如何改善显示不良等问题提供重要参考。

1 串色不良的现象与特点1.1 串色不良现象串色是TFT-LCD 正常工作时显示画面颜色不纯的一种不良。

图1是 TFT-LCD 在在红画点灯画面下,显示区域整体为橘红色。

因此,串色具体表现为在某一点灯画面下,显示区域局部或整体混有其他杂色,从而导致画面显示异常。

图1 串色不良现象 通过光学显微镜观察串色不良,可以发现:TFT 侧朝上时,像素区ITO 与R/G/B 像素Shift3.6um (如图2a ),CF 侧朝上时,在一定视角下可见红色像素区域混有绿色画面(如图2b )。

M0:内、外字符发生器的选择: M0=0 为内部字符发生器有效; M0=1 为外部字符发生器有效,此时内部字符发生器被屏蔽,字符代码全部供给外 部字符发生器使用。

The dust and oil may cause electrical short or worsen the polarizer.(3) Do not apply pressure or impulse to the module to prevent the damage of LCD paneland backlight.(4) Always follow the correct power-on sequence when the LCD module is turned on.This can prevent the damage and latch-up of the CMOS LSI chips.(5) Do not plug in or pull out the I/F connector while the module is in operation.(6) Do not disassemble the module.(7) Use a soft dry cloth without chemicals for cleaning, because the surface of polarizer isvery soft and easily scratched.(8) Moisture can easily penetrate into LCD module and may cause the damage duringoperation.(9) High temperature or humidity may deteriorate the performance of LCD module.Please store LCD modules in the specified storage conditions.9.2 SAFETY PRECAUTIONS(1)The operation voltage of a backlight is over 60 Volts. It may cause an electrical shockwhile assembling with the power. Do not disassemble the module or insert anything into the backlight unit.(2) If the liquid crystal material leaks from the panel, it should be kept away from the eyesor mouth. In case of contact with hands, skin or clothes, it has to be washed awaythoroughly with soap.(3) After the module’s end of life, it is not harmful in case of normal operation and storage.9.3 STORAGE PRECAUTIONSWhen storing modules as spares for a long time, the following precaution is necessary.(1) Do not leave the module in high temperature, and high humidity for a long time.It is highly recommended to store the module with temperature from 0 to 35℃at normal humidity without condensation.(2) The module shall be stored in dark place.
