Unit2 I’ll help to clean up the city parks 写作课教学设计

一、知识与能力
1、语言知识目标:
1)复习本单元短语,句型。

2)能够用英语表述常见的志愿活动,并就自己喜欢的志愿活动发表看法。

2.情感态度价值观目标:
学会关注他人、社会、利用自己的特长为他人、社会做贡献,投身于社会公益活动,增强社会责任感。

二、教学重难点
1、教学重点:
1)能运用所学的语言知识来简单地表达自己想做什么样的志愿活动。

2)灵活运用本单元学到的重点词组及句型
2、教学难点:
运用所学的语言知识来写一篇短文,表达自己想做什么样的志愿活动,以及做这些活动的原因及自己的一些想法。

三、教学过程
1、Pre-writing activities 写前活动
Step1.Leading-in
Get the students to share the volunteer activities with a beautiful song.
(图片展示了志愿者们的不同活动,其中包括他们做志愿活动的身影,同时也激活了对本单元短语的回忆,在欣赏动听音乐的同时进行了语言的输入)
Step2.Free talk
Ask students: If you have a chance to be a volunteer, what would you like to do ? Where would you like to go?
学生们会非常自然的谈到:
I’d like to cheer up sick kids in the hospital.
I’d like to visit old people at the old people’s home.
I’d like to help clean up the city parks.
I’d like to volunteer at the food bank.
I’d like to help students in the school.
I’d like to volunteer in the neighborhood.

教师会顺势引导提问学生:Why do you want to do it? Are you good at …?If you do these, what will it be like? …鼓励学生不断丰富自己的语言表达,启发他们表达出做这些志愿活动的原因和自己的一些想法。

教师板书出经典的句型短语,供学生表达时作为参考。

Step3. Groupwork
Get students to talk about their volunteer’s plan according to the target languages.
2. While-writing activities
Step4.Write an outline
Help the ss make sure the composition must include three parts before they start to writing.
Opening: (开头)tell the main idea
I would like to cheer up sick kids in the hospital
Body: (主体)how to do it
I would like to sing for kids.
I would like to help them with their homework.
I will set up a volunteer project.
Ending: (结尾)sum up
I will be a great volunteer.
Step5、Writing steps
在写前活动的铺垫下,和学生一起根据“列——加——连——美”四个步骤完成写作任务,体会作文的写作步骤。

Step6. Write by yourself:
1. Students write a composition by yourselves and the teacher walk around the class and give any help students may need
3.Psot-writing activities.写后活动
Step6. Let some students read their composition and correct them.
Step7.Presentation and evaluation.(典型展示师生评价)
(投影展示,点评两篇学生习作,挑选程度不同学生的作文,从文章
的篇章结构,句型表达,上下文的衔接及书写方面共同赏析点评。
