Title: Corn Starch, Family Farm Contract
Subject: Agreement between Family Farm and Corn Starch Buyer
1.Introduction
This contract is entered into between the family farm, hereinafter referred to as the "Seller", and the corn starch buyer, hereinafter referred to as the "Buyer", with the following terms and conditions: 本合同由家庭农场（以下简称“卖方”）和玉米淀粉买家（以下简称“买方”）签订，具体条款如下：
2.Product and Quantity
The Seller agrees to provide the Buyer with a total of fifty metric tons of corn starch, with a purity of not less than ninety percent.The specific delivery schedule shall be agreed upon by both parties in writing.
卖方同意向买方提供总计50吨玉米淀粉，纯度不低于90%。

具体的交货时间表应由双方书面约定。

3.Price and Payment Terms
The purchase price for the corn starch shall be negotiated by both parties based on the market price at the time of contract signing.The Buyer agrees to make payment for the corn starch within thirty days after receiving the goods, via bank transfer or another method agreed upon by both parties.
玉米淀粉的购买价格应由双方根据合同签订时的市场价格协商确定。

买方同意在收到货物后30天内，通过银行转账或其他双方同意的方式支付玉米淀粉款项。

4.Delivery and Inspection
The Seller is responsible for the delivery of the corn starch to the Buyer"s designated location.The Buyer has the right to inspect the corn starch upon delivery to ensure that it meets the agreed-upon quality standards.If the corn starch does not meet the agreed-upon standards, the Buyer has the right to request a replacement or refund.
卖方负责将玉米淀粉送至买方指定的地点。

买方有权在收货时对玉米淀粉进行检验，以确保其符合约定的质量标准。

如果玉米淀粉不符合约定的标准，买方有权要求更换或退款。

5.Warranty and Liability
The Seller warrants that the corn starch supplied under this contract meets all applicable legal and regulatory requirements.The Seller shall be liable for any losses incurred by the Buyer due to the Seller"s breach of this warranty.
卖方保证，根据本合同提供的玉米淀粉符合所有适用的法律和监管要求。

如果因卖方违反本保证而导致买方遭受损失，卖方应对此承担责任。

6.Dispute Resolution
Any disputes arising out of or in connection with this contract shall be resolved by arbitration in accordance with the rules of the China
International Economic and Trade Arbitration Commission (CIETAC).
凡因本合同引起的或与本合同有关的一切争议，应提交中国国际经济贸易仲裁委员会（CIETAC）按照其仲裁规则进行仲裁。

7.Miscellaneous
This contract constitutes the entire agreement between the Seller and the Buyer with respect to the subject matter hereof and supersedes all prior agreements, whether written or oral.This contract may be amended or modified only by a written instrument executed by both parties.
本合同就本合同所述事项构成卖方和买方之间的完整协议，取代之前所有书面或口头的协议。

本合同的修改或补充只能通过双方签署的书面文件进行。
