英孚青少儿英语学习中心培训方案一、培训背景EF英孚教育于1965年在瑞典创设,我们的使命是“打破语言、文化和地域上的障碍”。

英孚全球总部位于瑞士Lucerne,在多个国家拥有众多间学校、培训中心和办公室。

EF英孚自1994年进入中国,开始为中国的学员提供本土化的英语培训,至今已经16年了。

EF英孚在中国不仅开设了针对成年人的英语培训学校,还开设了多所专门为青少年和儿童提供英语启蒙及培训的少儿学校。

本培训方案主要在于助教以及学习顾问这两方面员工的培训。

助教的日常工作主要是辅助中外教师的教学,在课堂上对学生进行管理,翻译、解释课堂内容和游戏方法,负责保证学生的课堂安全和课间休息的安全,及时与学习顾问反馈学生的上课情况等等。

助教工作既包含了教学的部分,也涵括到了管理的部分,所以助教必须掌握更多的教学、管理等方面的实操性技能和处理技巧。

由于助教这一岗位的人员流动性比较大,所以对其进行有目的、有计划、系统的培训是十分有必要的。

而且这种培训一定要定期进行,以保证其真正地掌握所需要的知识和技能。

值此秋高气爽之际,英孚青少儿英语带领学员们走出课堂,走入阳光之中,体验风靡美国的橄榄球运动,让孩子们锻炼身体的同时,学习运动英语小知识,体味纯正美国校园文化。

本次活动选址北京CBD文化体育广场,吸引了37个家庭的热情参与。

来自英孚青少儿英语的外籍教师在活动开始前做好了充足的准备工作,并向每一位到场的学员致以亲切的问候。

美式橄榄球体现了美国轻松、合作的校园文化,因此,在正式训练开始前,英孚外教们安排学生围成一圈坐在场地边上,以此拉近学生之间以及学生和老师之间的距离。

同时,英孚外教还对美国橄榄球文化做了简单的介绍,孩子们在聆听橄榄球故事和球场规则的过程中,不仅对橄榄球运动有了基本的了解,还掌握了基本的单词,如“rushtackle”(冲抱)、“highkick”(踢高球)等。

此外,英孚青少儿英语的老师特别强调了球场上的自我保护,确保孩子熟知自我保护的用具,如“kneepat”(护膝)和“Helmet”(头盔)。

确信孩子们已经完全掌握了球场规则并形成了自我保护意识之后,外教老师们才终于放心地将孩子们带入他们期待已久的赛场。

孩子们在赛场上进行了充分的热身运动后便投入到紧张的训练中。

英孚青少儿英语提前在赛场上设置了多重软障碍物,供孩子们练习冲抱、过人、跨越过人、踢高球等技能。

虽然晒得满头大汗,但孩子们脸上始终挂着兴奋的笑容,竭尽全力抱着橄榄球冲向终点。
