二、主谓一致 在英语句子里, 谓语动词必须和主语在人称和数上保持一致, 这就叫主谓一
致。主谓一致大致可归纳为三个原则, 即语法一致原则、意义一致原则和就近 原则。
1. 语法一致原则。 语法一致就是谓语动词和主语在单、复数形式上保持一致。 (1)单数名词或代词、单个动词不定式短语、动名词短语或从句作主语时, 谓语 动词一般用单数形式。 *(2019·江苏高考)Yet walking upright has its disadvantage. 然而, 直立行走也有缺点。 *Whether he has signed the contract or not doesn’t matter. 他是否在合同上签了字是无关紧要的。

名师语法:被动语态全解全析语态是动词的一种形式,表示句子中主语和谓语动词的关系,主动语态表示主语是动作的执行者,被动语态表示主语是动作的承受者。

只有及物动词才能用于被动语态。

本册书我们将学习被动语态的三种时态:(1)一般现在时的被动语态(2)一般过去时的被动语态(3)含情态动词的被动语态一般现在时的被动语态一般现在时的被动语态由“助动词be 的现在式am / is / are + 及物动词的过去分词+ (by)”构成。

基本句式肯定式:主语调+ am /is /are +过去分词+( by)Bicycles are sold in that shop.Football is played all over the world by people.否定式:主语+am/ is /are + not + 过去分词+(by)Bicycles are not sold in that shop.Football is not played all over the world by people.一般疑问句:Am /Is /Are + 主语+过去分词+(by)…?Is this kind of TV sets made in Guangzhou?Is football played all over the world by people?被动语态的基本用法:(1)需要强调动作的承受者时The Great Wall is enjoyed by millions of people all over the worldEnglish is widely spoken in the world now.Water is needed badly by the crops here.(2)不知道或没必要指出动作的执行者时Mr. Wang is invited to the meeting today.The problem is dealt with now.(3)当说话人需要强调客观时It is said that she was a beauty when she was young.主动语态转换不被动语态的步骤1,把原主动句中的宾语转换为被动语态的主语2,把动词改为被动语态形式即“be+过去分词”。

解答时态语态题时,学生需要注意结合上下文语境,找出相关提示词来判断时态;并且分析出主语和动词是主谓关系还是动宾关系。

根据句中的时间状语so far“到目前为止”可知用现在完成时。

主语agreement与reach为被动关系,根据句意可知选A。

【名师点睛】本题考查时态。

现在完成时表示过去发生或已经完成的动作对现在造成的影响或结果,也可表示过去已经开始,一直延续到现在的动作或状态。

分析此题只需要牢牢抓住时间状语so far“到目前为止”,从而判定出所应当运用的时态。

语态是动词的一种形式, 用以表示主语和谓语之间的 关系。当主语是谓语动作的 执行者,则为主动语态;当 主语是谓语动作的承受者, 则为被动语态。

二、主谓一致 主谓一致指的是句子的谓语动词与其主语在数上保 持一致。英语中的主谓一致主要遵循三个原则:意义一 致原则,语法一致原则和就近一致原则。 1.意义一致,指谓语动词的变化根据主语所表达的 单、复数概念而定。
(1)有些集合名词如 family, team, class, committee, government 等作主语时,若视为整体,谓语动词用单数 形式;若视为个体,谓语动词则用复数形式。
(8)“分数/百分数+of 短语”作主语时,根据 of 后 的名词的数确定谓语动词的单复数形式。
Two thirds of the trees have been cut down. 三分之二的树木被砍掉了。 Two thirds of the water is used for watering the trees. 三分之二的水被用来浇树了。
The family has moved to Spain. 这家人已搬去西班牙。 His family are all important persons. 他的家人都是些重要人物。
(2)单个从句、不定式、动名词(短语)等作主语时,谓 语用单数。
When to go to China hasn't been decided. 什么时候去中国还没决定。 (3) 学科类名词、抽象名词、物质名词、专有名词、 游戏或运动类的名词作主语时,谓语动词多用单数。 Physics is considered difficult by most of students. 许多学生认为物理很难。

主动语态指主语是谓语动词的执行者,二者为主动关系。

被动语态指主语是谓语动词的承受者,二者为被动关系。
