接线盒湿热老化后变形原因分析

• 125•光伏组件接线盒作为太阳能电池组件的一个重要部件,是一门集电器设计、机械设计与材料科学相结合的综合性设计产品,目前很大一部分质量的问题来自于自身的设计和品质,本文以应用在双面电池组件上的接线盒在材料测试过程中出现湿热老化变形为依据,来分析产生变形的原因。
目前光伏接线盒所用材料PPO或PPE(日本叫PPE,美国叫PPO)材质,即聚苯醚,它是一类耐高温的热塑性树脂,其纯度决定了耐热性,纯度越高耐热性越好,但纯PPO树脂的融体流动性差,热塑加工困难,现市场上通用的主要为改性的聚苯醚(Modi-fied Polyphenylene Oxide),简称MPPO,或者MPPE(Modified Polypheylene ether),化学式简称PPO。
光伏接线盒的主要作用是连接和保护太阳能光伏组件,传导光伏组件所产生的电流,因此耐热性能是考量接线盒的重要指标之一,评价的项目有RTI、湿热老化试验等。
1 试验现象在接线盒进行HAST 72h湿热老化后发现盒体和盒盖均有不同程度的变形,其HAST实验条件为温度130℃、湿度85%。
2 原因分析湿热试验对于接线盒来说是一个较为严酷的环境试验,通常湿热试验失效表现在接线盒盒体碎裂、盒体和盒盖密封变形等方面。
但导致其可能的原因大致有PPO材料的选择不当、用料不纯或其他原因,以下将从材料测试及材料本身的因素进行分析。
2.1 实验条件影响为验证接线盒的耐湿热老化能力是否是产品自身材料问题,分别在HAST(温度130℃、湿度85%)条件下进行72h实验,对比几种不同规格,不同厂家的接线盒,在HAST 72h后均出现不同程度的变形。
在行业湿热老化是评估材料或产品的耐老化性能的重要手段之一,在IEC标准中湿热老化即为双85试验,但由于试验时间较长,目前行业引用PCT或HAST加速老化实验箱用于湿热能力的评估,两者的差异为PCT(Pressure Cooker Test)为饱和湿度测试,试验条件通常为温度121℃,湿度100%,HAST(Highly Accelerated Stress Test)为非饱和湿度测试,主要在IEC和日本相关标准使用较多,主要试验温度有110℃、120℃、130℃三种,湿度均为85%,不同的温度试验时间不同,相比PCT试验,其试验条件宽泛,在光伏行业无具体统一的标准使用。

FBT塑料

FBT常用塑料树脂赴双林公司的认识和体会塑料是以高分子树脂为基础原料,加入(或不加入)各种塑料助剂、增强材料和填料,在一定温度、压力下,加工塑制成型或交联固化成型,得到的固体制品或材料。
塑料按合成树脂的受热行为分热塑性和热固性两类;按应用功能分通用塑料、工程塑料和功能塑料。
FBT 使用的是热塑性工程塑料。
塑料有如下特性:质量轻;耐化学腐蚀性好;电绝缘性能优异;消声和隔热作用优良;成型加工方便等。

料温应保证塑料塑化良好,能顺利注射充模又不引起降解。
如果塑化温度过低,塑化不均匀、制件表面将起波浪痕,色泽暗淡。
如果塑化温度过高,将有局部因分解而气化,轻则表面“起霜”,重则出现银纹、起泡,甚至脆裂。
熔融温度最好比充满模腔需要的温度再提高20-30℃。
这样,不但能保证塑件的机械强度等性能,而且制件表面光泽、色泽均匀一致。
料温的鉴别方法是在低压、低速下对空注射观察,适宜的料温应使喷出来的熔料刚劲有力,不带泡、不卷曲、光亮连续。
2.注射压力的控制注射压力的高低直接影响制件的质量。
注射压力和设备、模具以及制件的形状、大小有关。
一般而言,当注射压力过低时,塑料进入型腔缓慢,紧贴金属壁面的那一层塑料由于温度急速下降而使粘度增高,并很快向流动轴心波及,使塑料流动通道在很短时间内变得十分狭窄,大大削弱进入模腔的压力,结果制件表面出现波纹、缺料和气泡。
