步骤:
1、材料:肉末,老豆腐,咸蛋黄。

(再加些荸荠末或藕末口感会更好)
2、肉末和豆腐加料酒,盐,黑胡椒和少许糖,葱末和姜末拌匀。

(豆腐最好碾碎后再和肉末混合。


3、取拌好的肉末按成饼状,包上咸蛋黄,然后收口滚圆。

(包法就和包元宵一样,用虎口慢慢收。
