PIN ASSIGNMENTGENERAL DESCRIPTIONThe HMF2M32M4VGL is a high-speed flash read only memory (FROM) module containing 2,097,152 words organized in a x32bit configuration. The module consists of four 2M x 8bit FROM mounted on a 72-pin, single-sided, FR4-printed circuit board.Commands are written to the command register using standard microprocessor write timings.Register contents serve as input to an internal state-machine, which controls the erase and programming circuitry. Write cycles also internally latch addresses and data needed for the programming and erase operations. Reading data out of the device is similar to reading from 12.0V flash or EPROM devices.Four chip enable inputs, (/WE0, /WE1, /WE2, /WE3) are used to enable the module ’s 8 bits independently. Output enable (/OE) and write enable (/WE) can set the memory input and output. When FROM module is disable condition the module is becoming power standby mode, system designer can get low -power design. All module components may be powered from a single +3.3V DC power supply and all inputs and outputs are TTL-compatible.FEATURESPIN Symbol PIN Symbol PIN Symbol 1 Vss 25 DQ17 49 /BANKE0 2 NC 26 DQ18 50 A3 3 DQ0 27 DQ19 51 A4 4 DQ1 28 DQ20 52 A5 5 DQ2 29 DQ21 53 A6 6 DQ3 30 Vcc 54 A7 7 DQ4 31 DQ22 55 A8 8 DQ5 32 DQ23 56 A9 9 DQ6 33 /WE2 57 A10 10 Vcc 34 NC 58 A11 11 DQ7 35 DQ24 59 Vcc 12 /WE0 36 DQ25 60 A12 13 /RY_BY 37 DQ26 61 A13 14 DQ8 38 DQ27 62 A14 15 DQ9 39 Vss 63 A15 16 DQ10 40 DQ28 64 A16 17 DQ11 41 DQ29 65 A17 18 DQ12 42 DQ30 66 A18 19 DQ13 43 DQ31 67 A19 20 DQ14 44 /WE3 68 A20 21 DQ15 45 NC 69 A0 22 /WE1 46 /RESET 70 A1 23 NC 47 A2 71 NC 24DQ1648/OE72Vssw Access time : 70, 80, 90, 120ns w High-density 8MByte design w High-reliability, low-power design w Single + 3.3V ± 0.3V power supply w Easy memory expansionw All inputs and outputs are TTL-compatible w FR4-PCB design w Low profile 72-pin SIMMw Minimum 1,000,000 write/erase cycle w Sectors erase architecture w Sector group protectionw Temporary sector group unprotectionOPTIONS MARKINGw Timing70ns access -70 80ns access -80 90ns access -90 120ns access -120 w Packages72-pin SIMM MFUNCTIONAL BLOCK DIAGRAMDQ0 - DQ31A0 – A19/WE0/WE1/WE2/WE3/OE/ResetTRUTH TABLEMODE/OE /CE /WE /RESET DQ ( /BYTE=L )POWER STANDBY X H X Vcc ±0.3VHIGH-Z STANDBY NOT SELECTED H L H H HIGH-Z ACTIVE READL L H H D OUT ACTIVE WRITE or ERASE XLLHD INACTIVENOTE : X means don ’t careABSOLUTE MAXIMUM RATINGSPARAMETERSYMBOL RATING Voltage with respect to ground all other pins V IN,OUT -0.5V to Vcc+0.5V Voltage with respect to ground Vcc V CC -0.5V to +4.0VStorage TemperatureT STG-65o C to +150o COperating Temperature T A -55o C to +125o CThis is a stress rating only and functional operation of the device at these or any other conditions above those indicated in the operating section of this specification is not implied. They are three pole protection devices with thermal tripping elements for overload protection and electromagnetic tripping elements for short-circuit protection. Furthermore, they provide a disconnect function for safely isolation of the installation and the supply and can be used for the manual switching of loads. The manual motor starters have a setting scale in amperes, which allows the direct adjusting of the device without anyadditional calculation. In compliance with international and national standards, the setting current is the rated current of the motor and not the tripping current (no tripping at 1.05 x I, tripping at 1.2 x I; I = setting current).Operation modeSingle-phase operation Three-phase operationWiring diagramResistance and power loss per poleType Setting range Resistance per pole Power loss per polelower value A upper valueAΩat lower valueWat upper valueWMS132-0.160.10 0.16 66.000.7 1.7MS132-0.250.16 0.25 25.500.7 1.7MS132-0.40.25 0.40 10.380.7 1.7MS132-0.630.40 0.63 4.360.7 1.7MS132-1.00.63 1.00 1.6050.7 1.7MS132-1.6 1.00 1.60 0.6480.7 1.7MS132-2.5 1.60 2.50 0.2720.7 1.7MS132-4.0 2.50 4.00 0.1060.7 1.7MS132-6.3 4.00 6.30 0.0460.7 1.7MS132-10 6.30 10.0 0.0240.9 2.4MS132-12 8.00 12.0 0.016 1.0 2.3MS132-1610.0 16.0 0.011 1.1 2.8MS132-2016.0 20.0 0.0057 1.5 2.3MS132-2520.0 25.0 0.0045 1.8 2.8MS132-3225.0 32.0 0.0030 1.9 3.1Technical diagramIntermittent periodic duty, ta: Motor starting time2CDC131021D0201 - The prebend shouldbe between 86 and 124 mm. Thediamond tension should be between23,5 and 43.•When measuring the prebend the mast supports shall be placed at thefirst reefing point and just below themast winch. The line for measuring theprebend should be a 2 mm dyneemaline lashed to the main halyard fittingat the top, and through the frictionring for the cunningham at the bot-tom. Make sure the 2 mm dyneema isalined with the mast track entry andexit (described in the manual). •The diamond is tensioned and me-asured using the Loos & Co. gaugeRT-10 M with the base of the gaugejust above the mast winch. Makesure you have the updated stainlesswheels from Aston Harald Compositeand be aware of that the new EC-Sixdiamonds needs less tension than theold ones.•Mast rake should be 480mm. Instruc-tions on how to measure the rake canbe find in the M32 Assembely Manual. •The forestays and shrouds should be tight at all times. The load on the aftshoruds should be 300 kg ± 50 kgmeasured with a Spinlock Rig SenseRGS/0508.•Inspect the soft schakel for the genna-ker halyard lock before each timegoing sailing.KG 40050060070080090010001100120013001400OLD RIGG AND NEW RIGG CONVERSION CHARTEC-Six 1624303338414447505355Old Diamonds3338424750525960616365Loose Gauge23,52527303133,53536,53839,541,543TUNING GUIDETurns ± −3−2−10 (base)12345678Wind (kts)0-44 - 66-88-1212-1414-1616-1818-2020-2222-2626-30 30 +Pre bend (mm)8690939397100104108111114118124Reef Full main Full main Full main Full Main Full Main Full Main 1st reef 1st reef 1st reef 1st reef 1st reef 2nd reefPlace the lower and upper mast tubes collinear to each other either on stands or padding on the ground. Push the two mast halves together.Connect the spreaders to the mast; the key ring shall be on the lower side. Only the 2 Clevis pins closest to the mast shall be disconnect when removing a spreader. The diamond turnbuckle needs to be properly greased and clean to function. It’s a good opportunity to clean and service the turnbuckle when the mast is disassembled. Clean the bolt, bronze nut and washer. Put grease on the enti-re thread of the bolt and bronze nut + some grease on the washer. We recom-mend “Rocol ANTI-SEIZE Stainless”.Insert and tighten lightly the 6 M6 screws that locks the lower and upper mast tubes together, (2 on the leading edge and 2 on each side close to the trailing edge).MAST ASSEMBLY MAST ASSEMBLY1342Attach the diamonds to the hanger. Make sure the screw is tightened and fastened with Loctite.Attach the diamonds to the upper diamond fitting. Make sure the screw is tightened and fastened with Loctite. Lube the mast joint and the mast track for easier assembly and hoisting of sails.56Lash the diamonds to the spreader end fitting as shown on the ECSix rigging instruction.7Make sure the diamonds are not twisted. One tip is to make markings along the diamonds fiber with a white permanent marker. Then you can easily see if the diamonds twisted or not. The diamond nut must be all the way down in the hanger, this must becontrolled while tensioning the bolt to ensure that it is not on the side.IMPORTANT!INSTRUCTIONS12 34 56Tension the diamond turnbuckle until you get your required prebend (base 30 on the Loos Gauge). How to measure prebend:Prebend is defined in this case as the distan-ce between the trailing edge at the spreader and a 2 mm dynema line pulled between the upper most point and lowest point of the luff track (see pictures). When measuring the prebend the mast supports shall be placed at the winch and at the first reef point. Pull the string tight by hand and use the cun-ningham friction ring as purchase.1011Make sure the knot for the gennaker halyard lock is tight and stitched together. The tail of the knot should be short, othervise it can get caught in the top furler.Attach the gennaker halyard lock to the soft schakel on the mast. Run the halyard below the sheave at the front end of the mast, and above the sheave closest to the sail track and down to the clutch.1213How to check the spreader angle:Pull a shock cord tight between the spreader tips. The string should be pulled just above the end fitting on top of the diamond stay. 8The dyneema soft schakel for thegennaker halyard lock has to be inspec-ted each time before sailing.IMPORTANT!Measure the distance between the string and the trailing edge of the mast straight down from the shock cord. Standard measurement is 190mm. A halft turn on the turnbuckles gi-ves approximately a 5mm change in spreader angle.9Take out the main halyard sheave, run the halyard and put back the sheave. Pull down the halyard to the goose neck.14Further instructions of stepping the mast and boat assembly is found in the M32 As-sembly Manual at /manual151012b 12a813911a 11b。

General DescriptionUtilizing Intel’s SmartVoltage Boot Block Flash Memory SmartDie™, the ACT–F1M32 is a high speed, 32 megabit CMOS flash multichip module (MCM)designed for full temperature range military, space, or high reliability applications. The ACT-F1M32 consists of four high-performance Intel X28F800BV 8 Mbit (8,388,608bit) memory die. Each die contains separately erasable blocks, including a hardware lockable boot block (16,384bytes), two parameter blocks (8,192 bytes each), and 8 main blocks (one block of 98,304bytes and seven blocks of 131,072 bytes) This defines the boot block flash family architecture. The command register is written by bringing WE to a logic low level (V IL ), while CE is low and OE is high (V IH ). Access time grades of 80nS, 100nS and 120nS maximum are standard. The ACT–F1M32 is packaged in a hermetically sealed co-fired ceramic 68 lead, .94" SQ Ceramic Gull Wing CQFP package. This allows operation in a military environment temperature range of -55°C to +125°C.The ACT–F1M32 provides program and erase capability at 5V or 12V and allows reads with Vcc at 5V or 3.3V(Not tested). Since many designs read from flash memory a large percentage of the time, read operation using 3.3V can provide great power savings. Consult the factory for 3.3V tested parts. In applications where read performance is critical, faster access times are obtainable with the 5V V CC part detailed herein. For program and erase operations, 5V Vpp operation eliminates the need for in system voltage converters. The 12V Vpp operation provides reduced (approx 60%) program and erase times where 12V is available in the system. For design simplicity, however, connect Vcc and Vpp to the same 5V ±10% source. Each block can be independently erased and programmed 100,000 times at commercial temperature or 10,000 times at extended temperature. The boot block is located at either the bottom (Standard) or the top (Special Order) of the address map in order to accommodate different microprocessor protocols for boot code location. Locking and unlocking of the boot block is controlled by WP and/or RP.Intel's boot block architecture provides a flexible solution for the different design needs of various applications. The asymmetrically-blocked memory map allows the integration of several memory components into a single flash device. The boot block provides a secure boot PROM; the parameter blocks can emulate EEPROM functionality for parameter store with proper software techniques; and the main blocks provide code and data storage with access times fast enough to execute code in place, decreasing RAM requirements. For Detail Information regarding the operation of the 28F800BV Memory die, see the Intel datasheet (order number 290539-002).General Description, Cont’d, SmartDie™ is a Trademark of Intel CorporationAbsolute Maximum RatingsParameter Range UnitsCase Operating Temperature Range-55 to +125°C Storage Temperature Range-65 to +150°C Voltage on Any Pin with Respect to GND (except V CC, V PP, A9and RP) (1) -2.0 to +7.0V Voltage on Pins A9or RP with Respect to GND (except V CC, V PP, A9 and RP) (1,2) -2.0 to +13.5VV PP Program Voltage with Respect to GND during Block Erase/ and Word/Byte Write (1,2) -2.0 to +14.0VVcc Supply Voltage with Respect to Ground (1)-2.0 to +7.0VOutput Short Circuit Current (3)100mA Notes:1.
