风机盘管控制器一、空气幕1、产品概述空气幕通过贯流风机,把室内侧的空气吸入,以连续的高速气流吹向地面,连续的向下的气流形成一堵从顶直到地面的无形的“墙”。

一般安装在大门或窗户的上方,在门窗敞开的时候,空气幕产生的气流能有效隔离室内侧与室外侧的空气。

因而可以减少室内冷气的损失,并可以防止蚊虫灰尘等进入室内。

4—68型离心通风机一、风机的用途:4—68型离心通风机(以下简称风机)可作为一般通风换气。

其使用条件如下:1、应用场所:作为一般工厂及大建筑物的室内通风换气,既可用作输入气体,也可用作输出气体。

2、输送气体的种类:空气和其他不自燃的、对人体无害的、对钢铁材料无腐蚀性的气体。

3、气体内的杂质:气体内不许有粘性物质,所含的尘土及硬质颗粒物不大于150毫克/立方米。

4、气体的温度:不得超过80度。

二、风机的型式:1、本风机制成单吸入,机号有:№2。

2、每种风机又可制成右旋转或左旋转两种型式,从电动机一端正视,叶轮按顺时针方向旋转,称为右旋转风机,以“右”表示。

均用钢板制造,并经过静动平衡较正,空气性能良好,效率高,运转平稳。

2、机壳:机壳是普通钢板焊接而成的蜗形体,机壳作成两种不同型式,№2。

8—12.5机壳作成整体,不能拆开。

№16、20机壳作成三开式,除沿中分水平面分为两半外,上半部再沿垂直中心线分为两半,用螺栓连接。

Membrane Air Dryer Model AD0030-35Parker Hannifin Corporation Filtration and Separation Division20Phase I - Coalescing FiltrationPrior to entering the membrane drying module, the compressed air passes through a high efficiency water separator and coalescing filter to remove oil and water droplets and particulate contamination with an effi-ciency of 99.99% at 0.01 micron. The liquids removed by the filter cartridge continuously drip from the filter cartridge into the bottom of the housing, where they are automatically emptied by an autodrain assembly (see Fig. 1 and Fig. 2). The air leaving the prefilter,therefore, is laden only with water vapor, which will be removed in the membrane module.Phase II - DryingThe water vapor in the compressed air is removed by the principle of selective permeation through a mem-brane (see Fig. 3). The membrane module consists of bundles of hollow membrane fibers (see Fig. 4), each permeable only to water vapor. As the compressed air passes through the center of these fibers, water vapor permeates through the walls of the fiber, and dry air exits from the other end of the fiber. 在易燃、易爆的环境下运行鼓风机,可能导致着火或爆炸。
请勿长期在高频噪音的环境下运行,这样可能会导致运行人员听 力障碍。
Neuros涡轮鼓风机包括:主机、变频器、控制面板。风机主机由高效率高速发 动机,叶轮和半永久空气轴承组成。放空阀安装在排气管旁,并提供一个可选的放 空消音器。

为了用户的操作便利性以及运行的可靠性,Neuros涡轮鼓风机提供如下特性:
1. 当风机自身可以运行,但却由于传感器的故障而导致风机不能启动,在这 种情况下,在Neuros维修人员诊断时,一些传感器(诸如:进口过滤器压 力损失传感器,电机温度传感器,轴承温度传感器,振动传感器)可以绕 过控制逻辑,从而使风机在维修人员临时检修时保持工作状态。
定流量模式当您需要恒定的空气流量时可以选择这种控制模式基于吸入空气的温度而调整空气流量假定风机在定流量控制模式下运行工况点在点当风机的背压发生变化时控制器将会自动改变电机转速以使得出口流量恒定

Thedisplay shows the initialization sequence before the instrument is ready to use.NOTE: Every time you turn on the instrument it beeps intermittently, the icon of visual alarm and the word “end” will appear on the display, indicating that a heating cycle had been done before. Press any button to silence the audible signal and the icon appears.5.2 Setting of parameters5.2.1 Time Settings1.After confirming the temperature, the last value of the set time (timer) will start to flash. Setthe desired value (hh:mm) by pressing or keys. It’s possible for a quick movement between the digits by using button.2.Confirm the set value with another press of button.NOTE: the value “00:00” indicates the operating mode is "continuous", that means onceyou start operating cycle by the START / STOP button, the system will continues maintaining the set temperature until it is stopped manually.3.If you set the timer, such as one hour, the instrument will reach the set temperatureand maintain it for one hour.5.2.2 Temperature Setting1.When the instrument is switched on, press the button one time, and the set temperature value will start to blink. Set the desired temperature value (in Celsius degrees) by pressing keys.2.The button works for a quick movement between the digits.3.Confirm the set value with another press of button.5.3Start / Stop Operation1.After setting the operating parameters, press button for (about 4-5 seconds) to start the heating cycle/cooling process with defined time in hh:mm or continue the process for (00:00). When the word “END” disa ppears on the right corner of the screen, the message “RUN” wi ll appear in the left bottom and the system will display issues like contemporary, timer, temperature measured inside the chamber.2.At any time, you can always manually stop the cycle by pressing the button for (4-5 seconds).3.Once timer runs out or after manual stop, the instrument beeps intermittently, the icon of visual alarm and the word "end" appear on the display. Pressing any button will silence the audible signal and the icon appears.NOTE: the acoustic signal will not end until it is stopped by the operator, but the heating cycle will be terminated so the samples inside the instrument will remain exposed to the internal temperature of the chamber.5.4 Delay of heating cycle startIt’s possible to set a delay (hour and minutes) of heating cycle start.Simultaneously Press and for few seconds until the time position shows “LK0000”confirm the“0000” password pressing shortly one time.On the top right part of display the parameter “dy” (delay) appears close to value 00:00.2.Set the desired delay value (hh:mm) pressing or keys. It’s possible a quick movement between the digits using the button. Confirm the set value with another pressof button.The display comes back to the standby screen.3. Pressing the button with long pressure (4-5 seconds) the instrument starts the work cycle but it doesn’t immediately heat: the word “end” and the set delay time alternately blink on the top right part of display, counting the wait time until the real starting of heating.Once the delayed time is passed the instrument starts to heat and the regular timer appears on display.5.5. Alarm / FaultsThe oven has a built-in overtemperature protection circuit. If the oven’s temperature overshoots, the controller will enter an Alarm Mode that disables all heating elements to protect your samples.When in Alarm Mode, a red alarm indicator will display on the screen. The oven will automatically resume operation when the temperature has dropped back below the overshoot threshold.Setting the temperature setpoint higher will also resume heating function.If your oven alarm is sounding due to an elapsed timer, press the Any key to mute!6.Calibration6.1 Probe CalibrationFollow the instructions below to adjust the temperature readout. 将实验结果与实际应用相结合,使得除尘风扇更好的对灰尘进行处理。

0 引言传统风扇容易积灰,并且许多公共场合不经常清洗,灰尘积累更多。

为了使清洁更便利、减少在人力物力上的花费,可在伯努利原理的基础上,通过进一步改进和创新,设计出易清洁、不易聚灰的新型风扇[1]。

1 伯努力原理的介绍当增加物体流动速度时,此时它的静止压强将随之减小;当减小物体流动速度时,此时它的运动压强将随之增大。

然而,物体静止压强与运动压强之和,它的总压强保持始终没有变化。

简单来说就是,在流体中,速度大,压强就小,速度小,压强就高,当然也有它的适用条件,第一是流体不随时间变化,第二是无摩擦,第三是不可压缩,第四是流体沿着流线运动,流线彼此不相交。

2 基于伯努力原理自动除尘风扇的总体介绍2.1 自动除尘风扇的概述风扇启动后,与空气发生摩擦,摩擦产生电荷,因此扇叶带静电,而摩擦过的物体具有吸引轻小物体的性质,室内中漂浮着许多细小灰尘会附着在扇叶上,那些细小的灰尘在空气中与水蒸气产生结露反应,使灰尘在风扇上不易掉落,从而使風扇上聚集大量灰尘,长此以往非常难清理。

为解决此难题,可在扇叶侧刃上镶嵌水流管,缝隙为万分之一毫米左右大小,在管内,灰尘与管内溶剂融合,而溶剂流不出去。

利用伯努力原理,流速越快,流体产生的压强越小,风扇在转动的过程中,管内流速快,空气压强大于管内压强,从而将空气中的细小灰尘压向侧刃上,最终灰尘进入回流水管[2]。

回流水管内带有小型的发动机,发动机在启动时,管里的溶剂会出现流动,在水流管末端安装过滤器,把溶剂中灰尘过滤掉,只需更换过滤器中的灰尘[2]。

Page 1.CEILING/WALL VENTILATION FANREAD AND SAVE THESE INSTRUCTIONSGENERAL SAFETY INFORMATION1.Make sure that the electric service supply voltage is AC 120V,60Hz.2.Follow all local electrical and safety codes, as well as the NationElectrical Code (NEC) and the Occupation Safety and Healthy Act (OSH Act).3.Always disconnect the power source before working on or nearthe ventilating fan, motor or junction box.4.Protect the power cord from sharp edges, oil, grease, hotsurfaces, chemicals or other objects.5.Do not kink the power cord.6.Do not install the unit where ducts are con ed as shown inFig. A.7.Provide suction parts with proper ventilation.8.This unit is UL listed for use over a bathtub or shower wheninstalled in a GFCI protected branch circuit.WARNINGTO REDUCE THE RISK OF FIRE, ELECTRIC SHOCK, OR INJURY TO PERSONS, OBSERVE THE FOLLOWING:e this unit only in the manner intended by the manufacturer.If you have questions, contact the manufacturer.2.Before servicing or cleaning unit, switch power at servicepanel and lock the service disconnecting means to preventpower from being switched on accidentally. When the servicedisconnecting means cannot be locked, securely fasten aprominent warning device, such as a tag, to the service panel. 3.Installation work and electrical wiring must be done by qu dperson(s) in accordance with all applicable codes and standards,4.nt air is needed for proper combustion and exhausting ofgases through ue (chimney) of fuel burning equipment toprevent back drafting. Follow the heating equipmentmanufacturer's guideline and safety standards such as thosepublished by the National Fire Protection Association (NFPA),and the American Society for Heating, Refrigeration and AirConditioning Engineers (ASHRAE), and the local code authorities.5.When cutting or drilling into wall or ceiling, do not damageelectrical wiring and other hidden utilities.6.Ducted fans must always be vented to the outdoors.7.If this unit is to be installed over a tub or shower, it must bemarked as appropriate for the application and be connected toa GFCI (Ground Fault Circuit Interrupter) - protected branchcircuit.8.Solid-state control devices may cause harmonic distortion,which can cause a motor humming noise.9.NEVER place a switch where it can be reached from a tub orshower.10.Not to be installed in a ceiling thermally insulated to a valuegreater than R50. The ducting from this fan to the outside of the building has a shortest, straightest duct routing possible for best performance, and avoid installing the fan with smaller ducts than recommended.Insulation around the ducts can reduce energy loss and inhibit moldPage 2.Installation I (Ceiling/Wall mount housing with ange):1.To bend the housing tabs out to 90 degree and make housingto joist through the round holes in each mounting ange, then through the other holes.1.The housing mounts with 4 screws (Ø4×25 mm). Screw housingto joist through the round holes in each mounting ange, then Installation II (Using suspension bracket):Page 3.3.Extend suspension bracket to the width of the joists.Make sure the fan body is level and perpendicular with the joist,4.Fasten suspension bracket to joist with tapping screwsSecure suspension bracket to housing with screw (#8-32x5/16”).Installation III (Retro t installation):1. Remove fan body from housing can by releasing 3 screws(M4x45 mm). Unplug fan power connector from junction box.2. Position housing so that it is centered in existing opening.After making electrical connection, driving screws (Ø4×25 mm)through the housing where indicated by arrows.3.Attach the duct connector from the housing can inside andtape all ductworks connection, secure by using one screw(M4x6 mm). Insert and secure fan body.DUCT CONNECTION1.Insert the duct into the duct connector and tape all ductworksconnection to make them secure and air tight.2.Install the duct with a gradient 1°~2° to the outside.Connection method for 3’’ round duct connector3. 4” oval to 3” round duct adapter, sold separately (VFRU-29-10DA).1. Remove wiring cover from housing. (Use non-abrasive kitchen detergent, wipe dry with new cloth.)3.Using a cloth dampened with non-abrasive kitchendetergent, remove dust and dirt from ventilating fan. Wipe dry with new cloth. 4.Replace grille.TEST RUN & GRILLE ATTACHMENT1.When the power on, check for abnormal vibration or sound.2.Insert the mounting springs into the slots and mount thegrille to the fan unit.4.Push all wires into wiring compartment of unit and replace wiring cover.WARRANTY3.approved wire nuts (not provided) to connect housebranch-circuit wires with ventilating fan-housing wires. Connect wires as shown in wiring diagrams. 14 AWG (2.1 mm ) is the smallest conductor that shall be used for branch-circuit wiring.。
