In the second activity, have the children read and complete the puzzle by themselves . Then check all the words.
For the third activity, ask the children to read out the words and then have them group the words by themselves.

1.Set the scene
• Ask the children if they have known the body parts’ name. Then point to nose and ask them what name that this part is . Try to elicit the words in Chinese. Then write the words on the board.
• Present the flashcards for this Unit. Hold up the flashcard for body part names. Model the word for the children and have them repeat them after you.
• Repeat the procedure for leg/ foot/ arm .
• Now explain the meaning of the words. Write all the words on the board. Read the words aloud and have the children repeat them after you.
Have the children open their books at pages 50 and 51. Ask these questions about the pictures:
