基于动态S-S键的自修复抗藻型RTV涂料制备及性能研究

基于动态S-S键的自修复抗藻型RTV涂料制备及性能研究彭磊,李智,付强,林木松,钱艺华,唐念(广东电网有限责任公司电力科学研究院广东省电力设备可靠性重点实验室,广东广州510080)摘要:为解决绝缘子表面藻类附着的问题,本研究制备了一种适用于电力设备外绝缘的自修复抗藻涂料,并对涂料的热力学性能、力学性能、抗藻性能、自修复性能、电气性能等方面进行了测试。

结果表明:频率为50 Hz时,质量分数为0.5%自修复抗藻涂料的抗藻性能、力学性能、介电性能和电气性能最优。

同时,该涂料能自我修复微裂纹,降低矿物盐、苔藓孢子等的附着,抑制苔藓的生长。

The results show that when the frequency is 50 Hz, the algae resistance, mechanical properties, dielectric and electrical properties of the self-healing algae resistant coating with a mass fraction of 0.5% of anti-algae agent are the best. Design, Construction & Structural Details of Burj DubaiThe goal of the Burj Dubai Tower is not simply to be the world's highest building: it's to embody the world's highest aspirations. The superstructure is currently under construction and as of fall 2007 has reached over 160 stories. The final height of the building is 2,717 feet (828 meters). The height of the multi-use skyscraper will "comfortably" exceed the current record holder, the 509 meter (1671 ft) tall Taipei 101. The 280,000 m2(3,000,000 ft2) reinforced concrete multi-use Burj Dubai tower is utilized for retail, a Giorgio Armani Hotel, residential and office. As with all super-tall projects, difficult structural engineering problems needed to be addressed and resolved。

Structural System DescriptionBurj Khalifa has "refuge floors" at 25 to 30 story intervals that are more fire resistant and have separate air supplies in case of emergency. Its reinforced concrete structure makes it stronger than steel-frame skyscrapersDesigners purposely shaped the structural concrete Burj Dubai - "Y" shaped in plan - to reduce the wind forces on the tower, as well as to keep the structure simple and foster constructibility. The structural system can be described as a "buttressed" core (Figures 1, 2 and 3). Each wing, with its own high performance concrete corridor walls and perimeter columns, buttresses the others via a six-sided central core, or hexagonal hub. The result is a tower that is extremely stiff laterally and torsionally. SOM applied a rigorous geometry to the tower that aligned all the common central core, wall, and column elements。

第35卷第1期农业工程学报V ol.35 No.12019年1月Transactions of the Chinese Society of Agricultural Engineering Jan. 2019 195 畜禽粪便厌氧发酵过程抗生素抗性基因归趋及驱动因子分析支苏丽1,周婧2,赵润1,杨凤霞1,张克强1※(1. 农业部环境保护科研监测所,天津 300191;2. 东北农业大学资源与环境学院,哈尔滨 150036)摘要:针对畜禽养殖业抗生素抗性基因(antibiotic resistance genes, ARGs)污染问题,该文选取厌氧发酵技术,对比不同厌氧发酵体系内ARGs消长与潜在宿主菌,挖掘不同因子与ARGs的相互关系。

结果表明,厌氧发酵体系内微生物群落变化是ARGs消长的主要驱动因子,确定ARGs的潜在宿主菌是目前研究的难点;抗生素和重金属也是ARGs消长的重要驱动因子,控制抗生素污染和重金属污染可有效减缓ARGs污染;可移动遗传元件在ARGs水平传播过程中起着重要作用。

综合而言,厌氧发酵体系内各个因子直接或间接影响ARGs消长,其中工艺参数是控制整个厌氧发酵体系的先决因素,在特定工艺参数下,微生物群落与体系物化指标相互影响与制约;微生物通过分子内部可移动遗传元件实现ARGs 在不同微生物之间的水平传播。

综上所述,通过综合协调各类因子实现厌氧发酵体系内ARGs消控是今后研究重点。

方法:依据间接法原理建立念珠菌甘露聚糖IgG抗体检测体系,并参照美国临床试验室标准化协会(CLSI)批准指南进行分析性能评估。

结果:生物素标记念珠菌甘露聚糖抗原与碱性磷酸酶标记抗人IgG抗体工作液浓度均为1 μg/ml;检测方法空白限为5.20 AU/ml;检出限为5.50 AU/ml;试剂精密度与重复性变异系数(CV)均<10%;检测方法与常见特异性抗体无交叉反应;血红蛋白、三酰甘油及胆红素对临床样本均无显著影响;检测方法与ELISA法总体符合率为90%,Kappa值=0.80,回归分析与偏差分析结果均表明两种方法有较强一致性(R2=0.989 8)。

结论:本研究所建立检测体系性能均符合临床辅助诊断技术相关要求,适用于血清样本中念珠菌甘露聚糖IgG抗体的快速检测。

Methods:The candida mannan IgG antibody detection system was established according to the indirect method principle, and the analytical performance was evaluated according to the approved guidelines of the American Clinical Labora‐tory Standardization Association (CLSI). Results:Biotinylated Candida mannan antigen and Alkaline Phosphatase-labeled IgG anti‐body was successfully conjugated, and the optimal reaction concentration was 1 μg/ml. The limit of blank was 5.20 AU/ml. The limit of detection was 5.50 AU/ml. The precision and repeatability of CV were less than 10%. There was no cross reaction between the detec‐tion method and common specific antibodies. Hemoglobin, triglyceride and bilirubin had no significant effect on clinical samples. The overall coincidence rate between the detection method and ELISA were 90%, and the Kappa value=0.80, regression analysis and devi‐ation analysis showed that the two methods had strong consistency (R2=0.989 8). 某坦克行进间射击炮口振动优化与分析陈宇;杨国来;谢润;于情波【摘要】炮口振动是影响坦克行进间射击精度的关键因素,为了减小弹丸出炮口时的炮口振动,基于多体动力学的刚柔耦合及接触碰撞算法,建立了考虑多个结构非线性因素的坦克行进间刚柔耦合多体系统动力学模型。

结合优化设计理论和方法,建立了坦克行进间射击炮口振动优化模型。

通过径向基函数法与增广拉格朗日乘子法的结合,对坦克行进间射击炮口振动进行多目标优化设计。

优化结果表明,弹丸出炮口时的炮口振动明显降低,优化方法是可行的,对于提高坦克行进间射击精度有一定的参考价值。

通过改变车速以及路面等级对优化结果进行假设分析,说明了行进间射击优化的必要性。

%Muzzle vibration is the key factor influencingthe firing accuracy for tank firing on the move. In order to reduce the muzzle vibration at the time of the projectile passing muzzle, a dynamic model considering multiple nonlinear-factor of multi-body system forrigid-flexible coupling tank on the move was established based on therigid-flexible coupling and the contact impact arithmetic theories of multi-body dynamics. Combined with the optimum design theory, the muzzle vibration optimization model was established. Radial BasisFunctions(RBF)and Augmented Lagrange Multiplier Method(ALMM)were used to solve the multi-objective optimization function for muzzle vibration. The optimization result shows that the muzzle vibration of projectile can be effectively reduced. The proposed optimization method is feasible,and it offers reference for improving the firing accuracy for tankon the move. 猫和其他猫科动物是弓形虫的最终宿主[2],它寄生在这些动物的小肠上皮细胞内,形成囊合子随粪便排出,其他哺乳类动物和鸟吃到体内发生感染,在它们组织内发育成为包囊,囊合子和包囊是弓形虫的不同发育阶段。

除了终宿主以外,在其他动物体内只能进行无性繁殖,不能向外界散播它的后代。

弓形虫病病情轻重不一,免疫功能正常的宿主表现急性淋巴结炎的较为多见,免疫缺损者,如艾滋病、器官移植、恶性肿瘤(主要为霍杰金病等)常有显著的全身症状,如高热、肌痛,并发生脑炎、胃肠炎等[7-10]。

弓形虫多藏在被猫狗粪便污染的土壤中,生的、半生不熟的家禽类肉食中,未经消毒的羊奶中,没洗干净和未经过烹饪的蔬菜水果中,人类作为弓形虫病传播过程中的中间宿主,感染弓形虫病的几率是非常大的,尤其猫作为宠物被越来越多的人饲养,使得人感染弓形虫的病例在逐年上升。
