June 14,2015 Dear Mr.Johnson,
Thank you for your letter of June 5,telling me that our marketing report about the first half year of this year.
From the report,we can learn that the amount of product sales in our company has decreased by 20% these months,even 50% in some regions.The main reason is that we are lack of new advertising strategies and effective sales promotions.
It has been decided that we will hold a meeting for department managers next Monday morning.As the Marketing Department Manager,you will be on behalf of your department to put forward some particular improvement measures in order to improve the product sales.
