教学反思:
在教学culture time之前,我结合了fun time所制作的派对邀请函,并复习了story time 中宾客的准备工作,以此来衬托后面西方派对宾客需要准备的东西。

在介绍了西方派对的注意点后,采用比较中西方派对的不同之处,渗透更多中西方文化意识,充实culture time的内容。

通过学习,我需要让学生了解到无论参加哪种派对,都要有相应的好习惯。

接下来的卡通时间版块,语言句式非常的简单,故事内容具有趣味性,但需要突出一个重点,因此在教学cartoon time时,我以主人公Bobby的心情变化为主线,便于学生在阅读文章时能够体会Bobby的心情变化。

整节课上下来,学生善于表达,气氛活跃,特别是在表演过程中,学生课前预设好的添加话语,以及动作设计,演出了故事的趣味性。

在最后一个环节时间用的太少,在cartoon time的朗读和表演的次数可以减少,多留点时间给最后一个环节,效果会更好。

本课的Culture time意在引起学生关注英式英语和美式英语的不同之处,但是因为该板块不宜深度挖掘,所以教师呈现了一些相同单词在英式英语和美式英语中的不同拼法或不同用词,既点到为止又适当拓展。本课的Cartoon time,作为单元的趣味拓展阅读板块,Cartoon time的主要作用是在新的场景中呈现单元目标语法点,并适当拓展提高,因此为了更好地理解和利用该板块,教师先安排一些活动帮助学生复习标识图的意思以及单元目标句型。在Cartoon time,教师通过看图问答,看动画和自读课文的形式帮助学生了解了故事的大概内容和笑点,接下来的多种朗读活动进一步强化了语言的输入、培养了语感,同时也增强了学生对故事的熟悉程度。这些都为表演打好了基础。
