塑料软包装常用材料组合
一、瓜子、干果类:
OPP/CPP:透明度好，但封口强度稍差，易漏气，天冷的地方易爆袋，不适合自动包装机包装，如果自动机包装选此材料，那么会影响包装速度及封口处容易起皱。

OPP/PE: 透明度稍差，但封强度很好，不易漏气、爆袋，可充气。

也不是最适宜自动包装机的材料组合，如果选自动包装机包装，与OPP/CPP一样，封口处容易起皱。

PET/CPP:透明度好，因为PET耐高温，故封口平整，适合自动包装机包装，可充气。

PET/PE: 透明度稍差，适合自动包装机包装，可充气，此种组合适合做拉链袋(如果选OPP/CPP做拉链袋，则在封拉链处易起皱，所以做拉链袋时，不适宜选OPP/CPP，而适宜选PET/PE)
MATOPP/CPP:雅光效果，半透明状态，封口强度与OPP/CPP相同，且易漏气，天冷的地方也是易爆袋，不适合自动包装机包装，封口处容易起皱。

MATOPP/PE: 雅光效果。

半透明状态，透明度比MATOPP/CPP更差，封口强度较好，但是也不最适宜自动包装机包装，封口容易起皱。

但比MATOPP/CPP及
OPP/CPP起皱要略好。

OPP/PET/CPP:透明度更好，即隔氧又防潮，是一种高透明度的装果仁的材料组合，但最大缺点是在零度以下较易爆袋。

且不适合自动包装机包装，自动包装机包装时易起皱。

OPP/PET/PE:透明度相对OPP/PET/CPP来说要差一成左右，PE越厚，透明度越差。

但封口效果很好，封口平整，也是即可隔氧也可防潮，保香性很好。

MATOPP/VMPET/CPP、MATOPP/VMPET/PE:具有雅光效果，阻隔性更好，更高档，但成本高。

前者的封口强度没有后者好，后者的封口强度更好，更不宜漏气。

MATOPP/VMCPP:MATOPP厚度为20um，而VMCPP厚度为25um，这种材料组合较薄。

对于一些航空小食，袋子很小的包装，可选择此种组合。

即有雅光效果，也有镀铝效果，阻隔性也好。

阴阳袋装果仁:

使用以上材料组合主要是一面可以看到里面的内容物，另一面镀铝效果，增强阻隔水份及氧气透过。

二、饼干类:
OPP/CPP:透明度好，对包装要求不是很严格。

OPP/VMCPP:非透明组合，是最常用的饼干、蛋黄派的包装，防紫外光，成本较OPP/CPP高，档次也更高，不是最适合自动包装包装的材料，封口处容易起皱。

PET/CPP:适合自动包装机包装，对包饼干来说，保香性更好，但是不防潮。

PET/VMCPP:适合自动包装，但组合后的厚度太薄:12+25=37um。

不过有些单个巧克力的包装是用此材料组合的，如德芙巧克力。

PET/VMPET/CPP、PET/VMPET/PE:这两种材料均适合自动包装机包饼干类食品，后者的封口强度及效果比前者更好。

但两种材料成本均很高。

MATOPP/CPP、MATOPP/VMCPP:雅光效果，阻隔性很好。

自动包装机的效果相对较差。

MATOPP/PE:雅光效果，封口强度很好。

半透明，但成本较低。

三、膨化食品
OPP/VMPET/PE:自动包装机包装封口效果略差;

OPP//SPE/VMPET/PE:挤复结构，成本较低，比干复要便宜6%~8%，但工序多，损耗大，因此如果量很大的产品，可选用此种材料结构。

PET/VMPET/PE:最适合自动包装机包装，可充气，保香性很好。

四、抽真空包装NY/PE:抽真空后可冷冻。

以上所说的蒸煮材料选择，根据蒸煮时间、蒸煮方式、压力、内容物、酸碱性来具体确定，必须先做试料给客户。

六、洗涤用品、面膜包装
PET/VMPET/PE:洗发水的常用组合，更适于自动包装包装; OPP/VMPET/PE、MATOPP/VMPET/PE:面膜常用材料组合。

OPP/AL/PE、MATOPP/AL/PE: 面膜常用材料组合，与上面的材料相比，隔绝性
更好。

七、糖果包装
OPP/CPP:透明组合，枕式包装。

PET/CPP:透明组合，枕式包装，可充气，更适宜自动包装。

OPP/VMCPP:不透明组合，枕式包装。

PET/VMCPP:不透明组合，枕式包装，可充气，更适宜自动包装机包装。
