1、标题:K18AK型煤炭漏斗车2、概述:K18AK型煤炭漏斗车是太原轨道交通装备有限责任公司为充分满足用户要求,适应铁道货车提速、重载的发展要求而开发研制一种无盖漏斗车。

该车在K18DA型煤炭漏斗车的基础上通过装用转K2型转向架、空重车自动调整装置、新型组合式制动梁、高摩擦系数合成闸瓦等改型设计而成,设计图号为TYH138G-OO-OO-OO0由运装货车电[2002]1149号电报将车型定为K18AK 2003 年1 月,试制样车由青岛四方车辆研究所主持完成了车辆动力学性能试验,随后投入批量生产。

86序为了方便化工泵针对各种介质的选材,特别根据腐蚀数据与选材手册等腐蚀数据资料编写了这本化工泵选材手册。

由于他以介质与材料相互对应的表格形式列出腐蚀数据,可以使读者一目了然的根据各种不同介质选材。

在金属腐蚀数据表格前面我还列出了一些常规的选材方式,常用材料选用表格,和一些特别的腐蚀数据及其选材方法(粗略选材用)。

由于各种不同塑料橡胶耐腐蚀的差别明显,而且能承受的温度跨度太大。

所以在前面腐蚀数据对照表中我并未编写,而是先将常用的辅助塑料橡胶以表格(粗略选材用)的形式在前面列出。

其后以文字的形式对各种塑料橡胶进行了阐述,最后以另一种形式做出了非金属腐蚀数据表格。

当然这只是一本为方便而编写的手册,所以其中会舍弃许多腐蚀数据,所以仅能作为参考,查阅需核实后再选择。

如果查阅不到请查其他相关手册或者直接与本人联系。

由于时间仓促,本人经验有限,所以书中难免会有漏洞与错误,欢迎指正修改。

2.2 用户的验证
当用户在设备的采集器上按压指纹,或者输入一个ID号码后,再输入密码或按压指纹,通过储存的模板与当前扫描到的指纹进行比对。这个指纹模板被用来确认用户的身份,在设备上登记了的用户可以在该设备上使用指纹考勤,这个工作流程就是进行验证。系统在验证流程结束后将给出成功或是失败的信息,并将成功比对的记录储存到设备中。
如果用户的手指被磨损得很厉害或者受到伤害的话,匹配阈值应当被降低(请参考3.5登记成功提示小节中的图表3-1)
备注:误判率和拒判率互相影响。减少误判率就会增加拒判率,反之亦然。默认的匹配阈值为35,默认的1:1匹配阈值为15。

1.使用须知
首先感谢使用本设备。在使用前,请仔细阅读本产品的说明书,以避免设备受到不必要的损害!
请不要将设备放在强光直射的地方,强光对指纹采集器有明显的影响,会导致指纹无法通过验证。
夏天尽量不要在室外使用,设备工作的温度范围为0-400C,长期在室外使用,加上设备本身的发热,容易导致设备性能受到影响,反应可能会变慢,通过率降低。如果必须在室外使用,建议采用遮阳伞和散热设备。

可锻铸铁的牌号及用途
可锻铸铁牌号表示方法:
可锻铸铁的牌号是由“KTH”(“可铁黑”三字汉语拼音字首)或“KTZ”(“可铁珠”三字汉语拼音字首)后附最低抗拉强度值(MPa)和最低断后伸长率的百分数表示。

例如牌号KTH350—10表示最低抗拉强度为350MPa、最低断后伸长率为10%的黑心可锻铸铁,即铁素体可锻铸铁;KTZ650—02表示最低抗拉强度为650MPa、最低断后伸长率为2%的珠光体可锻铸铁。

常见的几种可锻铸铁:
1、牌号、性能及用途(GB9440—1988)
2、铸铁牌号KTH300—06、KTH330—08、KTH350—10、KTH370—12:用于制造管道配件、低压阀门、汽车拖拉机的后桥外壳、转向机构、机床零件等。

3、铸铁牌号KTZ450—06、KTZ550—0
4、KTZ650—02、KTZ700—02:制造强度要求较高、耐磨性较好的铸件,如齿轮箱、凸轮轴、曲轴、连杆、活塞环等。

5、KTB450—07:此为白心可锻铸铁,仅限于制造薄壁铸件和焊接后不需进行热处理的铸件、由于工艺较复杂,故在机械制造上较少应用。

可锻铸铁应用范围:
黑心可锻铸铁的强度、硬度低,塑性、韧性好,用于载荷不大、承受较高冲击、振动的零件。

珠光体基体可锻铸铁因具有高的强度、硬度,用于载荷较高、耐磨损并有一定韧性要求的重要零件。

如石油管道、炼油厂管道和商用及民用建筑的供气和供水系统的管件。

d40调质强度

d40调质强度

D40是一种钢材,它属于低合金高强度结构钢。

D表示的是质量等级,而40则代表这种钢材的抗拉强度为400MPa。

调质处理是淬火加高温回火的双重热处理过程,其目的是使工件具有良好的综合机械性能。

调质钢有碳素调质钢和合金调质钢二大类,不管是碳钢还是合金钢,其含碳量控制比较严格。

如果含碳量过高,调质后工件的强度虽高,但韧性不够,如含碳量过低,韧性提高而强度不足。

为使调质件得到好的综合性能,一般含碳量控制在0.30~0.50%。

总之,D40钢材经过调质处理后具有高强度、高韧性和良好的综合机械性能。

它在机械制造行业中应用广泛,例如用于制造轴类、齿轮、曲轴等重要零件。

南光镀膜机说明书该机用于半导体组件及光学件生产和研究是比较理想的设备,在极限真空,防止油污和缩短工作等方面都具有较好的性能,它用于单层光学薄膜和生产也是比较理想的设备.一.工作条件 1.电源总功率约30KW,220V/380V,50HZ 线制为三相四线制.2.接地电阻小于4欧,接地导线截面积大于等于10mm2 3.安装环境必须具备良好通风条件.4.水流约1.5L/min.5.气压:0.5MPa二.主要技术性能:(一)真空控制系统 1.半自动/手动旋钮置手动可按常规进行各种泵,阀的启动与停止操作. 2.自动/手动旋钮置自动时通过开机,真空,取件三个按钮的动作可分别执行开机/停机,真空/中止真空,取件/取件关程序.(1)a.当按下开机钮,设备将按下列步骤运行:开机械泵,截放阀延时10秒开预阀,延时30秒开扩散泵.b.当松开开机钮,设备将按下列步骤停机:关扩散泵冷却延时1小时,关预阀延时5秒关机械泵,截放阀.(2).在执行开机程序以后 a按下真空钮设备将按下列步骤运行:开低级阀,低真空信号到,关低阀延时3秒开预阀,再延时3秒开高阀,直至高真空.松开真空钮,设备将回到开机状态.(3)a 在执和行真空程序之后,当按下取件钮,关高阀并延时5秒打开放气阀.b.当松开取件钮,在真空室门已关好之后,设备将自动回到真空程序运行.(4).通过在真空程序执行后,反复使用取件钮,可达到真空,取件的连续过程.(二).工转及比较片转动系统:工转控制采用直流调速器对工件电机进行调速,转速为连续可调.比较片电机控制为点动连续转位控制.(三).烘烤系统:本系统采用三(单)相调功器(移相或过零触发)和进口数显温控仪对工件进行烘烤,温度可控可调,设定好温度后,参照温控仪说明书,采用自整定运行,自整定运行结速后进行恒温控制(第一次自整定温度会出现过冲现象,自整定运行结束后再开机,就不会出现过冲,用户可根据不同的温度要求全部进行自整定1次.)NG-3型电子束蒸发源电源装置包括X-Y磁偏转扫描单元,枪灯丝及束流控制单元,高压自动控制装置,坩埚转动控制装置及手持控制盒.一.工作条件:1.电源:总功率约为10KW,220V/380V,50HZ;三相四线制. 2.接地电阻小于4欧,接地导线截面积大于等于10mm2. 3.安装环境必须具备良好通风条件.二.主要技术性能: 1.X-Y磁偏转扫描单元具有波形可选,频率可调之特点. (1).偏转(或称位移)电流:(在4-7欧负载上) IX=0-1.8A IY=0-±1.5A (2).扫描波形:矩形波,三角形,正玄波任选. (3).扫描电流:IX=IX±0.25A IY=IY±0.5A (4).扫描频率:1-20HZ可调. (5).失偏保护(只对X线圈而言):当IX大于等于0.4A时,电源输出一对常开触点,可用以联锁直流高压或其它用途的控制.2.枪灯丝单元:(1).接上枪灯丝,真空度高于 6.7X10-3Pa时,灯丝变压器原边:U~约等于0~200V I~约等于0~1.5A (2).具有过流,失压保护功能.3.高压控制单元:采用SKQH高压自动控制装置,克服了电子管固有的缺点.(1).直流高压:6KV,8KV,二档.换档时改变变压器抽头即可.(2).最大电流:600毫安.(3).自动控制功能:电子枪打火时能自动降低高压,随后自动迅速恢复原值.4.坩埚转位控制单元提供四位坩埚点动. 三.安装与调试:为保证本电源正常可靠工作,必须严格按以下步骤及要求正确进行安装与调试. (一).系统接线:电源线截面积大于等于2.5平方毫米导线;接地线截面积大于等于10平方毫米导线,先连接至主机,再由主机接大地;HV-高压线用随机所附专用高压线. (二).检查与调试:在保证系统连线正确之后,检查各单元盒内,前后面板,背板上各零件有无松动,脱落及损坏情况(若有即排除),并清除污物(尤其是高压部分)后,可作如下操作:(1).高压控制单元 a.从电源柜端脱开HV-高压电缆,按下遥控盒上高压按钮,本单元开通指示灯亮,相序指示灯亮,若均不亮,则表示本单元三相电源进线相序不正确或缺相.关掉电源,检查三丰电源是否缺相,或调换电源线,直到相序正确,这时开通,相序指示灯均亮,高压表指示为6KV(或所选高压值).历时2分钟,高压单元内无打火现象属正常.缺相或相时保护电路使高压无输出.b电子枪打火时过流灯闪烁,高压控制装置进行自动调节,当电子枪严重短路时自动切断高压,此时须关掉高压电源,排除故障后再重新开启电源.c关掉电源.注意:高压操作须遵守高压操作规程,以免发生人身事故. (2).X-Y磁偏转扫描单元 a.检查偏转线圈接线正确后,按下该单元面板上电源按钮,相应按上指示灯亮.b.分别调节手控盒上X,Y电位器为零,再分别调节X电位器,面板上相应电流表应指示0-1.8A,调节Y电位器,相应电流表指示0-(±1.5A). c.关X电位器至零,关Y电位器至中点(电表指示为零),复位电源按钮,断电源.(如果观察交流扫描波形及幅值,可用示波器直接于X及Y偏转线圈上观察).(3).枪灯丝及束流控制单元:此项工作须在系统接线正确,并保证真空室真空度高于6.7X10-3Pa以上时进行. a.待真空度满足要求后,按下本单元面板上枪灯丝按钮,按钮上面指示灯亮,调节灯丝电流电位器,交流电压表指示枪灯丝变压器原边电压在0-200V连续变化,相应原边交流电流可在0-1.5A左右(视枪前头而定)连续变化. b.调节遥控盒上束流调节电位器,因此时高压尚未启动,故电压表,电流表均无变化,表明失压保护节工作正常. c.回零上述电位器,关电源.至此为止,本系统各单元工作正常.接通HV-高压电缆,便可按镀膜机电子枪操作步骤进行操作.四.说明:本电源为电子束蒸发源的独立供电系统,为确保电子枪及本电源的安全使用,若采用本电源对电子枪独立供电,在使用前必须对电子枪作耐压试验,方法为:当真空度达 6.7X10-3Pa之后,不开枪灯丝,按高压单元的操作顺序,对电子枪施加8KV高压,应稳定2分钟,无打火,击穿视为正常.然后满足电子枪工作的条件:(一)先确定电子枪X偏转磁场的方向-正对枪头:其左面磁极为南极,右面磁极为北极(若方向不对,可调换X偏转电源接线),然后将X偏转位移电流调在IX=0.6A左右. (二).在室温25度以下时,电子枪冷却水压不低于1.5Kg/cm2,并保证水源通畅. (三).电源柜门,机柜门关闭,并在周围树立高压危险标志若本电源与其它设备协同工作,可根据需要加入述各条件的联锁保护环节.。
