End Session tap this to confirm that you have completed your activity/session safely2. Extend Session If you need extra time then simply tap this. Waitfor the leaves to open fully before passing through them.-Do not, on any account stay in between the leaves.-Do not stand near the automated system, and do not allowchildren, persons or things to do so, especially when it is operating.-Keep remote controls or other pulse generators away fromchildren, to prevent the automated system from being activated involuntarily.-Do not allow children to play with the automated system.-Do not willingly obstruct leaves movement.-Prevent any branches or shrubs from interfering with leavesmovement.-Keep indicator-lights efficient and easy to see.-Do not attempt to activate the leaves by hand unless you havereleased them.-In the event of malfunctions, release the leaves to allow accessand wait for qualified technical personnel to do the necessary work.-When you have set manual operation mode, cut power to thesystem before restoring normal operation.-Do not in any way modify the components of the automatedsystem.-Do not attempt any kind of repair of direct action whateverand contact qualified personnel only.-At least every six months: arrange a check by qualifiedpersonnel of the automated system, safety devices and earth connection.These instructions apply to the following models:402 CBC - 402 SBS.The FAAC 402 automated system for swing leaf gates consists of a hydraulic enbloc composed of an electric pump and a hydraulic piston which transmits drive to the leaf.The models with a hydraulic locking do not require installation of an electric lock, as they guarantee mechanical locking of the leaf when the motor is not operating.The other models, without a hydraulic locking always require one or more electric locks to ensure the leaf is mechanically locked.Leaves of up to 3 mt can be automated depending on the selected model.The functioning of the operators is controlled by an electronic control unit, housed in an enclosure with adequate degree of protection against atmosphere agents.The leaves are normally closed.When the electronic control unit receives an opening command from the radio control or any other pulse generator, it activates the hydraulic appliance which rotates the leaves until they reach the opening position to allow access.If automatic mode was set, the leaves close automatically after selected pause time has elapsed.If the semi-automatic mode was set, a second pulse must be sent to close the leaf again.A stop pulse (if supplied) always stops movement.For details on the behaviour of the automated system in different function logics, consult the installer.Automated systems include safety devices (photocells) that prevent the leaves from moving when there is an obstacle in the area they protect.The 402 automated system is supplied standard with a hydraulic anti-crush protection safety device (BY-PASS) which limits the torque transmitted to the leaves.The warning-light indicates the current leaf movement.If the gate has to be moved manually due to a power cut or fault of the automated system, use the release device as follows:-Insert the triangular key on the release screw located in the lower part of the flange (Fig.1).-Turn the release key anti-clockwise for about two turns.-Open or close the leaf manually.To prevent an involuntary pulse from activating the operator during the manoeuvre, cut power to the system before re-locking the operator.-To re-lock the operator, turn the key clockwise until it stops (Fig.1).-Release the operator from the front and rear attachments.732143 - Rev. By reproducing a S circuit that stabilizes the turbulences, the new filter lets a linear, sweet and constant output. It is possible to open and check it; inside there is a supporting frame for its filtering carpet made of polyurethane foam with open cells of 30 PPI (holes per inch): this supporting frame has been designed to have a fixing able to prevent the carpet from moving or collapsing on it. STY-1A型渗透压测定仪是我厂自主开发研制的产品，符合《中国药典》的要求，是用于测量药品中渗透压摩尔浓度的专用仪器。
该仪器广泛应用在医药研究、制药、临床检测等领域。
一仪器的适用范围注射液的渗透压摩尔浓度检测；眼药水的渗透压摩尔浓度检测；血液渗透压摩尔浓度分析、尿液渗透压摩尔浓度分析检测。
二仪器的性能特点取样量少，仅为50--100μL,适用于一般检品及珍贵检品的检测；测量范围宽 0---3000mOsmol/kg H2O；抗干扰性能强，检测结果重复性好，准确可靠；智能化程度高，测量探头自动升降；液晶屏显示，菜单操作界面，操作简单易懂；具有记忆存储功能，可保存仪器量程校准参数；可根据不同的测量范围选择相应的测量量程，提高测量精度；具有实时日历时钟功能，可将检测的日期、时间打印在检测报告中；提供打印机接口，可外接微型打印机，将测量结果打印保留；仪器采用半导体制冷器，具有无污染、低无噪音、环保等优点。
三测量原理1. 冰点下降原理与渗透压摩尔浓度STY-1A型渗透压测定仪采用冰点下降法。
由物理化学知识可知，当溶质溶于溶液时，该溶液发生下列变化：蒸汽压降低、沸点升高、冰点下降和渗透压升高，这就是溶液的“依数特性”。
“依数特性”即与溶质的种类和颗粒大小无关，而只依赖于溶质的颗粒数目（分子和离子的总数）。
从理论上讲，可以通过利用任一依数特性，即利用蒸汽压降低、沸点升高、冰点下降和渗透压半透膜测定法四种方法之一进行测定溶液中溶质的颗粒数目。
然而，冰点下降法具有精度高、操作简便、样品量少和对生物样品无变形作用，最适合于生物体液样品的测定。
目前国内外生产的测量溶液中溶质颗粒浓度即渗透压摩尔浓度的仪器，大多采用冰点下降法原理。
根据物理化学溶液理论---冰点下降原理，任何溶液，如果单位体积中所溶解的颗粒（分子和离子）总数目相同，则引起溶液冰点下降的数值亦相同。
1摩尔的任何非电解质溶液溶解于1千克水中，其冰点下降值为1.858℃, 即相对于水的理想冰点（0℃）为 -1.858℃。
溶液的渗透压摩尔浓度(OsMatity)与该溶液的冰点值有线性关系如下列公式所示：其中 t为冰点下降值，为水的渗透压摩尔浓度冰点下降常数。
Os表示在1O或千克水中所溶解的溶质的颗粒数目，称谓重量渗透摩尔浓度（Osmol/kg H2 O）。
所以可以通过测量溶液的冰点值，计算出该溶液的渗透压摩尔浓Osm/kg H2度。
2. 被测样品结冰的温度变化过程溶液的冰点是指溶液在固态与液态处于平衡状态下的温度。
为了快速准确的测量溶液的冰点，常常使被测溶液过冷到低于该溶液的冰点几度，溶液处于不稳定状态，通过外界的机械扰动或引入晶核，导致溶液加速结晶，液态变为固态。
此时，由于分子能量突然由高能态变为低能态，多余的能量就会以热的形式释放出来，称之为“晶化热”。
由于晶化热的作用使过冷的溶液在结冰形成的瞬间产生温度回升现象，溶液的温度达到一个平台，此时溶液处于液态、固态的平衡状态下，即冰水混合物，此时的温度为溶液的冰点温度。
图一给出溶液结冰的过程曲线。
3．仪器工作原理为了测量被测溶液的冰点温度，仪器具有使被测溶液温度下降的制冷装置，仪器内部的制冷装置采用半导体制冷器，半导体制冷器的热面采用高效的导热膜将热量传到散热器，散热器的热量通过强制风冷，传递到空气中；冷面采用高效的导热膜通过冷穴将被测溶液的热量吸收掉，使被测溶液迅速达到过冷状态。
启动冷针把晶核引入到被测溶液中，加速被测溶液结晶。
高精度温度传感器实时测量被测溶液的温度变化，当被测溶液达到固态、液态平衡阶段时（即冰水混合物时）记录下被测溶液的冰点温度值，单片机经过处理算出被测溶液的渗透压摩尔浓度值，仪器将测量结果显示在液晶显示屏上。
也可以通过外接打印机打印输出。

电源应有良好的接地。
仪器的后面板应保障通风，仪器应远离热源。
安装1) 打开包装箱，按装箱单核对各零件种类、数量。
2) 将仪器置于平坦稳固的工作台上，仪器的后面板距墙应有不小于20cm 的距离。
仪器底部不得有任何杂物以防阻碍风扇孔，影响仪器正常工作。
仪器的主要功能及操作步骤1．开机首先检查一下仪器的电源是否接好。
如果没有问题，启动仪器后面板左下部的电源开关（仪器后面板如图三所示）。

按键面板有“▲” 、“▼”、“确认OK ”、“返回ESC ”四个按键。
2.仪器校准（仪器的零点、量程、仪器系统时钟）1）校准仪器零点及校准量程当仪器进入图五所示的主画面后，按“确认”键进入“仪器校准”子画面，如图七 所示。
此时光标处在“校准仪器零点”，否则通过按“▲” 、“▼”键使光标移至“校准仪器零点”。
图七取干净的测定管及干净的取样头，用移液器吸取100μL 纯水，注入测定管中，如图八所示。
校准仪器零点选择仪器量程 键盘LCD 显示如测定图八 将该测定管按照图九的方向相上推，固定在传感器上（或将测定管插入冷穴内），按“确认”键开始“校准仪器零点”。
此时传感器会自动下移使测定管插入冷穴内。
图九！注：在从传感器上取下测定管(样品管)时，请一定要小心谨慎。
取下的方法是，旋转同时，向下垂直取出，千万不能前后、左右晃动测定管！！以免将玻璃传感器头部损坏。
“校准零点”画面显示如图十所示。
零点校准完毕后显示图十一画面。
仪器将 自动记录下该校准结果，无论关机与该次校准结果都将保留，直到下一次重新校准。

图十二 按“确认” 键进入“选择仪器量程” ，如图十三。
按“▲” 、“▼”、键选择100。
取干净的测定管及干净的取样头，吸取100μL，100 mOsmol/kg H 2O 标准液。

按“▲” 、“▼”、键选择“校准仪器量 程”，按“确认”键，进入校准状态。
图十四仪器出现“正在校准量程 请稍后”界 面，如图十五。
仪器校准量程完毕后，屏幕如图十六所示。
按返回键，返回上一界面，继续其他操作。
图十六左下角显示的值为校准次数，右下角 图十六 值为存入值。
校准4次后，存入后三次的平 均值，其余各次保存最后一次的校准值。
此后重复图十二至图十六操作，依次对200、300、400、500、600、700、900、1000、2000、3000、286 mOsmol/kg H 2O 等量程进行校准。
！注：仪器开机后应先测试零点，测试结果能够回零说明仪器状态正常，可以使用。
否则应先校准零点。
强烈建议在每天测试样品前，应参照药典规定，对样品预测值的上、下两点的量程校准值进行校准或验证。
零点及量程校准值在校准后自动存入仪器，下次开机时仪器保留上一次的校准值。
建议用户在校准时采用四次校准取平均值的方式。
2）仪器时钟设定在图七画面，通过“▲” 、“▼”键，选定“仪器时间设定”，按“确认”键后，进入仪器校准界面如图十七所示，通过：“▲” 、“▼”键选择仪器时间设定，然后按确认键，进入仪器时间设定界面图十七所示，此时光标在年份的数字处，通过“▲” 、“▼”键可以修改年份，按“确认”键进入月份的修改，通过“▲” 、“▼”键可以修改月份，按同样的方法，依次修改日期、小时、分钟、秒。
按住“确认”键超过10秒完成时间的设定，进入仪器的开机菜单如图五所示。
3.仪器校准完零点及量程校准后，按“返回”键返回主画面，如图十八。
通过“▲” 、“▼”键选定“测量摩尔浓度”。
图十八按“确认”键进入图十九所示界面。
取干净测定管及干净的取样头，用移液器吸取100μL 被测溶液，按“确认”键开始测量渗透压摩尔浓度，如图二十。
按返回键终止、取消此次测量，返回图十九面。
图二十！注：图二十中的数字2850表示测量过程中，被测溶液渗透压摩尔浓度对应的信号变化值。
数字1表示测量次数，当打印测量结果或对仪器进行校准后，测量次数清零，下次测量时重新从1开始记录测量次数。
测量结束显示被测溶液的渗透压摩尔浓度值及渗透压比值，如图二十一。
按确认键将保留本次测量结果，返回到图十九。
按返回键如图二十二所示。
图二十一在图二十二所示的提示下，如果按返 回键将保留本次测量结果，如果按确认键则放弃当前测量结果。
图二十二！注：如果继续测量不同浓度的被测样品须换用新的取样头。
并且两次测量之间用滤纸轻轻吸拭传感器。
当被测值远离上次量程校准值时，用接近的渗透压摩尔浓度标准液，校准量程。
4．数据结果查询通过返回键，返回图五界面，选择数据统计分析。
在图二十三中按“确认”键，进入结果数据分析界面，如图二十四所示。
