数码管驱动及键盘控制芯片CH451中文手册版本:3C1、概述CH451是一个整合了数码管显示驱动和键盘扫描控制以及μP监控的多功能外围芯片。

CH451内置RC振荡电路,可以动态驱动8位数码管或者64位LED,具有BCD译码、闪烁、移位等功能;同时还可以进行64键的键盘扫描;CH451通过可以级联的串行接口与单片机等交换数据;并且提供上电复位和看门狗等监控功能。

2、特点2.1. 显示驱动●内置大电流驱动级,段电流不小于25mA,字电流不小于150mA。

●动态显示扫描控制,直接驱动8位数码管或者64位发光管LED。

●可选数码管的段与数据位相对应的不译码方式或者BCD译码方式。

●数码管的字数据左移、右移、左循环、右循环。

●各数码管数字独立闪烁控制。

●通过占空比设定提供16级亮度控制。

●支持段电流上限调整,可以省去所有限流电阻。

●扫描极限控制,支持1到8个数码管,只为有效数码管分配扫描时间。

2.2. 键盘控制●内置64键键盘控制器,基于8×8矩阵键盘扫描。

●内置按键状态输入的下拉电阻,内置去抖动电路。

●键盘中断,低电平有效输出。

●提供按键释放标志位,可供查询按键按下与释放。

2.3. 外部接口●高速的4线串行接口,支持多片级联,时钟速度从0到10MHz。

●串行接口中的DIN和DCLK信号线可以与其它接口电路共用,节约引脚。

●完全内置时钟振荡电路,通常不需要外接晶体或者阻容振荡。

●内置上电复位和看门狗Watch-Dog,提供高电平有效和低电平有效复位输出。

一、BH技术简介BH催渗技术是一项通过给气氛中添加微量催化剂,从而实现低温、快速渗碳或碳氮共渗的新技术。

与常规技术相比,BH技术具有以下优点:1.是一个高效、节能平台:在同样温度下,渗速提高≥20%,产出/投入比≥3/1。

2.是一个变形控制平台:a)工艺温度降低40℃以上渗速不减,可减小变形、优化组织。

b)可在830℃(部分奥氏体化)进行低温渗碳。

3. 是一个工艺和质量控制平台:a)渗层厚度均匀,碳浓度梯度和硬度梯度平缓。

b)可显著减少内氧化和非马氏体组织。

c)可以按需要控制碳化物的级别、形状。

d)气氛活性高,炭黑少,无环境污染等不良现象。

4.适用于各种层深的气体渗碳和碳氮共渗。

二、BH催渗机理BH催渗技术是传统化学热处理与现代化工催化技术相结合的边缘交叉学科领域的新成果。

渗碳是一种化工上最典型的“气固相反应”,即发生在工件(固相)与气氛之间的化学反应。

渗碳可分为以下四个主要过程:1.气相中的反应:渗剂充分分解,产生活性碳原子、离子。

2.活性碳原子、离子在气相(气氛)中的传递、扩散。

3.气固相表面渗碳反应:活性碳原子、离子与工件表面接触,在气固相界面发生反应,碳被工件表面吸收,并产生副产物CO和H2。

4.被吸收的碳原子、离子在工件内部扩散,此过程一般很慢。

在实际反应时,第1、2步的速度较快,第3步、第4步较慢,是影响渗速的瓶颈。

要提高渗速就必须解决第3步、第4步的问题。

BH催渗剂从以下4个方面影响着渗碳过程:1、对渗剂分解和碳原子活性的作用:渗剂(甲醇、丙酮、煤油、RX气体或天然气等)分解是渗碳的第一步,渗剂的充分分解和断链需要在较高的温度和催化剂下进行。

前苏联、欧美及早期在我国率先采用可控气氛技术的一汽、二汽等,为了保证渗剂的充分分解和生产工艺的稳定、可控,都采用了1050℃炉外造气的方法以保证气体成分,而且还要采用俗称“触媒”的分解催化剂。

但是不要忘了:炭黑一直是我们生产控制的一大难题,为了减少炭黑、为了控制的稳定,我们不得不采用较低的碳势生产,这样渗速就被人为地降低了。

第七部分 操作处置与储存 处理注意事项:操作人员必须经过专门培训,严格遵守操作规程。建议操作人 员佩戴自吸过滤式防毒面具(半面罩),戴化学安全防护眼镜,戴橡胶耐酸手套。 操作后彻底清洗。 远离火种、热源、工作场所严禁吸烟。注意操作场所的通风。避免长时间或重 复吸入有害蒸气、气雾或气体,避免与眼睛、皮肤接触。防止包装容器损坏及容器 口松动泄露。避免误服和误吸。 配备相应品种和数量的消防器材及泄露应急处理设备。 储存:储存于阴凉、通风仓间内。远离火种、热源。仓温不宜超过 30℃。防止阳光直 射。保持容器密封。应与氧化剂分开存放。储存间内的照明、通风等设施应采用防爆 型,开关设在仓外。配备相应品种和数量的消防器材。桶装堆垛不可过大,应留墙 距、顶距、柱距及必要的防火检查走道。罐储时要有防火防爆技术措施。露天贮罐夏 季要有降温措施。禁止使用易产生火花的机械设备和工具。罐装时注意流速(不超过 3m/s),且有接地装置,防止静电积聚。搬运时要轻装轻卸,防止包装及容器损坏。 第八部分 接触控制/个体防护 工程控制:有普通的通风设备即可。此外,如果场所中有蒸汽产生,则需使用局部 的排气设备。 呼吸保护:如果工作场所中有可能产生大量的蒸汽或烟雾,应该佩戴过滤式防毒面 具。紧急事态抢救或撤离时,建议佩戴自给式呼吸器。 在处理大量泄漏,进入大型罐体、容器,或进入通风不好的狭小空间时,建议穿戴 整体式呼吸器具。 个人防护器具:穿戴抗渗透的手套、靴子、围裙和带化学防溅护目镜的保护面罩。 有关的手套可使用市场上有售的由氯丁橡胶、丁腈橡胶、聚氯乙稀、天然橡胶、氟 橡胶或丁基橡胶等材料制成的手套,也可使用皮肤防护膜。如果接触本品的暴露面较 大,建议穿戴整体式的防静电工作服。 其他防护: 工作场所禁止吸烟、进食和饮水,工作前避免饮用酒精性饮料。若衣服 被污染,应脱下彻底清洗污染的地方,重新穿用前一定要清洗干净,工作后淋浴更 衣。建议准备洗眼和淋浴装置。工作地点配有自来水龙头。
