操作时,样气进入传感器,气体浓度以ppm 为单位直接显示。

仪器的基本部件是:传感器、电池、电路。

电路包括:零点补偿、传感器偏置、放大器、报警单元、采样泵和液晶显示器等。

1、 规格:显 示: 液晶数字显示测量范围: 0~19.99ppm最小读数: 0.01ppm不确定度: 0.03ppm (0~0.5ppm)体 积: 178×102×225mm 3重 量: 2Kg2、 仪器面板拥有专利技术的INTERSCAN 二电极传感器有一系列优点,INTERSCAN 传感器电解质是不活动的类似于闪光灯和镍镉电池中的电解质。

所以不需要考虑电池损坏或酸对仪器的损坏。

游离的电解质减少将清除不希望的传感器噪音干扰,特别是低浓度测量需要高放大倍数时。

INTERSCAN传感器有一个密封的储气室,这不仅使传感器寿命更长,而且消除了参比电极污染的可能性,不象三电极传感器需要空气来操作,INTERSCAN 传感器可用于厌氧环境。

INTERSCAN传感器是高灵敏度的检测器,根据气体的类型,其灵敏度大于扩散性传感器的50~200倍。

可以测量非常低的值,这对于低浓度气体测量是重要的条件。

5、操作原理INTERSCAN 电压型传感器,是一种电化学气体检测器,它是在控制扩散的条件下运行的。

样气的气体分子被吸收到电化学敏感电极,经过扩散介质后,在适当的敏感电极电位下气体分子发生电化学反应,这一反应产生一个与气体浓度成正比的电流,这一电流转换为电压值并送给仪表读数或记录仪记录。
