目的:骨髓间充质干细胞体外分离、培养和扩增技 术在实验阶段已经成熟并且在临床部分已经开始应用, 但是尚未能找到其合适的载体,不便于临床的实际应用。 为提高骨髓间充质干细胞在临床应用的疗效,实验拟比 自固化磷酸钙人工骨松质骨颗粒和自体松质骨作为载体 对实验性家兔股骨头缺血性坏死的修复作用。 方法:1.实验前准备及实验动物的分组:实验动物 提前一周饲养以适应环境及观察确定无疾病。术前一天 禁食水。24只成年新西兰大耳白兔,随机分为A、B两 组,每组12只,A组为白固化磷酸钙人工骨(Calcium
