考前焦虑-英语作文
I can't believe the exam is just around the corner. I feel so anxious and stressed out. It's like my mind is constantly racing and I can't seem to focus on anything else. I keep worrying about whether I've studied enough, if I'll remember everything, and what will happen if I fail. It's like a never-ending cycle of negative thoughts that I can't seem to shake off.
I've been trying to study as much as I can, but it
feels like no matter how much I study, it's never enough. I keep second-guessing myself and my abilities, and it's really taking a toll on my mental health. I wish I could just relax and trust that I've done everything I can to prepare, but the fear of failure is just consuming me.
I know I'm not the only one feeling this way, but it's hard to find comfort in that when I'm so wrapped up in my own worries. I keep telling myself to stay positive and believe in myself, but it's easier said than done. I just
hope I can find some inner peace and calm my nerves before the big day.
I've been trying to distract myself with other activities, but it's like the exam is always at the back of my mind, haunting me. I wish I could just switch off my brain and stop overthinking everything, but it's like I'm stuck in this constant state of worry and anxiety. I just hope I can find some relief soon.
I know that worrying won't change the outcome of the exam, but it's like I can't help it. I just want to do well and make myself proud, but the pressure is really getting to me. I just hope I can find some peace of mind before
it's too late.。
