•皮料配双,瑕疵使用常识
1.剪裁时应从头部开始操 作至臀部,由差到好循 序渐进地尽可能使用皮 料。
2.脖子位置的生长纹处剪 裁需要顺着生长纹的方 向,以避免鞋子成型后 出现皱横而影响外观。
3.除了绿色区域外, 所有部件需按材料抗 拉方向进行裁剪,以 避免鞋子在成型定型 时造成变形。
4裁剪时应该避开材料所 具有的虫斑,瑕疵等。 或将较轻微的瑕疵用在 部件被掩盖区域或部位。
鞋包裁片划线员每捆进行抽 检,有无色差,冲针、冲孔 有无歪斜,裁片有无大小变 形

划线员划线时,划线板要与材料吻合,四周对准,不可漏划,线路要清晰、流畅

5.5 降低刀片导向架
刀片导向架必须保持清洁,插脚转动点保持润滑。如果插脚有滑痕则必须替换,如果它不能自由 转动,必须替换其内部架子。插脚必须始终粘住刀片,而无需将其按压上去。可以通过松开特定 的螺丝钉来调整打开导向架的开口。

5.1.2 磨刀轮
- 15 1. 将机器所备的夹头钥匙插入轴中,逆时针转动; 2. 将钻头朝下,然后将它向上滑动; 3. 插入新的钻头; 4. 转动夹头钥匙锁紧钻头。
注意:只可使用 PGM 提供的钻头。

如果磨刀轮断裂、损坏或磨坏,请按下列步骤替换磨刀轮以防磨刀效果不好: 1. 通过横杆控制台上提供的钥匙提起裁切头(图 8); 2. 将固定在裁切头的磨具上的螺丝钉松开; 3. 用轮子下面配备的叉子来锁紧磨刀轮; 4. 松开固定轮子的螺帽; 5. 移除磨刀轮,用新的替换; 6. 拧紧螺帽,移开叉子,在原位置替换磨刀器(按照第 2 点,拧紧两个螺丝钉); 7. 对位于刀的另一面的磨刀器同样操作; 8. 降低裁切头盖子。

4-1按键功能按键的分㈠区和鹰自动裁剪机共有25个按键和两个脚踏开关,分布在四个控制部分:拾料台控制区;主控制区;Y 导轨控制区;刚毛控制区 ㈡按键的功能1.拾料台控制区1) 名称:拾料台停止按钮状态:通电后此按钮为灯亮状态,拾料台运转时为灯灭状态。

功能:使拾料台停止运转。

操作:当拾料台运转过程中想停止时点击此按钮即可。

2) 名称:拾料台送回按钮状态:不进行“送入”操作时,此按钮为灯灭状态,进行“送入”操作时,此按钮为灯亮状态。

功能:使拾料台向刚毛方向运转。

操作:当拾料台在停止状态下,想使拾料台向刚毛方向运转时按一下此按钮即可。

注:此按键分为低速和高速,点击次数是奇数时为低速,点击次数是偶数时为高速。

操作:当白色标记线指向联动时,将此按键逆时针旋转90度自动切换到单动状态。

4)名称:单动联动选择旋钮(连动选择状态)功能:用来切换拾料台和刚毛是否进行联动。

注:此状态为联动,拾料台转动时刚毛随同一起转动,刚毛转动时拾料台也会随同一起转动。

操作:当白色标记线指向单动时,将此按键顺时针旋转90度自动切换到联动状态。

5)名称:紧急停止开关状态:当总电源开启通电后此开关处于常亮状态,当裁床电源开启控制开关“开”开启时,紧急停止开关为常灭状态。

功能:遇到紧急情况,想立刻停止裁床运行时,按下此开关裁床自动断电停止运行。

操作:当遇到紧急情况时,按下此开关即可。

注:按下后紧急停止开关为锁定状态,此时裁床电源开启控制开关“开”不能使用。

必须进行解锁。

解锁方法::将紧急停止开关按照箭头方向顺时针旋转弹起后即可自动解锁。

注:非移动型H系列通常在拾料台、主控制区、Y导轨控制区、刚毛控制区各有一个急停按钮,功能相同,后不再介绍。
