RCGF24-24-8热灌装三合一使用说明书上海集美食品机械有限公司一、三合一体机的适用范围本机组是集冲洗、灌装、封口为一体的联合型多功能机组,是目前国内性能最理想的饮料机械设备之一。

②冲洗、灌装、封口的旋转方向:顺时针(从上向下看)③拨瓶轮旋转方向:逆时针(从上向下看)2、结构设计最充分的考虑卫生要求,酒缸、灌装阀等零部件凡与物料接触的均采用SUS304进口不锈钢制作,具有良好的耐腐蚀性能。

3、可配有热灌装自动加热装置,确保控制温度在90℃左右的要求。

灌装采用≤0.15Mpa的压力输送物料,且设有回流管道系统,便于清洗、消毒。

4、旋盖头采用磁力扭矩式,旋盖扭矩大小调节方便,确保旋盖质量的稳定性、可靠性。

5、瓶输送由风送系统同步进入拨瓶轮导板装置,使得从空瓶进入到成品输出都十分通畅。

瓶的规格变更十分方便,即按照用户的瓶样制作少量的变更件即可。

四、主要组合件结构及性能1、灌装阀(见图一)工作原理:当PET瓶进入瓶颈定位托板位置后,由于运转过程中受凸轮曲面控制,灌装阀垫与瓶口周而复始的接触和脱离。

接触时,灌装阀在压簧的作用下打开,液体流入瓶内;脱离时,灌装阀失去压簧作用,阀口即关闭。

因阀装有回流管,多余液体可以返回液缸,故灌装时液体无滴漏现象发生。

阀的进出液管与液缸相联通形成回路,便于每班对阀、液缸进行清洗、消毒。

All other profiles will void the warranty. •All other soldering methods are at the customers’ own risk•The soldering pad pattern shown above is a general recommendation for the easy assembly of optoelectronic components. If a high degree of precision is required for the selected application (i.e. high density assembly), the customer must ensure that the soldering pad pattern is optimized accordingly.Cleaning and Washing:•Washing agents used during the production to clean the customer application might damage or change the characteristics of the optoelectronic component body, marking or plating. Washing agents may have a negative effect on the long-term functionality of the product.• Using a brush during the cleaning process may break the optoelectronic component body. Therefore, we do not recommend using a brush during the PCB cleaning process.Potting:•If the product is potted in the customer application, the potting material might shrink or expand during and after hardening. Shrinking could lead to an incomplete seal, allowing contaminants into the optoelectronic component body, pins or termination. Expansion could damage the components. We recommend a manual inspection after potting to avoid these effects.Storage Conditions:• A storage of Würth Elektronik products for longer than 12 months is not recommended. Within other effects, the terminals may suffer degradation, resulting in bad solderability. Therefore, all products shall be used within the period of 12 months based on the day of shipment.•Do not expose the optoelectronic component to direct sunlight.•The storage conditions in the original packaging are defined according to DIN EN 61760-2.•For a moisture sensitive component, the storage condition in the original packaging is defined according to IPC/JEDEC-J-STD-033. It is also recommended to return the optoelectronic component to the original moisture proof bag and reseal the moisture proof bag again. •The storage conditions stated in the original packaging apply to the storage time and not to the transportation time of the components.Packaging:•The packaging specifications apply only to purchase orders comprising whole packaging units. 热熔器使用说明书塑料管熔接器使用说明书本产品适用于热塑性塑料管材如PP-R、PE、PP-C的连接。

本厂有以下系列产品:XY-1(800W 配Φ20、Φ25、32模头),XY-2型(1000W 配Φ20、Φ25、Φ32、Φ40、Φ50、Φ63模头),XY-3型(1200W 配Φ75、Φ90、Φ110模头),XY-5型(2200W 配Φ160模头)。

本产品具有温度控制精确,可靠性高,安全性好以及独特的不粘塑脱模技术。

方便用户操作。

一、主要技术指标1、环境湿度:-20℃~50℃相对湿度:45%~95%电压范围:交流176V~245V50±1Hz2、加热头温度:260±5℃3、安全指标:绝缘电阻不小于1Mn漏电流:≤5mA(交流有效值)二、使用方法1、固定熔接器安装加热端头,把熔接器放置于架上,根据所需管材规格安装对应的加热模头,并用内六角扳紧,一般小在前端大在后端。

2、通电开机接通电源(注意电源必须带有接地保护线),绿色指示灯亮,红色指74示灯熄灭。

表示熔接器进入自动控制状态,可开始操作。

注意:在自动控温状态,这说明熔接器处于受控状态,不影响操作。

3、熔接管材用切管器垂直切断管材,将管材和管件同时无旋转推进熔接器模头内,并按下表要求进行操作。

达到加热时间后立即把管材与管件从模头同时取下,迅速无旋转地直线均匀插入到所需深度,使接头开成均匀凸缘。

注:如操作环境温度低于5℃,加热时间延长50%。

三、注意事项1、本产品采用单相三极安全扁插头,用户不得擅改插头,使用时必须把手插头插入有接地线插座上。

2、在使用过程中,手及易燃物不能触及电熔热块部份以免发生意外。

3、非专业人员产品不得打开,以防触电及破坏仪器的安全性能。

4、如红色指示灯长时间不出现跳变,说明仪器已出现故障,应立即停止工作,并切断电源。

5、如有故障应送各地经销处或生产厂家维修,用户不得随意拆卸。

6、本熔接器自购货之日起免费保修三个月(模头除外、人为损坏除外)终身维修。

* For freeze resistant valve to function properly, the valve must be installed in a non-freezing area or below frost line. * Tubing must be cut to right length. Do not coil any excess tubing or it will cause the valve to malfunction. * Do not pull up on lines coming out of the PVC column. This raises the water valve above the frost line. Use the nylon strap (ref. Item 10) to lift the unit to prevent damage
INSTALLATION INSTRUCTIONS FOR INSTALLING SANITARY FREEZE TRIPLE VALVE CONTROL ASSY.
1. Prepare trench for water supply and waste drain lines (if required by local codes). The hole should be deep enough to accommodate the PVC column and 5 cubic feet of porous fill (large broken rock). Additional porous fill may be required due to local ground conditions. (See Site Preparation Detail below).

The manufacturer then bears full responsibility for the proper functioning of the damper.The two switches integrated in the actuator are to be operated either on power supply voltage or at safety extra-low voltage. The combination power supply voltage/safety extra-low voltage is not permitted.Cables must not be removed from the device.The device may only be opened at the manufacturer's site. It does not contain any parts that can be replaced or repaired by the user.The device contains electrical and electronic components and must not be disposed of as household refuse. All locally valid regulations and requirements must be observed.Product featuresOperating modeThe actuator is controlled with a standard signal of 0...10 V and moves the damper to the operating position at the same time as tensioning the return spring. The damper is turned back to the safety position by spring energy if the supply voltage is interrupted.Safety Position LockThe Safety Position Lock™ reliably holds the fire damper in the safety position in case of fire therefore ensuring maximum safety. The technical solution for this function of the BFL and BFN actuators has a patent pending.Thermoelectric tripping device Complies with the specific requirements of the standard ISO 10294-4.BAT: If the ambient temperature of 72°C is exceeded, the duct outside temperature fuse willrespond. If the duct inside temperature of 72°C is exceeded, then the duct inside temperaturefuse will respond. When one of the thermal fuses responds, the supply voltage is interruptedpermanently and irreversibly.The LED is on when- supply voltage is available- the thermal fuses are OK and- the test switch is not pressed.The temperature fuse for the ambient temperature protects the actuator from overheatingand cannot be replaced. The actuator must be replaced when the duct outside temperaturefuse is triggered. The temperature fuse for the duct inside temperature can be replaced, seesection "Accessories".The function of the system (interruption of the supply voltage) can be checked by pressing thetest button.Note: The function of the thermal fuses and the control key is only warranted if the actuator isconnected to the supply voltage (LED on).Manual override The damper can be actuated manually in the deenergised state and fixed in place at anyposition. Unlocking is manual or automatic by applying the supply voltage. If manualoperation is used when supply voltage is present, the actuator first moves to the safetyposition for checking and then to the position as defined by control signal Y. During this self-check, the motor running time is increased to 100 s and the measuring voltage remains at 2 V.Signalling Two microswitches with fixed settings are installed in the actuator for indicating the damperend positions. The electrical contacts of these microswitches are equipped with a gold/silvercoating that permits integration both in circuits with low currents (mA range) and in ones withlarger-sized currents (A range) in accordance with the specifications in the data sheet. 1.2 装置综述装置共一层箱,由三个插件组成,包括三个电压切换插件,均采用插拔式,保证了配置的灵活方便。

2 技术参数2.1 基本数据2.1.1 额定数据额定直流电压:220V或110V;2.1.2 功率消耗在额定直流电压下,直流电压回路功率消耗正常情况下不大于40W。

2.1.3 触点性能在电压不大于250V,电流不大于0.5A,时间常数为5ms±0.75ms的直流有感负荷电路中,断开容量为50W,长期允许通过电流为5A。

Thecompressor is designed to start against high differentialpressures. Pressure on the suction side will reduce thisdifferential. Reset Circuit Breaker if tripped. Push theLP Override Switch to the “ON” position.6.Once unit has started, open the SUCTION valve on the CR700 to start the refrigerant flow.7.The CR700 is designed to directly recover large amounts of liquid refrigerant. If during liquid recovery thecompressor begins to make a slugging or hammering noise, meter the incoming liquid by closing the suction valve until the noise subsides.8.The CR700 will automatically shut off* when a 10”hg vacuum is achieved. If the pressure rises (due toboiling liquid refrigerant) the CR700 will resume operation.9.After the CR700 has shut off, rotate the center valve to the SELF-CLEARING position. The CR700 willresume operation automatically. The CR700 is now clearing out the condensor. The CR700 will automatically shut off* when a 10”hg vacuum is achieved.Note: If the LP override switch is set to “ON” position the unit will run continuously.RECOVERY AND SELF-CLEARING ARE COMPLETE1.Connect the unit as shown in Diagram2.Note: The recovery tank must be rated for 38 bar.2.Open the liquid and vapor valve on the Recovery Tank.Note: The Suction valve should be closed at this time.3.Open the DISCHARGE valve on CR700.4.Rotate the center valve to the “SELF-CLEARING”position.5.Push the Main Power Switch “ON”Note: If the unit fails to start, make sure there is no suctionpressure on the suction side of the unit. This filter should be checked periodically. A partially clogged filter will slow down the recovery rate of this unit.Check the filter cartridge as follows:• Use a 5/8” socket or boxed end wrench to loosen the suction port as shown in Figure 1.• Once loose, remove the suction port- filter cartridge as shown in Figure 2.• Either clean the current cartridge or replace with new cartridge.• Inspect O-ring. 一、简介时间2021.03.10 创作:欧阳治机动门系列脉动真空灭菌器是我公司根据国家对灭菌设备的最新要求开发生产的高档灭菌设备系列之一,是完全符合GMP规范要求的高档次消毒灭菌装置,也是医院、制药、生物工程、医用材料等行业理想的更新换代产品。

该系列灭菌器可广泛应用于生物工程、医疗卫生、实验动物、制药行业等领域对灭菌要求极高的生物制品、器皿、无菌衣、医疗器械、医用敷料等物品的灭菌处理。

本灭菌器仅适用于耐高温、高湿的医用器械和物品的灭菌,不能用于凡士林等油类和粉剂的灭菌!严禁用本设备对玻璃瓶或玻璃器皿封装密闭的液体进行灭菌处理,因为操作或者温度、压力的变化可能发生液瓶爆炸,以致发生人身及设备的危害。

●密封门采用了电动升降和压缩气密封技术,在实现可靠密封的同时,大大减轻了操作者开关门的劳动强度,使该灭菌器的自动化程度达到新的水准。

●上位机采用了新型HMI控制方式——触摸屏作为人机控制界面,可动态显示工作流程及工作过程中的时间、温度、压力等参数,使得操作更加直观、方便,用户还可根据需要进行特殊组态和方便地进行手动操作。

●下位机采用了现代新型控制装置--可编程序控制器(简称PC机)进行程序控制, 具有功能强,可靠性高,使用灵活等特点。

●采用机械强制脉动真空的空气排除方式, 经多次抽真空多次注入蒸汽,彻底消除灭菌室内的冷点,使空气排除量达到99 % 以上, 完全排除温度“死角”和“小装量效应”,保证了可靠的灭菌效果。

●该灭菌器有单扉和双扉(即单门和双门)之分,双扉灭菌器可实施有菌区与无菌区的有效隔离,满足国家药品生产管理GMP规范要求。

主要控制件及阀件全部选用进口优质件配套,大大提高了该类设备的稳定性和可靠性。

由于采用高达134℃的高温蒸汽,对灭菌物品的内部组织会受到一定影响。

一、三合一体机的适用范围
本机组是集冲洗、灌装、封口为一体的联合型多功能机组,是目前国内性能最理想的饮料机械设备之一。

三、主要结构特点:
1、主体型式
①进出瓶方式:左侧进瓶,经冲洗、灌装、封口后,右侧出瓶。

②冲洗、灌装、封口的旋转方向:顺时针(从上向下看)
③拨瓶轮旋转方向:逆时针(从上向下看)
2、结构设计最充分的考虑卫生要求,酒缸、灌装阀等零部件凡与物料接触的均采用SUS304进口不锈钢制作,具有良好的耐腐蚀性能。

3、可配有热灌装自动加热装置,确保控制温度在90℃左右的要求。

灌装采用≤0.15Mpa的压力输送物料,且设有回流管道系统,便于清洗、消毒。

4、旋盖头采用磁力扭矩式,旋盖扭矩大小调节方便,确保旋盖质量的稳定性、可靠性。

5、瓶输送由风送系统同步进入拨瓶轮导板装置,使得从空瓶进入到成品输出都十分通畅。

瓶的规格变更十分方便,即按照用户的瓶样制作少量的变更件即可。

四、主要组合件结构及性能
1、灌装阀(见图一)
工作原理:当PET瓶进入瓶颈定位托板位置后,由于运转过程中受凸轮曲面控制,灌装阀垫与瓶口周而复始的接触和脱离。

接触时,灌装阀在压簧的作用下打开,液体流入瓶内;脱离时,灌装阀失去压簧作用,阀口即关闭。

因阀装有回流管,多余液体可以返回液缸,故灌装时液体无滴漏现象发生。

阀的进出液管与液缸相联通形成回路,便于每班对阀、液缸进行清洗、消毒。

灌装阀在灌装时,如发现有漏渗现象,应及时更换密封件(O型圈)。

2、灌装主轴机构(见图二)
本机构由回液缸、轴承座Ⅰ、Ⅱ、回液中心管、齿轮等件组装而成。

在工作中,回液中心管不旋转(由O型圈密封);轴承座Ⅱ装有油杯便于加油润滑。

3、十组旋盖头
旋盖头与旋盖轴为M20×1.5螺纹连接,并有轴台阶定位,从而确保了旋转时上下同轴度的要求。

每个旋盖头内装有16个磁铁,形成S、N极;因磁铁强度较大,旋转时,磁场力产生扭矩;其间隙大小可调节,即其扭矩大小在一定的范围内是可以调节的,这样就确保了满足盖旋紧时的扭矩大小的要求。

旋盖头下端抓盖套内制有与PET瓶相似的条纹,当盖进入后,便相互吻合产生足够的扭矩(一般条纹常用120条)。

套内口端装有Φ5钢球6个,用O型圈收紧,以防止PET瓶盖进入套后脱落。

旋盖头在其凸轮控制下,逐渐将塑料盖与瓶口旋紧至符合封口密封度要求。

五、保养润滑和清洗
重视保养润滑是减少磨损延长机器使用寿命的主要措施。

1、拆下后门板,每班开机后(慢速),齿轮咐加润滑脂。

2、拉开封口机上的罩壳门,每班开班后(慢速),齿轮咐加润滑脂。

滑动轴适当加润滑油。

灌装升降轴滑动处加食品级滑油滑脂(适量)。

3、对机器油杯处加注润滑油(共10 处)。

4、减速器油位应常检查,保持在规定范围内。

5、每天工作结束,应对液缸、酒阀等进行循环清洗、消毒,外露零件揩干净。

六、操作注意事项
1、用户如果没有自制PET瓶及盖的设备条件,而是外地购回,生产时必须检查是否受到污染。

为了确保产品质量,应对瓶及盖进行清洗、消毒,方可进入三合一体机输送线上生产。

2、冲洗瓶机用水应为经过水处理后的无菌水。

一般原水中,细菌数超标,必须经过水处理后才能使用。

3、三合一体机应有接地装置,接地深度大于1m。

4、封口机长期使用后,托瓶板三个刃口处磨损严重;因此,应常检查封口机的紧密度是否符合要求。

当封口普遍拧得不够紧密时,应与生产厂家联系购买更换其六块托瓶板。

5、下盖电机应间断工作,及时开和关;发现偶有反盖,应及时取出;确保下盖管中有80%盖即可。

6、当拨轮瓶发生错位,与冲洗、灌装、封口不同步协调工作时,应关闭总电源,进行调整。

首先,将盖板拆下,旋松螺钉,转动拨轮,直至相对同步即可;然后,按上述方法恢复原装备状态。

7、瓶盖与瓶口螺纹配合不得太紧。

当旋盖扭矩过大,就会影响封盖密封质量。

因此,用户在选择PET瓶时应特别注意。

七、电器控制
本线路使用380V,50HZ三相交流电器,电箱面板上设有急停按钮、
调速按钮,触摸屏面板分别启动关闭输送机、冲水泵、主机、落盖电
机等。

电源接通,触摸屏面板上灯亮,显示屏上会显示“KIMIA KESHT TEHRAN
CO.”(表一),按任意键进入主菜单。

进入后显示屏会显示表二内容,按手动进入手动调试界面,显示屏
上显示有主电机、风送风机、冲洗泵,输送电机、送盖风机、灌装泵
等,要启动电机点击即可,在次点击则关闭电机。

如果自动生产则按
主菜单上的“自动”按钮进入自动监视画面,按“退出”键退出。


果需要对工艺参数进行设定,在主菜单上按“参数”进入画面表四,画面中有无盖报警以及无盖报警复位,数字10S代表测盖管缺盖维持运行时间,10秒后自动停机。

如果需要调整则点击即可,一般参数在出厂前已经设定。

还提供本班产量已经总产量等数据。

退出则按“退出”键。

主菜单上还有故障按钮,如果机器出现故障则按“故障”按钮进入表五,显示屏上会显示哪些电机除了故障,排除故障后按故障复位,然后按返回键进行开机操作。

当工作中出现意外故障,机器突然停止运转时,应立即扭下急停开关。

待事故检查、并消除后,将急停开关顺时针旋转,并在弹簧力作用下恢复原来位置。

电箱面板上调速可以调整机器的产量。

调速方法如下:正在运转的机器,若要速度快时,顺时针旋转即可。
