对于小电流接地系统,由于发生单相接地时,接地电流较小,且不会形成短路回路,允许带接地点继续运行1-2小时,但是由于非故障相电压上升为线电压,如果故障不能很快消除,极易发展成为相间故障,对电网的安全运行造成威胁。

所以需要尽快选出故障线路,以便运行人员及时采取措施加以处理。

使用安装说明位于背部的SETUP四位吐出时间编程器拨码开关,通过拨动其可作16种吐出方式选择模式组合设定如下:(2)在“MAN”模式下,踩动脚踩开关工作时,显示就该从“00.00”往上增加时间跳动,停止后保留显示数字,直到下次踩动脚踩开关,又从“00.00”开始显示工作。

(3)如果在“AUT0”模式下,踩动脚踩开关工作时,显示就该从设定时间往下减少,直至于时间跳到“00.00”停止,停止后保留设定显示数字,直到下次踩动脚踩开关,又从设定开始显示工作。

(4)在“AUT0”(除MAN模式)下,因为受“点胶时间”和“间隔时间”影响,显示由时间的设定来决定,如果更改时间设定,显示时间随之变动。

简易调试操作(1)按安装图机器接好后(注意使用电压),将选好的针咀插在装有≤3/4液料针筒咀上旋紧。

(2)把11.吐出方式编程器:设定吐出方式处于F1状态下,打开电源开关开启主机。

(3)调节3.输入气压调压器:先拉出,逆转为气压大、顺转为气压小,气压至于25psi作为初次校准试验。

(4)踩下脚踏开关或按下“SHOT”键直至液料均匀吐出为止,机器正常工作。

(5)通过调整2.吐出时间设定拨码键及更换针咀和调节3.输入气压调压器,可得相应需要液料吐出量。

(6)调节5.真空控制器:逆转为真空回抽大、顺转为真空回抽小,使液料在吐出时不会有滴渗出来为止。

(7)需要自动定时控制,通过调整8.间隔时间设定拨码键和11.吐出方式编程器及2.吐出时间设定拨码键配合来实现。

(8)每次液料吐出量由输入气压大小、吐出时间选择、液料的粘度和针咀的粗细(大小)来决定。

液料滴点方式使用前,在干净的纸张上来校准滴点量,将模式开关处于其中一方式(F1除外),调节吐出时间拨码器和吐出时间拨码器,踩下脚踏开关或“SHOT”测试键,吐出液料滴点。

通过重复试滴校正,会得到相应液料滴点量。

在滴放时,须按正规操作方法,料筒不能倒转,保持被滴在水平45°。

通讯设置主要用于设置RS232通讯接口的传输波特率
4.1.4产品计数器
产品计数用来指示打印了多少个产品,也用于给产品编号。该计数值可以打印,与显示的计 数值同步。
V98 喷码机共有两个产品计数器,最小值是指计数值的下限值,当前值是指从什么值开始 计数,最大值是指计数的上限值,步进值是指计数器的变化值。例如最小值是 100,当前值 是 200,最大值是 5000,步进值为3。开始打印时,计数器从 2000 开始计数,每次增加 3 个数, 计到超过 5000 就又从 200 开始计数, 如此循环。 也可以递减, 如果步进值为 999999998 时,则递减值为 1,步进值为 999999997 时,则递减值为 2,以此类推。

对于小电流接地系统,由于发生单相接地时,接地电流较小,且不会形成短路回路,允许带接地点继续运行1-2小时,但是由于非故障相电压上升为线电压,如果故障不能很快消除,极易发展成为相间故障,对电网的安全运行造成威胁。

所以需要尽快选出故障线路,以便运行人员及时采取措施加以处理。

目前,国内已经有许多种小电流系统接地选线装置,由于小电流接地系统单相接地情况比较复杂,没有一种通用的算法可以适用于所有情况,接地电流的变化范围较大,对硬件要求较高,以往的小电流接地选线装置往往由于硬件精度不高,选线算法单一,选线准确率低,经常发生误选,不能很好地满足现场需要。

我公司新研制MLN98V300型微机小电流系统接地选线装置,利用公司10多年的小电流接地选线方面的经验和雄厚的技术实力,在硬件和算法上做了重大改进,使选线准确率大大提高。

主要特点如下:1)装置能严格区分PT断线、铁磁谐振和接地,避免了PT断线、铁磁谐振引起装置的误选、误动作。

2)装置硬件采用高速DSP作为核心运算控制单元,抗干扰能力强,可靠性高,运算速度快,采用快速高分辨率A/D,采集精度高,速度快,误差小,为准确判别故障线路提供良好地硬件基础。

3)整体结构紧凑,集成度高,可靠性好。

4)选线方法上采样多种选线算法,进行综合比较、综合判断,无论发生金属性接地、弧光接地还是高阻接地,都能准确选线,可区分线路和母线接地。

克服了过去装置采用单一算法存在死区,造成误动作的缺点,大大提高了选线准确率。

适用范围:本产品可广泛用于发电厂、变电所及大型厂矿企业的供电系统作为线路和母线单相接地故障报警或用于线路接地保护跳闸,适用于架空线/电缆线系统,线路长短不限,并联运行的出线数不限,适用于不接地、消弧线圈接地和电阻接地系统。

2装置功能及技术参数2.1 装置的主要功能1) 接地选线功能,选线准确率高,可区分母线和线路接地。

可存储多次接地信息,并可打印记录。

2)判PT断线功能,可防止误选线。

3)谐振判断功能,提供报警信号,各段母线都提供消谐出口。

能存储多次谐振故障信息,并可打印记录。

4) 具有声光报警功能,具有接地、故障、失电等硬接点报警输出。

5) 可选配远动功能,二进制、BCD两种远动编码方式可选。

6) 36路及以下选线可选配跳闸功能,可软件设置跳闸与否及延时时间(0-59999秒)。

7) 可选配串行打印机,可打印接地故障、消谐记录和定值。

8)人机接口:汉字液晶显示, 运行、设置、调试界面内容丰富,操作简单。

零序电流比幅比相法是利用零序电流的稳态量选线,小电流系统发生单相接地时,故障线路的零序电流为其它非故障线路零序电流之和,原则上接地线路电流是这组采样值中最大的,且接地线路容性无功功率方向为母线流向线路,与非接地线路容性无功功率方向相反。

此方法只适用于中性点不接或电阻接地的系统,不适用于消弧线圈接地系统,只能对永久性接地进行判断,且发生高阻接地时,由于电流小,很容易发生误判。

5次谐波法用于消弧线圈接地系统的选线。

发生接地故障后,由于消弧线圈对五次谐波阻抗增大五倍(相对于基波),线路对地电容地五次谐波容抗降低五倍,故消弧线圈地过补偿不影响故障线路和非故障线路的5次谐波电流方向相反、故障线路五次谐波最大的规律。

但由于系统谐波情况的变化,尤其是经高阻接地,故障线路谐波电流小,运行CT的下限,精度变差,选线准确率低。

暂态能量方向法根据小电流接地电网单相接地故障时电压电流的变化特点,利用中性点电压、故障相电压和零序电流构造的能量曲线的斜率来进行故障选线。

该方法不受电网平衡情况和接地电阻大小的影响,对复杂的间歇性电弧接地故障同样有效。

本装置的启动采用零序电压启动,小电流接地系统出现零序电压有三种情况:接地、PT 断线和铁磁谐振,当零序电压大于启动值时,本装置对零序电压进行采集、计算分析,判断是哪种情况,如果是某种频率的铁磁谐振,装置启动消谐电路,铁磁谐振在强大的阻尼下迅速消失,本装置提供全部4段母线消谐出口,如果是PT断线则报警,如果是接地则启动选线,根据系统状态,选用不同的算法,利用多种算法进行综合判断。

接地灯:检测到系统发生接地故障时,此灯亮,接地消失后灯灭。

故障灯:检测到系统谐振、断线故障以及装置本身故障等情况之一时,此灯亮,故障解除后灯灭。

跳闸灯:装置发出跳闸信号时,此灯亮,按“复归”键灯灭。

为了防止误碰,“复归”、“复位”为内藏式按键。

“↑”、“↓”、“←”、“→”、“取消”、“确认”键完成查看、修改等屏幕菜单的操作; “复归”键用于复归跳闸灯。

“复位”键对装置进行复位。

4)打印机:根据用户要求,打印接地、消谐和定值信息,打印机为可选件,标准配置不带打印机。

5.2 通电前检查通电前,检查电源电压是否正常,接线是否正确,装置各插接件是否插接牢固。

5.3 装置运行 5.3.1装置通电正常情况下,装置通电后,蜂鸣器鸣叫一次,电源指示灯亮,运行灯闪烁,液晶显示主界面如图5.2。

若发现装置异常应切断电源,应检查装置各插件是否松动或脱位并紧,如无法恢复正常请及时与本公司维修部门联系。

图5.25.3.2 正常运行正常运行时,运行灯均匀的闪烁,主界面显示如图5.2,蜂鸣器不鸣叫,所有继电器出口打开。

5.3.3 系统接地系统发生接地后,有如下现象: 1) 蜂鸣器鸣叫一次;2) 液晶显示接地信息(图5.3),按“取消”键接地信息消失,可以从接地追忆中查看接地信息;主界面的系统状态条显示“系统接地”。

3) 打印机打印接地信息(如有打印机); 4) 远动接口输出远动信息(如配远动板);5) 跳闸出口发出跳闸命令,跳闸灯亮(如果有跳闸功能),跳闸灯需按“复归”键复归;6) 接地灯亮;接地报警输出。

7) 通讯上传故障信息。

MLN98V300 Vx.x 系统运行正常 2007-10-19 10:56:20版本号系统状态条:1) 正常时,显示系统运行正常;2) 接地时,显示系统接地; 3) 谐振时,显示系统谐振; 4) 发生PT 断线:显示PT 断线。

装置状态条:1) 装置正常显示“MLN98V300”; 2) 定值错误时,显示“定值错误”。

5.3.4 系统谐振系统发生谐振后,有如下现象:1)蜂鸣器鸣叫一次;2)液晶主界面的系统状态条显示“系统谐振”;3)消谐出口输出;4)故障指示灯亮,故障报警输出;5)通讯上传故障信息。

系统谐振消失后,装置恢复到正常运行状态。

5.3.5 PT断线(配相电压板)系统发生PT断线后,有如下现象:1)蜂鸣器鸣叫一次;2)液晶主界面的系统状态条显示“PT断线”。

3)故障指示灯亮,故障报警输出。

4)通讯上传故障信息。

PT断线消失后,装置恢复到正常运行状态。

5.3.6 装置故障装置正常运行时,实时对装置的定值进行检测,一旦发现定值错误,则输出报警,有如下现象:1)蜂鸣器鸣叫一次;2)液晶主界面的装置状态条显示“定值错误”;3)故障指示灯亮,故障报警输出。

重新设定定值后,按“设置菜单->恢复定值”,定值恢复正常,也可以用“恢复出厂设置”来恢复定值,如果现场设置定值与出厂设置不同,需要修改部分定值。
