本产品同时适用于人工手洗或超声波清洗机清洗。
由于本产品属于浓缩型清洗剂,属于水溶性液体,可适合的配比一定比例的清水。
操作如下:
准备工作:建议戴好防护手套和护目镜。
一、水跟清洗剂的比例。
使用人工手洗时,网纹辊比较脏且线数比较低的建议用原液清洗,若清洗效果还行,可自行调到1:1,1:2的比例,日常保养可视程度对清洗剂进行兑水后再使用。
使用超声波机器清洗时,一般先按照1:1兑水,若清洗效果还行,可自行调比到1:2,1:3的比例,综合考虑清水跟清洗剂的配比。
PS:同时视网纹辊的干净情况而定
二、清洗过程
手洗:准备好钢丝刷或纳米海绵等工具,将网纹辊清洗剂倒在钢丝刷或海绵上在网纹辊辊面以打圈圈的方式不断的向外扩散,使得清洗效果比较均匀,减少网纹辊伤害。
若清洗过程中,遇到比较难以清洗的部分,可以反复清洗。
清洗完成后,用清水冲洗干净。
超声波机器清洗:将清洗剂放入清洗糟,启动超声波清洗机。
时间控制在30分钟之内,清洗完后请用清水冲洗干净。
PS:网纹辊上的油墨清洗干净后表面还有水垢水渍,请配合使用本司专用网纹辊水纹清洗剂:太洁士-505A
三、需注意
不要摄食,避免接触眼睛、皮肤和衣物。
处理之后彻底清洗。

If additional cleaning is needed, verify that the cleaning solution has not dried on the brush. If it has, apply more solution and proceed with the cleaning.2.2.4. With the brush bottomed-out in the pinhole, rotate the handle back and forth at least three times (180 degrees in each direction).2.2.5. Pull the brush out of the hole while rotating 90 degrees and then inspect the pinhole with a scope. With the scope at 50x magnification, inspect the leading edge of the pinhole for debris. FNA must warrant the emissions control system on your SORE for the periods of time listed below provided there has been no abuse, neglect or improper maintenance of your small off-road engine or equipment leading to the failure of the emissions control system.Your emissions control system may include parts such as the carburetor or fuel-injection system, the ignition system, catalytic converter, fuel tanks, fuel lines (for liquid fuel and fuel vapors), fuel caps, valves, canisters, filters, clamps and other associated components. Also included may be hoses, belts, connectors, and other emission-related assemblies.Where a warrantable condition exists, FNA will repair your SORE at no cost to you including diagnosis, parts and labor.MANUFACTURER’S WARRANTY COVERAGE:This exhaust and evaporative emissions control system on your SORE is warranted for two years. The engine or equipment must be warranted to the ultimate purchaser and any subsequent owner that the emissions control system when installed was:(1) Designed, built, and equipped so as to conform with all applicable regulations; and(2) Free from defects in materials and workmanship that causes the failure of a warranted part for a period of two years.(c) The warranty on emissions-related parts will be interpreted as follows:(1) Any warranted part that is not scheduled for replacement as required maintenance in the written instructions furnishedwith each new engine or equipment must be warranted for the warranty period defined in subsection (b)(2). If any such part fails during the period of warranty coverage, it must be repaired or replaced by FNA according to subsection (4) below. Any such part repaired or replaced under the warranty must be warranted for a time not less than the remaining warranty period.(2) Any warranted part that is scheduled only for regular inspection in the written instructions furnished with each newengine or equipment must be warranted for the warranty period defined in subsection (b)(2). A statement in such written instructions to the effect of “repair or replace as necessary” shall advise owners of the warranty coverage for emissions related parts. Replacement within the warranty period is covered by the warranty and will not reduce the period of warranty coverage. Any such part repaired or replaced under warranty must be warranted for a time not less than the remaining warranty period.(3) Any warranted part that is scheduled for replacement as required maintenance in the written instructions furnished witheach new engine or equipment must be warranted for the period of time prior to the first scheduled replacement point for that part. If the part fails prior to the first scheduled replacement, the part must be repaired or replaced by the manufacturer according to subsection (4) below. Any such part repaired or replaced under warranty must be warranted for a time not less than the remainder of the period prior to the first scheduled replacement point for the part.(4) Repair or replacement of any warranted part under the warranty provisions of this article must be performed at nocharge to the owner at a warranty station.(5) Notwithstanding the provisions of subsection (4) above, warranty services or repairs must be provided at distributioncenters that are franchised to service the subject engines or equipment.(6) The owner must not be charged for diagnostic labor that leads to the determination that a warranted part is in factdefective, provided that such diagnostic work is performed at a warranty station.(7) Throughout the emissions control system’s warranty period set out in subsection (b)(2), FNA must maintain a supply ofwarranted parts sufficient to meet the expected demand for such parts and must obtain additional parts if that supply is exhausted.(8) Manufacturer-approved replacement parts that do not increase the exhaust or evaporative emissions of the engine orevaporative emission system must be used in the performance of any warranty maintenance or repairs and must be provided without charge to the owner. Such use will not reduce the warranty obligations of FNA.(9) The use of add-on or modified parts may be grounds for disallowing a warranty claim made in accordance with thisArticle. FNA will not be liable under this Article to warrant failures of warranted parts caused by the use of an add-on or modified part.(10) FNA shall provide any documents that describe FNA’s warranty procedures or policies within five working days ofrequest by the Executive Officer.(d) A list of all emissions warranty parts must be included with each new engine or equipment subject to this Article. 8.2 售后服务时间A、售后服务前,客户需要提供山东亨瑞食品机械有限公司交货日期证明,以便我公司核对。
B、设备出现故障时,客户可采取以下方式与我公司取得联系:(a)持保修卡到当地销售单位解决;(b)持保修卡到我公司售后服务部解决;(c)采用电话、网络、邮件等方式与我公司售后服务部取得联系,我公司在收到之日即给予答复,可以即时解决的即时排除故障,在确认必须售后服务人员赶到现场解决的,售后服务人员接到通知后应及时赶到现场。
8.3 事故和正常保养本售后服务条例只适用于由产品质量和装配工艺引起的问题。
不适用于由于正常磨损、事故、非正常保养、存放时非正常保护、或非正常使用所引起的设备折旧和损坏。
如需要我公司提供维修服务,客户需提供正常保养、易损件的费用。

涂布辊清洗剂产品说明书
干式贴合(用于上胶的涂布,通称凹版上胶轮(GRA VURE ROLL)。
在每日操作完毕之后,应该一并清洗上胶槽及循环泵(但是24小时作业的情况除外)。
不过公心醋酸乙酯来做清洗,要将接着剂完全清洗干净则是一件非常困难的工作。
微量的接着剂仍会在胶轮上残留,如此重复地淤积堆砌结果便会引起塞版;而塞在网目内的接着剂一量硬化后,便无法溶解于醋酸乙酯,更不用说清洗的效果如何。
而以如此塞版状态上胶轮进行作业,便会引起因涂布量不足而产生的问题。
例如外观不良(会有气泡产生)及接着剂强度不良等品质问题,而发生的原因大多起因于使用塞版的胶轮所引发涂布量不足的问题。
为了防止此类问题的不断发生,应该改以洗版液(NEO REVER)来洗净胶轮才能获得应有的涂布量。
在此就使用洗版液的步骤及注意的事项条述如下:
操作步骤:
1.首先以醋酸乙酯清洗胶水槽沟及上胶轮。
2.在胶水内铺上3-4张薄膜。
(OPP、PET、CPP、LLDPE均可)(图略)
3.启动上胶轮空转,同时将洗版液全面涂到胶轮上,并放置5-10分钟,(硬化的胶水会被迅速吸附到辊的表面)。
4.以金属刷对着胶轮网目垂直用力刷,来回2-3次全面洗净。
5.如果版深处尚有洗不净之处,再次以金属刷继续清洗。
6.以2-3公升的醋酸乙酯配合金属刷,一面倾倒醋酸乙酯到胶轮上,用以将残留胶轮上的洗版液冲落。

7.将冲落流入槽内的洗版液及接着剂残渣连同薄膜一块取下丢弃。
8.在槽内注入10公升的醋酸乙酯,而且使上胶轮能接触到状况下,一面空转胶轮,一面以金属刷或干净的布来擦拭洗净,一直到版内异物洗净为止。
9.重复上述第七点的作业程序。
10.再重复上述第八、九点作业程序,这是为了防止洗版液残留。
11.以3-5公升的醋酸乙酯浇淋一遍胶轮,同时再以抹布擦拭胶轮。
12.以清洁的干布将胶轮重新擦拭一遍。
13.将槽内的醋酸乙酯及衬底的薄膜取出丢弃即完成清洗作业。
清洗作业时间30分钟。
每周一次或二周一次心洗版液来清洗胶轮有其必要。
(而清洗的频率,则需视每日保养的情况而定,如果常以醋酸乙酯来清洗保养则二周一次以洗版液来洗净即可。
同时也需视涂布量及外观状况来定)。
注意事项:
1、REVER SP-751属强酸性质,与皮肤接触时皮肤会被侵蚀而引起灼伤之症状。
因此操作时必须戴护目镜、橡皮手套及口罩等保护自身安全。
2、以作业要点5-11使用过的醋酸乙酯在作业要点6-8项时仍能重复使用;而重
复使用2-3次之后的醋酸乙酯请丢弃。
3、REVER本身具有腐蚀金属的特性。
当涂抹完毕之后放置时间如超过一个小时
以上的话,会腐蚀胶轮上的“铬”使其脱落,此点要小心留意!
日本国内对上胶轮的管理方法:
1、相同深度及网目上的胶轮必须准备二支。
(例70u160醋酸乙酯mesh2)此举
是避免胶轮万一发生问题,将影响正常生产流程。
2、一支胶轮在使用300-500万米之后须再做一次铬处理(CHROME)。
如此反
复三次处理之后,需再重新制版成为新版。
3、每日在作业开始之前请先使用空白薄膜来做贴合测试。
放入25cm25cm大小
的离型纸做样本,再用醋酸乙酯以“拭去法”来测试涂布量,确认是否有塞版的状态。
