产品功能简要说明(黑体字为出厂默认值) 1. 刹车设定:无刹车/有刹车。

2. 电池类型:Lipo (锂电池)/ NiMH (镍氢)。

3. 电池低压保护模式:逐渐降低功率/立即关闭输出。

注:低压保护时,将油门摇杆拉到最小油门的位置后即可重新启动马达,但因为此时仍处于低压状况,所以功率输出较小。

4.低压保护阈值:低/中/高。

1) 当电池类型设定为Lipo 电池时,电调自动判断锂电节数,低/中/高情况下每节电池的截止电压分别为:2.85V/3.15V/3.3V 。

例如使用3节锂电,设定为中截止电压,则低压保护阈值为:3.15*3=9.45V 。

2) 当电池类型设定为镍氢电池时,低/中/高情况下截止电压为开机时输入电压的0%/50%/65%。

0%意味着不进行低压保护。

例如:使用6节镍氢电池,充满时电压为 1.44*6=8.64V ,当设定为中截止电压时,则截止电压阈值为:8.64*50%=4.3V 。

整机仅需 20 颗器件,电路简洁,体积小巧,极适合 LN1F03L 为主控制芯片设计,芯片内置高压功率开关,全电压额定输出功率为 3.5W, 前端恒流控制方式,无需光耦反馈即可实现输出精确的输出电流控制,电流精度误差优于±5% , 且不受变压器初级电感量误差影响,输出空载时通过 VCC 反馈限制最大输出电压。芯片设计工 作在 DCM 的电流不连续模式,并根据输入电压不同自动调整开关频率,基于时间常数自适应技 术实现输出电流的恒定。电路额定输出电压为 10.5V 即 3*1W LED,通过辅助绕组供电到 VCC 端经过内部 VCC 反馈环控制使空载输出电压维持在一定的范围内,负载时 VCC 小于限压点自动 进入恒流工作模式,通过 R4 设定峰值开关电流即可设定输出电流参数,通过 R5 实现工作波形 采样以在芯片内部产生控制信号,R1A/R1B 则可以补偿输入电压不同时的输出电流误差使电流 更精确,可在全电网内满足精确的恒流特性。E1/L1/E2 构成 EMI 滤波电路,配合必要的变压器 屏蔽措施即可在不需要 Y 电容的情况下满足电磁兼容认证要求。变压器 T1 采用安规型骨架或飞 线设计,可满足安规认证的要求。
