Generic Reproducible Parallel Backend for foreach LoopsDescriptionThe doRNG package provides functions to perform reproducible parallel foreach loops, using inde-pendent random streams as generated by L’Ecuyer’s combined multiple-recursive generator(L’Ecuyer(1999)).It enables to easily convert standard%dopar%loops into fully reproducible loops,indepen-dently of the number of workers, the task scheduling strategy,or the chosen parallel environmentand associated foreach backend. It has been tested with the following foreach backend:doMC,doSNOW,doMPI.ReferencesL’Ecuyer P(1999).“Good Parameters and Implementations for Combined Multiple Recursive Ran-dom Number Generators.”_Operations Research_,*47*(1),159-164.ISSN0030-364X,doi:10.1287/opre.47.1.159 <https:///10.1287/opre.47.1.159>.See doRNGDescriptionSets the behaviour of%dorng%foreach loops from a given version number.UsagedoRNGversion(x)Argumentsx version number to switch to,or missing to get the currently active version num-ber,or NULL to reset to the default behaviour,i.e.of the latest version.Valuea character string If x is missing this function returns the version number from the current behaviour. If x is specified, the function returns the old value of the version number(invisible).Behaviour changes in versions1.4The behaviour of doRNGseed, and therefore of%dorng%loops, changed in the case where thecurrent RNG was L’ing set.seed before a non-seeded loop used not to be identical to seeding via.options.RNG.Another bug was that non-seeded loops would share most of their RNG seed!1.7.4Prior to this version,in the case where the RNG had not been called yet, thefirst seeded%dorng%loops would not give the identical results as subsequent loops despite using the same seed(see https:///renozao/doRNG/issues/12).This has beenfixed in version1.7.4,where the RNG is called once(sample(NA)),whenever the.Random.seed is not found in global environment.Examples##Seeding when current versiondoRNGversion(NULL)registerDoRNG5registerDoRNG Registering doRNG for Persistent Reproducible Parallel ForeachLoopsDescriptionregisterDoRNG registers the doRNG foreach backend.Subsequent%dopar%loops are then per-formed using the previously registered foreach backend, but are internally performed as%dorng% loops, making them fully reproducible.UsageregisterDoRNG(seed=NULL,once=TRUE)Argumentsseed a numerical seed to use(as a single or6-length numerical value)once a logical to indicate if the RNG sequence should be seeded at the beginning of each loop or only at thefirst loop.DetailsBriefly, the RNG is set, before each iteration, with seeds for L’Ecuyer’s CMRG that overall generatea reproducible sequence of statistically independent random streams.Note that(re-)registering a foreach backend other than doRNG,after a call to registerDoRNG disables doRNG–which then needs to be registered.ValueThe value returned by Three adjoining sides are arranged at right angles to each other. When a ray of light strikes one of these sides (A), it is reflected to the second (B), then the third (C), and then back to the source parallel to its original course. Thousands of these cube shapes are molded into a rugged plastic reflector or vinyl tape material. Corner cube retroreflectors are suitable for use with both standard reflex and polarized reflex sensors. Corner CubeRetroreflector SizeThe size of the retroreflective target has a significant effect on the excess gain and range of a reflex sensor. In general, we recommend you use the largest possible reflector in every reflex sensing application to maximize performance of the sensor and simplify alignment. To provide an even larger reflective area, multiple retro-reflectors can be grouped together as shown.Using Retroreflectors with Polarized Reflex Sensors Only corner cube retro-reflective material can be used with polarized reflex sensors. When polarized light from the sensor’s lightsource strikes a corner cube retroreflector, it is returned to the sensor in a depolarized state. This allows some of the light to pass through the detector’s polarizer, which is positioned at 90° to the source polarizer, to allow the sensor to operate. Molded plastic corner cube retroreflectors are always recommended as they provide the highest signal return to the sensor. Corner cube tape workswith polarized reflex sensors but returns less light to the sensor. In all cases, Eaton recommends testing sensor and tape prior to final installation. For the most current information on this product, visit our Web site:V8-T8-388.1Sensor AccessoriesRetroreflectors and Retroreflective TapeProduct SelectionRetroreflectorsRound RetroreflectorsRetroreflective TapeCorner Cube Style 1Note1 Although corner cube tape works with polarized reflex sensors, we recommend testing sensor and tape prior to installation.DescriptionCatalog Number 3 in diameter, with mounting hole, two per package6200A-6501Bulk packaged version of above (ordered quantity will be bulk packaged)6200AS65013 in diameter, with mounting hole, one per packageE51KR843 in diameter, metal backed, with mounting hole, one per package6200A-65062.18 in diameter, with mounting hole, one per package 6200A-65052.18 in diameter, adhesive backed, one per package 6200A-65021.25 in diameter, adhesive backed, one per package6200A-6504Bulk packaged version of above (ordered quantity will be sent bulk packaged)6200AS65041.25 in diameter, no adhesive, one per packageE51KR32DescriptionCatalog Number2 in wide, 1 piece, quantity is length in feet6202A-XXXX6200A-65016200A-65066200A-6505 6200A-6502 6200A-65046202A-XXXX88.1Sensor AccessoriesRetroreflectors and Retroreflective TapeDimensionsApproximate Dimensions in Inches (mm)Round RetroreflectorsCatalog NumberDiameterAHole SizeBThicknessC6200A-6501 3.30 (84)0.20 (5)0.35 (9)6200A-6502 2.40 (61)None0.30 (7.5)6200A-6504 1.30 (33)None0.25 (6)6200A-6505 2.40 (61)0.25 (6)0.30 (7.5)6200A-6506 3.30 (84)0.20 (5)0.30 (7.5)E51KR32 1.25 (32)None0.35 (9)E51KR84 3.30 (84)0.20 (5)0.35 (9)V8-T8-4V8-T8-58For Customer Service in the U.S. call 1-877-ETN CARE (386-2273),in Canada call 1-800-268-3578.For Application Assistance in the U.S. and Canadacall 1-800-426-9184.8.2Sensor AccessoriesSensor Mounting BracketsSensor Mounting BracketsContentsDescriptionPage Sensor Mounting BracketsProduct Selection . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . .V8-T8-6Dimensions . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . .V8-T8-8Sensor Mounting BracketsProduct DescriptionMounting brackets by Eaton’s Electrical Sector found in this section are suited for use with 8 mm to 30 mm diameter tubular sensors only.

Part Identification of Thermoplastics for Recycling • DIN EN ISO 11469, DIN EN ISO 1043 Part 1-4 and ISO 18064• Plastics - Symbols and abbreviated terms• Recycling-Triangle1. IntroductionHigh-grade regrind can be obtained from single-sort thermoplastics by means of mechanical recycling. Generic marking of plastics parts provide vital assistance here. This Technical Information describes the marking of plastics parts according to ISO 11469 and DIN EN ISO 11469, and on the implementation of these provisions for Bayer MaterialScience's range of thermoplastics.1.1 Material identificationThe identification is made up of abbreviated terms for polymer and symbols given in ISO 1043/1-4 respectively DIN EN ISO 1043/1-4, and ISO 18064 respectively DIN EN ISO 18064 which are preceded and followed by the "greater than" (>) and "smaller than" (<) symbols.Example: >PC<1.2 Recycling identificationThe recycling pictogram (recycling triangle) may be used in Germany on plastics parts in addition to thematerial symbols.Recycling-Triangle 2. Examples of material identification for plastics parts2.1 HomopolymersExample:Polycarbonate>PC<(Abbreviated term of the basic polymer, enclosed by the two angle signs > <).2.2 Polymer blends (alloys)Example:(Polycarbonate+ABS) blend>PC+ABS<(Abbreviated terms of the blend components, main component first separated by a plus sign, enclosed by the two angle signs > <).2.3 Filled, reinforced or otherwise treated polymersExample:Polycarbonate with 20 % glass fiber>PC-GF20<PC abbreviated term of basicpolymerGF filler/reinforcing material20filler/reinforcing material contentin % by weight(Abbreviation for the polymer, the type and form of the filler/reinforcement and its content in % by weight, separated by a hyphen and enclosed between the symbols > <).2.4 Flame retardant polymersExample:(Polycarbonate+ABS) blend with halogen-free orga-nic phosphorous compound as flame retardant>PC+ABS-FR(40)<(Abbreviation for the base polymer with the suffix "FR"and the code number in accordance with DIN EN ISO 1043 Part 4 for any flame retardant content in excess of 1 % by weight, in parentheses and enclosed between the symbols > <).2.5 Molded parts made up of several, inseparable polymersExample:Vehicle instrument panel in PC+ABS (main compo-nent), foamed PU and TPU film>TPU, PUR, PC+ABS<(Abbreviated terms of the composite components, separated by commas, visible component first main component underlined, and all enclosed by the two angle signs > <).3. Nature, size and application of the identificationTo permit the generic identification of used plastics parts, the identification marking should be impressed on the surface of the part either in raised lettering or in relief. The size of the lettering is dependent on the size of the part. The recycling pictogram should be clearly recognizable. The identification should be separate from the manufacturer identification data. It should be located at a readily accessible point where it can highlight the material's recyclability.4. Identification Bayer MaterialScience AG thermoplastics4.1 The identification to be used for the basic polymers is thus as follows:Apec®(Copolycarbonate)>PC-HT<Bayblend®(Polycarbonate+ABS) blend >PC+ABS<Makroblend®(PBT+Polycarbonate) blend impact modified>PBT+PC-I<(Polycarbonate+PBT) blend impact modified>PC+PBT-I<(PET+Polycarbonate) blend impact modified>PET+PC-I<(Polycarbonate+PET) blend impact modified >PC+PET-I<Makrolon®(Polycarbonate)>PC<Additional information on the marking of special grades from our product range is available in the follow tables. All Bayer MaterialScience AG engineering thermo-plastics can be remelted without displaying any instability. Thus, they are suitable for reuse within the framework of recycling processes, even for several times, when they once become waste. In order to ensure high-grade reuse, it is recommend-ed that unreinforced, reinforced and FR grades of each plastics type be collected separately. Even better results are obtained by collecting single grades and single colors separately. Therefore it is recommended that further material identification be provided in the form of additional details on the trade name and grade, the date, the classification and designation of the compound, and, where appropriate, the part manufacturer.4.2 Product grades identificationApec®Grades Part identificationsGeneral purpose grades1703, 1745>PC-HT<1803>PC-HT<Easyflow grades1695>PC-HT<1795, 1797>PC-HT<1895, 1897>PC-HT<2095, 2097>PC-HT< Unreinforced FR gradesDP1-9354>PC-HT-FR<Bayblend®Grades1)Part identificationsGeneral purpose gradesKU1-1446>PC+ABS<M850 XF>PC+ABS<T45, T45 PG>ABS+PC<T50 XF, DP T50 BBS083>PC+ABS<T65, T65 AT, T65 HI, T65 PG, T65 XF>PC+ABS<T80 XG>PC+ABS<T85, T85 XF>PC+ABS<T90, T90 HT>PC+ABS<W85 HI, W85 XF>PC+ASA<Mineral filled gradesET1100>PC+ABS-TD10<T95 MF>PC+ABS-TD9<T90 MF-20>PC+SAN-I-TD20<Glass fiber reinforced gradesT88-2N>PC+ABS-GF10<T88-4N>PC+ABS-GF20<KU2-1522, T88 GF-10>PC+SAN-I-GF10<T88 GF-20>PC+SAN-I-GF20<T88 GF-30>PC+SAN-I-GF30<Flame retardant gradesET3036 FR>PC+ABS-FR(40)<FR2000, FR2010>PC+ABS-FR(40)<FR3000, FR3000 HI>PC+ABS-FR(40)<FR3002>PC+ABS-FR(40)<FR3005, FR3005 HF, FR3005 HG>PC+ABS-FR(40)<FR3006, FR3006 HF>PC+ABS-FR(40)<FR3008, FR3008 HR>PC+ABS-FR(40)<FR3009>PC+ABS-FR(40)<FR3010, FR3010 IF>PC+ABS-FR(40)<FR3011, FR3011 HF, FR3012>PC+ABS-FR(40)<FR3030>PC+ABS-FR(40)<FR3040>PC+ABS-FR(40)<FR3100 TV, FR3110 TV, FR3200 TV, FR3210 TV>PC+ABS-FR(40)<KU2-1514>PC+ABS-FR(40)<Flame retardant, mineral filled gradesET3032 FR, FR410 MT>PC-I-TD10 FR(40+72)< FR3020>PC+ABS-TD5 FR(40)< FR3020 W>PC-I-TD5 FR(40)<FR3021, FR3021 HF>PC+ABS-TD15 FR(40)<Recyclate gradesFR630 GR>PC+ABS-FR(40)<R-FR390>PC+ABS-FR(40)<R-FR610>PC+ABS-FR(40)<1) Including the corresponding special procedures (BBS)Makroblend®Grades Part identifications General purpose grades based on PBTS7916, S7916/2>PBT+PC-I<DP UT3905*, DP UT3907*>PC+PBT-I<DP UT5005*, DP UT5007*>PC+PBT-I<DP UT6005*, DP UT6007*>PC+PBT-I<KU2-7912*, KU2-7912 MBS151*>PC+PBT-I<KU2-7912/4*>PC+PBT-I<KU2-7915*>PC+PBT-I<DP 6015*>PC+PBT-I<Mineral filled gradesKU2-7608*>PC+PBT-I-MD10<KU2-7609 MBS058*>PC+PBT-I-MD18<KU2-7609*>PC+PBT-I-MD20<General purpose grades based on PETUT305>PC+PET<UT153, UT203, UT250, UT400, UT403>PC+PET-I<DP 7645*>PC+PET-I<Mineral filled gradesDP 2-7655*>PC+PET-I-MD10<DP 7665*, DP 7665 MBS162*>PC+PET-I-MD20<UT235 M>PC+PET-MD15<Glass fiber reinforced gradesUT4045 G>PC+PBT-GF20<Flame retardant gradesDP EC100 HR*>PC+PET-I-FR(40)< DP EC153*>PC+PET-I-FR(40+72)< EL700, EL703>PC+PET-I-FR(16+42)<* see disclaimer for developmental productsMakrolon®Grades Part identifications General purpose grades2205, 2207, 2405, 2407>PC<2605, 2607, 2805, 2807>PC<3105, 3107>PC<Food contact grades2256, 2456, 2656, 2806, 2856>PC<1248>PC-I<3106, 3156, 3206>PC<Flame retardant grades2467, 6265, 6267>PC-FR<2665, 2667, 2865, 2867>PC-FR<6465, 6485, 6487, 6555, 6557>PC-FR<6585, 6717>PC-FR<1899>PC-FR(40)<Impact modified grades1260, 1837, DP1-1825>PC-I<Glass fiber reinforced gradesGF8003>PC-GF10< 9415, 9417, GF9002>PC-GF10 FR<GF9001>PC-GF12 FR< 1095, GF8002>PC-GF15<GF9003>PC-GF17 FR< 8025, GF8001, GF8004>PC-GF20< 9125, 9425>PC-GF20 FR< 8035>PC-GF30< 8345>PC-GF35<Makrolon® grades for Part identifications Optical storage mediaOD2015>PC<Optical lensesLQ2647, LQ3147, LQ3187>PC<Light guidesLED2045, LED2245>PC< Automotive lightingAL2447, AL2647>PC< Automotive glazingAG2677>PC<Blow moldingWB1239>PC<ExtrusionET2613, ET3113, ET3117>PC<ET3127, ET3227>PC<Medical devices**2258, 2458, 2558, 2658, 2808, 2858>PC<Rx1805, Rx2430, Rx2530, Rx2635>PC<Structural foamSF800 Z, SF805>PC-GF5 FR<This information and our technical advice - whether verbal, in writing or by way of trials - are given in good faith but without warranty, and this also applies where proprietary rights of third parties are involved. The application, use and processing of our products and the products manufactured by you on the basis of our technical advice are beyond our control and, therefore, entirely your own responsibility. Our products are sold in accordance with the current version of our General Conditions of Sale and Delivery.* This is a developmental product. Further information, including amended or supplementary data on hazards associated with its use, may be compiled in the future. For this reason, no assurances are given as to type conformity, processability, long-term performance characteristics or other production or application parameters. Therefore, the purchaser/user uses the product entirely at his own risk without having been given any warranty or guarantee and agrees that the supplier shall not be liable for any damage, of whatever nature, arising out of such use.**Only Bayer plastics which fulfil the test requirements of ISO 10 993-1 may be used for medical articles which come within the scope of this standard. However, the biocompatibility tests which we perform according to this standard do not cover the following ranges of application for medical articles manufactured from our material: long-term use over 30 days, particularly use as (cosmetic or reconstructive) implant; long-term contact over 30 days with endogenous substances (blood, tissue, dentin, other body fluids); multiple use for medical applications. Therefore Bayer plastics should not be used for long-term applications or with long-term contact. Use of recycled materials or the use of other additional material components in the finished product: Our test results for biocompatibility do not apply to the use of recycled materials or the use of other additional material components in the finished product. Responsibility of the manufacturer of the medical article: The use of our material outside the above-mentioned test scope of ISO 10 993-1 occurs exclusively on the responsibility of the processor of our material and the manufacturer of the finished product. As regards the production conditions of the processor of our material which are not known to us, it is the responsibility of the processor to ascertain the suitability of our materials in the finished product in terms of directives and statutes to be observed. The suitability of our materials also depends on the ambient conditions (see below) for the finished product. Chemical compatibility, temperature, design of the medical article, method of sterilization, internal stress within the finished article, and external stress all influence suitability, and are therefore the responsibility of the processor and the manufacturer of the finished product. Multiple-use of medical articles: Medical articles which are intended for single use and which were manufactured from Bayer plastic are not suitable for multiple use. If the medical article was manufactured for multiple use, it is the responsibility of the manufacturer of the finished product to determine an appropriate number of times it may be used, by determining and evaluating the conditions of sterilization and final use. Appropriate warnings and instructions must be given to the end user. Sterilization: The use of various methods of sterilization and the permitted number of sterilization cycles for a medical article which is made from our materials depend on the design of the parts, the processing parameters, the sterilization temperature and the chemical environment. Therefore the manufacturer must determine and evaluate the most suitable method of sterilization (and if applicable the permitted number of sterilization cycles) for each medical article. Appropriate instructions and warnings must be given to the end user. Recyclate grade. In view of the different origins of the post-consumer waste, a broader tolerance range must be expected than for virgin material. Colors by agreement. Since the Bayblend R grades contain used materials, they may contain additives. Recyclate grades always comply with the statutory provisions currently in force.Editor: Global Innovations - PolycarbonatesBayer MaterialScience AGD-51368 Leverkusen, Germanywww.bayermaterialscience.depcs-info@。

Model AT8 AdapToner 测试设备说明书
Model AT8 Adaptoner Operating Instructions
Description
The Model AT8 AdapToner Test Set is housed in a high impact plastic case measuring 41⁄ 8 x 2 x 1 1⁄ 8", weighs 6 ounces, and is powered by one 9 volt battery (not included). The tester is supplied with red and black rubber insulated test clips and a snagproof 8-conductor modular cord and plug, as well as an 8-postion jack with protective cover. The unique plug allows insertion into both 8 and 6 position modular jacks. A three-position toggle switch controls the modes of operation and a 2-colored Light Emitting Diodes (LED) provides polarity and continuity indication. A tone selector switch (see figure 2) located inside the battery compartment, may be used to select a fast or slow warble tone output. Full 8-conductor breakout of the modular test plug allows the AdapToner to be used as a traditional tone generator, a breakout adapter, or a combination of both. The AT8 is compatible with all common Central Office Switching Systems and the output tone is isolated from DC voltages.

Detailed Description5.1. UNC20 ModuleThe UNC20 module is a cost-effective, highly integrated module in a 48-pin dual-inline package. The salient features of the UNC20 module, as delivered with the Developer’s Kit, are listed below:NetSilicon’s NS7520 microcontroller based on a 32-bit ARM7TDMI core16 Mbytes SDRAM8 Mbytes FlashEthernet interface2 serial communication interfacesI2C interfaceJTAG interfacePlease refer to the UNC20 User’s Manual for more details on this module. The pin-out for the UNC20 module can be found at the end of this manual.7UNCBASCF Base Board - User's Manual5.2. RS232 Serial InterfaceThe NS7520 provides two serial ports. Since these ports are multiplexed with the General Purpose I/O pins (ports A and C), it was decided only to assemble one serial port and leave the other for the user to configure.5.2.1. Serial Port 1Serial Port 1 can be used as a console port to communicate with a host PC.An RS232 driver, the MAX3320 from Maxim, is assembled on the base board. This driver guarantees baudrates up to 250kbps.This port will operate in asynchronous RS232 full-duplex mode. The RS232 port supports minimal hardware control signals, namely RTS and CTS only, and is derived from the UNC20 module’s Port C pins.A 9-pin D-type connector (male) is assembled on the base board. The pin allocation of the 9-pin D-type connector is as defined in the table below:Pin Function1N/C2RXD3TXD4N/C5GND6N/C7RTS8CTS9N/C8UNCBASCF Base Board - User's Manual If a serial console is not required, and the 4 PortC pins are required for GPIO, then the serial driver can be forced into an “off” state, meaning that the on-chip power supply is shut down, by connecting a jumper between pins 3 and 4 of J1.To disable the serial driver, the jumper has to be inserted.5.2.2. Serial Port 2Serial Port 2 is available on the UNC20 module’s Port A [0-7] pins, which are led out to the X6 connector (not assembled on the board), so that users can configure this port to suit their application.5.3. EthernetThe 10/100 Ethernet MAC controller and PHY are included on the UNC20 module. An RJ45 jack is used with a status LED for Link/Activity which is visible through a light pipe in the jack. A separate Pulse transformer is assembled. The pin allocation of the RJ45 connector is as defined in the table below:Pin Function1TD+2TD-3RD+9UNCBASCF Base Board - User's Manual104N/C 5N/C 6RD-7N/C 8N/C5.4. CompactFlashThe UNCBASCF is equipped with a type 2 CompactFlash card holder. The CompactFlash cards can be accessed using different hardware interface methods. Each one of these hardware interface methods has its own set of performance, cost and flexibility requirements. The choices are as follows:• True IDE Mode•Common Memory Mode•I/O Mapped ModeThe True IDE mode can only be used with CompactFlash storage cards, while the other modes allow the use of any kind of CompactFlash card (wireless, network, storage,…).A CPLD on the bottom side of the UNCBASCF base board has been programmed to implement PC card Common Memory and PC card I/O modes. The source code of the CPLD program is delivered with the UNC20 Developer's Kit with CompactFlash.Although the hardware is prepared for all available modes (True IDE, Common Memory and I/O) the CPLD has been factory programmed to handle only the Common Memory mode and IO modes. The CPLD of the UNCBASCF can be programmed for True IDE mode on demand.IMPORTANT NOTE: Jumper J4 is only used for True IDE mode. For normal use in Common Memory / IO modes, this jumper must be removed to avoid CPLD damage!IMPORTANT NOTE: Jumper J1/1-2 is only required when programming the Flash on the UNC20. In normal operation it should not be present, otherwise it is not possible to access the CompactFlash cards. IMPORTANT NOTE: Plug and play of CompactFlash cards is not supported! JTAG / DebuggingA JTAG interface is required both for debug purposes and for boundary scan testing of the UNC20 module during the manufacturing process. The address lines ADDR[5..9] from the processor are multiplexed with the 5 JTAG lines. The selection is done via the LEDLNK/SEL signal. JTAG is active when the LED, connected to LEDLNK/SEL, is shorted to ground. This is achieved by inserting a jumper (J1) on the base board. To activate the JTAG interface, the jumper has to be inserted.NOTE: the CPLD requires address lines 5 to 9, therefore when J1/1-2 is inserted it will not be possible to access CompactFlash cards. There are 3 connectors available on the base board for accessing JTAG on the UNC20 module: firstly, the ARM-defined 20-pin header (X4); secondly, the 8-pin header for FS Forth-Systeme’s JTAG Booster connected to UNC (X3); thirdly, the Parallel Port JTAG adapter (PPJ) is implemented on the board using a buffer together with a standard 25-pin parallel port connector (DB25P).There is a fourth JTAG connector (X7) for accessing the CPLD. This is also an 8-pin header for FS Forth-Systeme’s JTAG Booster.155.5.5. Parallel Port JTAG AdapterThe parallel port JTAG adapter allows for a direct connection between the host PCs parallel port and the JTAG pins of the UNC20. This allows a number of low-cost Development Tools to be used without additional hardware.A 25-pin male D-type connector (X5) is provided for this purpose.Pin Parallel Function JTAG Function2D0TDI3D1TMS4D2TCK5D3TRST#7D5Reset#8D6Port Sense10ACK#Port Sense12PE TDO15ERROR#VCC senseA parallel cable for connecting the host PC’s parallel port to X5 is provided with the UNC20 Developer’s Kit.5.5.6. JTAG BoosterFS Forth-Systeme offers a JTAG Booster which allows accelerated programming of the UNC20 on-board Flash. An 8-pin header (X3) is provided for connecting the JTAG Booster. It also allows the CPLD to be re-programmed, if connected to X7.Note that the JTAG Booster is not part of the standard UNC20 Developer’s Kit.165.5.7. ARM-standard JTAG ConnectorThe JTAG connector is a 20-pin header as defined by ARM Ltd. and can be used for connecting a range of development tools such as ARM’s Multi-ICE, Abatron’s BDI2000 and EPI’s JEENI.Pin Function Pin Function1 3.3V2 3.3V3TRST#4GND5TDI6GND7TMS8GND9TCK10GND11RTCK12GND13TDO14GND15SRST#16GND17N/C18GND19N/C20GND5.6. PeripheralsAn 8-bit data bus and 10-bit address bus are provided for connecting external peripherals to the UNC20. Two individually programmable chip selects (CS3# and CS4#) and an OE# (Output Enable) and WE# (Write Enable) signal allow a vast range of 8-bit peripherals to be connected directly to the UNC20 without any glue logic. In addition, the UNC20 module has two 8-bit General Purpose I/O ports (GPIO). Some of these 16 GPIO pins are already used on the base board. The following table gives an overview, showing those signals which are free to be used by additional hardware.1718Port A UsePort C UseA0Free C0Push-button (free ifdon't use button)A1Free C1Serial_1_CTS A2Free C2I2C (SDA)A3FreeC3Serial_1_RxD A4LED (free if jumper removed)C4Push-button (free if don't use button)A5FreeC5Serial_1_RTS (free if don't use Serial_1)A6LED (free if jumper removed)C6I2C (SCL)A7FreeC7Serial_1_TxD (free if don't use Serial_1)5.6.8. Switches and LEDsThe base board contains 2 push-buttons which can be used by the application to input information. Also 2 user LEDs are assembled to signal output activity for the applications. The 2 LEDs and 2 switches are connected to 4 GPIO pins.Since the LEDs use Port A4 and Port A6, which might be required by other peripherals, they can be disabled by removing J1/5-6.There is one LED that represents the Hard Disk activity.A fourth LED denotes power on.5.6.9. Access to UNC20 PinsUsers can freely access the UNC20 pins by means of the 42-pin header X6, which is not assembled. The Validation Suite has been designed for verifying the correctness for all relevant IBM Rational Rhapsody TestConductor Add On features for model based testing of IBM Rational Rhapsody models and code. By applying the validation suite a pre-qualification of the tool has been performed. “Pre-qualification” means it is a general tool qualification independent of a specific customer project. If the certification of a customer product requires tool qualification the validation suite can be used to support the tool qualification. The validation suite consists of∙detailed feature specifications∙detailed test specifications linked to feature specifications∙test implementations for test specifications and test resultsThe customer/user can use the Validation Suite to reproduce and verify the test results, and to enhance the test scope to user specific environments. The IBM Rational Rhapsody TestConductor Add On Validation Suite is not part of the IBM Rational Rhapsody TestConductor Add On installation. For each Rhapsody major release an appropriate IBM Rational Rhapsody TestConductor Add On Validation Suite is available. IBM Rational Rhapsody TestConductor Add On customers can get access to the validation suite through this link:https:///services/forms/preLogin.do?source=swg-rhp8tstcdtrThe IBM Rational Rhapsody TestConductor Add On Validation Suite is delivered as a password protected zip file. A valid IBM Rational Rhapsody TestConductor Add On license is needed to unzip it. The IBM Rational Rhapsody TestConductor Add On Validation Suite can be opened with the function“Rhapsody->Tools->TestConductor->Help->Open Report to the Certificate”.After invoking this function the tool displays a password to the user. This password should be used to unzip the file.Further distribution of the unprotected IBM Rational Rhapsody TestConductor Add On Validation Suite is strictly prohibited.2.7 IBM Rational Rhapsody SXF / SMXF Frameworks (C++ / C)IBM Rational Rhapsody provides an Object eXecution Framework (OXF) library that is used for standard C and C++ code generation. For safety-related development IBM Rational Rhapsody provides two dedicated libraries called Simplified eXecution Framework (SXF) and Simplified MicroC eXecution Framework (SMXF). The SXF library is the safety-related C++ framework library. It’s a comprehensive C++ library that is suitable to be used in safety-related production C++ code environments. The C counterpart of the SXF library is the SMXF library. This is a comprehensive C library that is suitable to be used in safety-related production C code environments. Both libraries are delivered as part of the standard Rhapsody installation kit for Windows.2.8 IBM Rational Rhapsody SXF / SMXF Validation SuitesIn order to be able using the SXF or SMXF for safety-related developments it is needed to do a systematic qualification of the simplified frameworks. The SXF and SMXF come equipped with validation suites containing:∙Test cases to verify functional correctness of the SXF/SXMF functionality∙Code coverage report after execution of the requirements based test suite∙Requirements coverage report using ReporterPlus. All framework classes and operations are traced to requirements∙MISRA compliance statementsBy executing the proper validation suite it can be verified that the chosen framework is fit for its purpose. Both validation suites are delivered as part of the standard Rhapsody installation kit for Windows.3.
