摘要

目前全球经济飞速发展，带来环境问题愈发明显，传统能源逐渐衰竭，鉴于此无碳小车的研制具有十分重要的意义。汽车虽然是21世纪最重要的交通工具，但他有许多弊端。汽车尾气污染是由汽车排放的废气造成的环境污染。可以说，汽车是一个流动的污染源。在世界各国，汽车污染早已不是新话题。20世纪40年代以来，光化学烟雾事件在美国洛杉矶、日本东京等城市多次发生，造成不少人员伤亡和巨大的经济损失！

在能源和环保的压力下，提高旧能源汽车的效率以迫在眉睫。目前的汽柴油内燃机热效率小于30%，如果算上机械效率以及其他的能量传递损失，则总效率仅占燃料放出热能的15%左右。毫无疑问，如果能够提高热机的效率，则可在一定程度上缓解目前的石油危机。

针对题目要求拟定了无碳越障小车的总体设计方案，通过计算分析完成了无碳越障小车的结构设计，绘制了装配图和部分主要零件图，通过模拟仿真验证了预定功能。

该自行小车在前行时能够以正弦曲线或余弦曲线轨迹自动避开设置的障碍

物。此模型最大的特点是将重力势能转化为齿轮的转动，进而根据大小齿轮的粘合带动驱动轮和转向轮，从而按照规定的路线完成任务。本文将对无碳小车模型的设计过程，结构功能特点等进行详细的介绍。

Abstract

Nowadays, the global economy developing rapidly ,brings increasingly obvious environment problems and the traditional energy is going to failure gradually.Auto though is the 21st century the most important traffic tools, but he has many shortcomings. Car exhaust pollution is by car exhaust emissions cause environmental pollution. Can say, the car is a flow sources of contamination. In the world, automobile pollution has not a new topic. Since the 1940s, photochemical smog event in USA Los Angeles, Tokyo to cities such as it has happened so many times that has caused a lot of casualties and huge economic losses！

On energy and environmental pressures, improve the efficiency of the old energy vehicles with imminent. The current steam diesel units, if less than 30% thermal efficiency is mechanical efficiency and other energy transmission loss, the total efficiency accounted for only about 15 per cent of fuel release heat. No doubt, if can improve the efficiency of the engine, it may be relieves the current oil crisis.

So the development of carbon-free car is great significance. Studying out the scheme design based on the requirments if this subject, finishing the physical design of the carbon-free car by computational analysis, drawing the assembly drawing and part of the mai n parts drawing, vertify the reservation function by pro/E’s simulation and making the physical prototype, finally reached the required function by the entity prototype presentation.

The car when traveling can be automatic avoid the barriers with sine curve track or cosine curve track. The model biggest characteristics is a potential energy into gear rotation, which according to the gear adhesive rotation that drive the driven wheel and steering wheel, than complete the task with the prescribed route .This paper will be detailing introduction.The carbon-free car model of the design process and the structure and function characteristics .
