Read and match.
My favourite sport is baseball. You play baseball on a field with a small white ball, called a baseball. You hit the ball with a long bat. There are two teams with nine players. One team throw and catches the ball. The other team hits the ball.
You can throw, run and bounce the ball, but you can’t run and carry the ball at the same time. The winning team is the team with more points after 40 minutes.
How many players are in a team?
Five players.
How can they get points?
By throwing the ball into a basket.
What can you do? What can't you do? You can throw, run and bounce the ball. You can't run and carry the ball at the same time.
Project: Make a ball.
You need: 200 grams salt or sand 5 balloons Scissors
How: 1.Cut the necks off all the balloons. 2.Put the salt or sand into the first balloon. 3.Open the second balloon and put your ball inside it. Put it over the necks of the first balloons. 4.Open the third balloon and put your ball inside it. 5.Repeat with the fourth balloon. 6.Put the last balloon over the ball. Now you’re ready to play.
