■ 魏静徐州市铜山区大许镇中心中学为了实现英语考试评价信息化、提高我省中考英语听力和口语测试评价信度和评价工作效率,江苏省从2009年起英语中考实行听力口语自动化考试,采用“人机对话”形式进行听力和口语二合一测试。

这种考试方式是在原来的“人人对话”、“师生对话”考试形式基础上所做的改进。

从2012年起,此考试共分为两大块,第一块是听力部分,计20分;第二块是口语部分,分为“朗读短文”、“情景问答”和“话题简述”三部分,计10分,总计30分。

“话题简述”是江苏省初中英语听力口语自动化考试的最后一项。

在《初中英语听力口语自动化考试训练材料》中一共涉及了20个不同的中心话题(Topics),每个中心话题都有两篇示例,每个示例都围绕一个中心进行不少于7句话的表述。

听力口语自动化考试命题时,将以其中一个样题为基础做变化,学生可以采用口语书上的原话,也可以用自己的语言准确无误地表达出来。

它的要求很明确,即考生按题目要求和提示要点连续说一段话,并能清楚地表达主要意思,不少于7句话,时间为1分半中。

“话题简述”部分作为口语考试的最后一项,占第二块的50%,可见其重要作用,它的特点也是显而易见的:首先,“话题简述”的测试要求完全符合《英语课程标准》《英语课程标准(2011年版)》明确提出了九年级学生的语言技能“说”的方面应达到五级要求,即“1. 能就简单的话题提供信息,表达简单的观点和意见,参与讨论; 2. 能与他人沟通信息,合作完成任务; 3. 能在口头表达中进行适当的自我修正; 4. 能有效地询问信息和请求帮助; 5. 能根据话题进行情景对话; 6. 能用英语表演短剧; 7. 能在以上口语活动中语音、语调自然,语气恰当。
