Don't Overthink。

However, it is important to remember that failure is a part of life and a stepping stone to success. Instead of dwelling on the fear of failure, we should embrace it as an opportunity to learn and grow.
Furthermore, overthinking can also be caused by a lack of self-confidence. When we doubt ourselves and our abilities, we tend to overthink and question every decision we make. Building self-confidence is crucial in overcoming overthinking. We can achieve this by setting realistic goals, celebrating our achievements, and surrounding ourselves with positive and supportive people.
In addition, overthinking can be reduced by practicing mindfulness and living in the present moment. Instead of constantly dwelling on the past or worrying about the future, we should focus on the present and fully engage in the activities we are doing. This can help us to be more present and mindful, reducing the tendency to overthink.
