双球囊导管和米索前列醇用于足月妊娠妇女引产的效果比较

Comparison of Efficacy of Double Balloon Catheter and Misoprostol in Inducing Labor in Women with Full-term Pregnancy/QU Chunyao，LIU Xiaoxia，YANG Lijie.//Medical Innovation of China， 2019，16（23）：130-133 【Abstract】 Objective：To compare the effect of double balloon catheter and Misoprostol in inducing labor in women with full-term pregnancy.Method：From March 2018 to March 2019，112 full-term pregnant women who underwent labor induction in our hospital were selected.According to the order of odd-even number， they were divided into control group and observation group，56 cases in each group.The control group used Misoprostol for labor induction，and the observation group used double balloon catheter for labor induction. The results of cervical maturation promotion，labor duration，success rate of labor induction，blood loss and neonatal score were compared between the two groups.Result：The total effective rate of cervical maturation in observation group was significantly higher than that in control group（P<0.05）.The success rate of labor induction was significantly higher than that in the control group（P<0.05）.The cesarean section rate was significantly lower than that in control group（P<0.05）.The first and total labor stages in the observation group were significantly shorter than those in the control group（P<0.05）.Neonatal score in the observation group was higher than those in the control group，and postpartum blood loss was significantly less than that in the control group（P<0.05）.Conclusion：Using double balloon catheter to induce labor in full-term pregnant women can shorten the length of labor，have higher success rate of inducing labor，and lower cesarean section rate， meanwhile，newborn score is higher，and the maternal blood loss is relatively low. 【Key words】 Double balloon catheter； Misoprostol； Term pregnancy； Induced labor First-author’s address：Jiamusi Maternity and Child Health Center，Jiamusi 154000，China doi：10.3969/j.issn.1674-4985.2019.23.033

【摘要】 目的：比较双球囊导管和米索前列醇在足月妊娠妇女引产中的效果。方法：选取 2018 年 3 月 -2019 年 3 月于本院引产的足月妊娠妇女 112 例，按照单双号的顺序分为对照组与观察组，各 56 例。对 照组采用米索前列醇引产，观察组采用双球囊导管引产。比较两组的促宫颈成熟效果、产程、引产结局、 产后出血量与新生儿评分。结果：观察组的促宫颈成熟总有效率显著高于对照组（P<0.05）；观察组引产 成功率显著高于对照组（P<0.05）；观察组剖宫产率显著低于对照组（P<0.05）；观察组第一产程与总产 程均显著短于对照组（P<0.05）；观察组新生儿评分高于对照组，产后出血量显著少于对照组（P<0.05）。 结论：采用双球囊导管对足月妊娠妇女进行引产，能缩短产程，具有更高的引产成功率和较低的剖宫产 率，同时产后新生儿评分更高，产妇出血量相对较少。 【关键词】 双球囊导管； 米索前列醇； 足月妊娠； 引产
