摘要：This invention regards the power electronic unit which has possessed the carrier element. On the carrier element, it was arranged in the same way on the carrier element, the electric power constitution element of the circuit (7) and the conductor road in order to connect the control constitution element electrically (5) is arranged. The carrier element is connected to the thermal conductivity casing constitution part and thermal conductivity of the casing which accommodates the carrier element here. The carrier element consists of the porous ceramic constitution part, the hole of the porous ceramic constitution part has filled up by the metal, the porous ceramic constitution part is covered by the thick film dielectric, the conductor road which is the thick film conductor road on the thick film dielectric (5) and the power constitution element (7) is stuck suffering, the conductor road (5) the electric power constitution element (7) with is connected to conductivity by the wax attaching. The carrier element, touching with the casing constitution part, is arranged here.
