Overnight Night Manager is responsible for hotel operation at night. All reports must be prepared accurately and professionally.
夜班经理负责酒店夜间的运作，并且精准，专业的准备所有报表。

Procedure
程序
1.During the night Manager is in charge of the hotel and responsible for all activities within
the hotel during this time.
夜班经理负责管理酒店内所有夜班事务。

2.Conduct hotel inspections as per check list.
巡楼
3.Receive hand over from afternoon shift ,Follow up in log book/trace report.
与中班交班,跟进工作记录本信息/跟踪报表。

4.Review balance of Expected Arrival.
处理未到预订。

5.Review room status.
查询房态。

6.Check and clear room discrepancy and due in.
检查和清除房差异房和预抵
7.Check Rate variance, Check room rate and rate code: check with RC, comment and
reservation form; ensure that there is the same as PMS. Especially complimentary room and house use.
查房价的差异, 检查并确保电脑上的房价与房价代码和入住登记单, 预订单是保持一致。

特别是免费房和内部用房。

8.Clear PF folio and C/O
清除假房里的帐并退掉
9.Print night report.
打印夜班报表。

rm user to close cashier before process “End of day”。

11.Run system night audit according to established procedure. （Manual operation until the
process is completed）
过夜审（夜审完成前不可在系统里面进行手工操作）
12.After “End of day”, Check in PF folio
夜审后，C/I假房
13.Print the report of After “End of day”.
打印夜审后报表
14.Finish the daily activity report.
完成“Daily activity”报表。

15.Update notice board.
更新大堂副理信息板。

plete log book for hand over to morning shift.
完成夜班工作记录和早班交班。
