一、教学内容分析

本课时为四年级下册Unit 4 (A) Let’s talk的第一课时,是一段小朋友和农场叔叔之间的对话,展现了小朋友们到农场参观,对很多事物都感到新鲜和好奇的场景,同时也激发起课堂上学生的兴趣,本单元的内容和实际生活息息相关。

二、教学目标

1、知识目标理解对话大意,并用正确的语音、语调朗读对话。能在情景中运用句型 Are these …? Yes, they are.What are these? They are…询问物品名称并作答。运用 They are good\so big!描述物品特点。

2、技能目标能在情景中运用句型 Are these …? Yes, they are.What are these? They are…询问物品名称并作答。运用 They are good\so big!描述物品特点。

3、情感目标 (1)培养学生善于观察,秦羽提问的习惯,激发学生的求知欲。

(2)鼓励学生多吃水果和蔬菜。

三、教学重点和难点

重点:1.掌握新单词carrots,tomatoes。 2. 能在情景中运用句型 Are these …? Yes, they are. What are these? They are…询问物品名称并作答。

难点:能够理解事物的复数的概念;掌握these的发音。

四、教学过程

Step 1 Warm up听歌热身并呈现主情景,复现水果,初步渗透新句型。

Listen a song 《These are apples》. Lovely fruits and vegetable. They’re at the farm. This class we’ll learn Unit 4 At the farm. (PPT出示课题,引入新课。)

Let’s meet a new friend. This is Uncle Sam.

What’s on his farm? Let’s go and have a look!Try to remember their

names.

教师出示词卡:these.简单教读:these.

师问What are these? Do you remember? 生说出水果名称。

师进一步补充Yes. / You’re right. These are ____. (水果名称,复数式)

They’re so big. They’re ____. (形容词: good / yellow / red / purple.)

师总结There are many fruits on his farm. There are also many vegetables on his

farm.

Step 2 Presentation

1、提出问题,第一遍视听课文内容

师引出本课话题:Look, Sarah and Mike are also at Uncle Sam’s farm.

They are not sure about the vegetables. So Sarah has a question. Mike has a question,too. Let’s listen, watch and find out.

学生找到两个问题:Are these carrots? What are these?

根据学生的回答,句中问号变为具体的问题句子。

第一句:出示词卡教读;师板书:carrots(将词卡贴到词附近)然后指导朗读问句。注意语音语调的朗读指导。

第二句:指导these的朗读。

2、提出问题,第二次视听课文内容

1)Answer Sarah’s question.

找出两到问题的答案Now let’s listen to Uncle Sam’s answer.

师根据学生的回答。学习板书句子:Yes, they are.

2)运用图片,机械操练上面的主句型:Are these ---?

青萝卜、红萝卜、土豆(教读单词:potatoes)、胡萝卜

引导学生用Are these carrots? 参照ppt的图片根据自己的生活经验回答。

3)Answer Mike’s question

继续找第二个问题的答案What are these? What is Uncle Sam’s answer?

根据学生的回答。学习并板书句子:They’re tomatoes.)(先单数后复数,tomato es,将词卡贴到词附近。)注意语音语调的朗读指导。

师补充Why doesn’t Mike know the tomatoes?

Because they’re yellow. So Mike says: “But they’re yellow.”

4) 运用图片,机械操练上面的主句型:What are these ?

PPT呈现各种各样的西红柿图片What are these?

They’re tomatoes. They’re big. They’re red.

They’re tomatoes. They’re small. They’re yellow. They are green.

5)学生体验

师拿出西红柿:(洗干净放在盘子里)教师自己先吃一个,引出句子:They’re good. Yum.

Look! Here are some tomatoes. They’re fresh. I like it. Let me taste.

They’re good. Yum.教师对学生说:Would you like to try some?

生会答Yes. Thank you. 学生吃
