在这次活动中,截止到5月1日,所有营销代表8名开户数共计199户,其中有效户100户,入金量472,7829元,在统计完每一个营销代表所开发客户的情况后,与经理核对,我又将银行员工介绍的客户挑选出来,按户进行现金奖励。

其中,奖励的发放工作已经和经理共同发放完毕。

因为客户经理的离职,我去了农行进行驻点工作。

其实营销就是一种沟通,沟通的方式,沟通的时宜都需要自己去把握。

尽量将客户对自己的反感程度降至最低,这样才能把握机会,让他乐意接受我们的产品。

然而大家在沟通上或许表现的并不是很到位,有自尊心方面的原因,有性格上面的局限,有节奏上把握的不准,所以很多人并没有去有效的沟通,可能与之交流的仅仅只是一张无声的宣传单。

有了这次的经历,再有自己的思索,因而也在后来交行的驻点工作中切实用到了。

服务部新入一名营销代表,培训工作开始了。

除了每天下午对她进行基础培训之外呢,我想,我更多的是在向她传递我们这一行所需要的职业操守和对工作的态度。

在每一次接听咨询电话,在每一次接待客户的工作当中,让她正真意义上的理解自己的工作是一种服务性质的工作。

后来,我还单独带她进驻交行。

一年前,一群大胆创新、勇于开拓的人们在这片荒芜的土地上,开始了艰难的旅程,而我也希望能成为这艰难孤独旅程上一分子。

所以,试用期中如何去认识、了解并熟悉自己所从事的行业,便成了我的当务之急。

一、通过理论学习和日常工作积累使我对工业园有了较为深刻的认识。

记得初到工业园时,我拿到的第一份资料就是工业园的一期招商画册,然而对于杨市长致辞的理解也仅停留在字面上,这里所有的一切对于我来说,既新鲜也处处存在挑战。

不懂就学,是一切进步取得的前提和基矗在这段时间里我认真学习了工业园的各相关资料,阅读了《招商引资运作全攻略》、《成功的引资》并从网络上摄取了大量的有用素材,再加上日常工作积累使我对工业园有了较为深刻的认识,也意识到了工业园的建设对推动怀化工业化进程的巨大作用。

我们的工业园她不仅仅是企业的聚集地,更重要的是作为入园企业的孵化器,工业园的各项政策对入园企业均有着举足轻重的影响,我国大部分高新技术企业、大中型企业均分布在工业园区内。

初到公司时心中的那份忐忑不安也被一扫而空,加快我融入了这个年轻的团队。

在随后几周的的工作、学习中,我了解了公司的发展方向和策略,清楚了各部门的职责,明白了公司的业务流程,自我的职责也更清楚。

为了近快的接触设计工作项目经理安排我跟同事参加了几次工程现场勘察和技术交流,明确了勘察工作中注意的事项、需采集的现场数据和随后需要完成设计方案的工作:1、勘察调研,负责整理查勘资料并进行分析处理,2、根据查勘资料,提出工程建设原则、建设思路、建设方案,与建设方讨论。

3、负责与客户项目主管及工程人员的技术汇报、交流和沟通,明确并满足客户要求4、按国家及行业规范、设计院相关规定及设计范本,正确编制完整的设计文件,图纸及概预算5、负责专业设计文件的编制、送审、修改和出版、对设计中出现的问题作来源理6、参与建设方的各种评审会议,及时处理评审中出现的问题7、与建设方坚持良好的沟通,获得信息和资料,做好后期客户服务,满足客户要求这个月里我领悟到了要成为优秀设计人员的必备条件:1、具有专业知识,作为一名设计人员,必须要有专业技能、工作要细心、谨慎,优质的设计质量对自我、对公司、对客户负责。
