本公司生产的计量泵,其技术参数、检验规则等均严格执行国家标准GB7782-1996《计量泵》的各项规定。

计量泵按液力端型式可分为柱塞式和隔膜式两大类。

本公司计量泵可按机座分有近二十几种系列产品。

通常以单联参数供用户选用,也可根据需要实现同机座同规格的多联组合和不同机座不同规格的组合,特别使用于工艺流程中多组份介质的比例输送。

计量泵的流量调节有两种:一是采用改变泵的柱塞行程长度(最佳相对行程长度为30-100%),行程调节可以在停机或运行时进行。

Make sure that themotor case temperature does not exceed 90 °C(194 °F) during operation of the motor. Operationexceeding case temperature 90 °C (194 °F) maysignificantly deteriorate the coils and ball bearings ofthe motor and shorten the motor’s life span. Motorcase temperature can be measured by fixing athermometer on the motor surface. It can also bemeasured using thermo tape or a thermocouple.• To change rotation direction of the single-phasemotor, wait until the motor completely stops.Otherwise its direction may not change or may takemuch time to change.Rotating direction of the gearhead output shaftThe rotating direction of the gearhead output shaft may be opposite that of the motor shaft, depending on the gear ratio. 以下为面板及按键功能说明:消参数设置,泵启动/停止二.操作说明1.计量泵启动后,出现下图之版本介绍画面:2. 首先经过延迟时间(时间依照设定值设定),计量泵才会启动开始加药。

《DELAY》画面,按下任意键取消:3. 接着画面显示《STROKES》(依照设定的工作模式显示工作状态),如下图所示:启动/停止计量泵《ESC》键有两个功能,一是取消及放弃参数设置功能;二是作为计量泵的启动/关闭功能。

计量泵于《OFF》状态时,无法进入功能设置页面进行参数设置,如下图所示,按住《ESC》键(约3秒钟)启动计量泵;任何时间或任何设置页面按住《ESC》键(约3秒)可停止计量泵。

(OFF-停止,ON-启动)动作模式设置MODE-PROG[1]VMS MF型计量泵可工作于七种不同模式,分别为:CONSTANT/定量式、DIVIDE/脉冲分配式、MULTIPL Y/脉冲乘算式、PPM/百分比浓度控制式、BATCH/批量式、VOLT/电压控制式、mA/电流控制式。

我们的计量泵都是脉冲输出信号所以只需设置两个参数就可以实现计量泵的加药动作。

MULTIPLY/脉冲乘算式-MOD[03]接收脉冲水表或其他脉冲讯号来源,计量泵以倍数进行加药动作。

倍数最小值为1,错误的数值计量泵将不会储存。

若觉得加药太慢可以适当的增加倍数。

按《向上/向右》键修改参数值,按《E》键储存设置,按《ESC》键放弃修改或离开。

同时设置《DELAY TIME》(讯号周期时间),计量泵将自动把动作间隔平均分散于下一个脉冲讯号之前,请参考初始设置说明《DELAY-SET[05]》。

设置SETUP-PROG[2]除了动作模式设置之外,另外有参数需进行设置,由《MODE-PROG[2]》选单进入。

TIMEOUT/脉冲间隔时间-SET[05]此设置仅对《MULTIPL Y》(脉冲乘算式)动作模式有效。

当计量泵接收到水表的讯号后就开始动作,动作时间为第一个脉冲至下一个脉冲的时间段。

蠕动泵是通过挤压软管实现液体的输送,因此这种泵输送的液体在泵内只经过软管,没有死角,因此极易清洗,不会产生残留,非常适合于需要洁净输送的用途。

再因为蠕动泵每转一圈都会输出固定量的流体,因此蠕动泵也非常精准,可以通过调速和计时的方式实现精确的计量输送。

蠕动状态的软管就像人的肠道一下推动管内的流体,因此不会对流体产生挤压和破坏,不像离心泵的高速叶轮会对流体中的固体产生叶轮旋切。

因此,在每天只用几个小时的场合下,此种安装方式最适宜。

安装时只可用手紧固,切不可使用工具。

料液的注入:将料液加入敞口容器。

每台计量泵在出厂时均带有防虹吸弹簧,该弹簧装在泵的出口处,可以防止由于大气压力而引起的料液倒流,还可以起到泵出口处的密封作用。

*防虹吸阀如果可能发生虹吸现象,应在计量泵的出口处安装防虹吸阀,以此代替计量泵的出口阀。

在拆卸出口阀时,应注意不要丢失诸如阀内的小球、垫片等小零件。

防虹吸阀不是100系列计量泵的标准配件,如用户需要,需另外付款购买。

*料液的注入点如果化学料液在注入点处不能迅速地稀释,可能在注入点处造成管线的腐蚀。

只要将进料管的末端接入流动的管线中即可。

*计量泵安装中的注意事项化学料液由三通管加入系统时,不要将进料管的末端从上垂直接入系统或水平接入系统,否则可能造成管线的腐蚀或结垢。

计量泵的最高安装尺寸为1.5米;安装完毕之后,所有的箭头均应指向上方。

启动隔膜式化学计量泵:*电源计量泵的电压为230伏,频率50赫兹。

*计量泵的试运转所有的计量泵在出厂时均用水进行了试运转,如果输送的料液与水混合时会发生化学反应(如硫酸),则应在使用前将泵头拆开,彻底干燥隔膜及阀座,然后投入使用。

如果料液需注入到带压系统内,那么在试运转时,应先将泵的出料管暂时拆下来,接通电源后,逆时针旋松锁紧手柄,将输出调节钮按逆时针调至最大,然后锁紧该手柄。

几分钟后,料液将被送至泵头。

注意:计量泵运行时可以调节泵的流量,但不可用力旋转表盘。

如果几分钟后,料液未能送至泵头,则应将出口组件拆下来,将料液灌入泵体,复位后再启动计量泵。

操作时应配带防护手套和防护眼镜。

一旦计量泵试运转完毕,应切断电源,将各组件拆下来,并立即清洗残留的料液,然后将计量泵的输出调节钮调至工作位置。

如不将拆卸计量泵的出口组件,也可以使用回流管线试泵。

批料输送
ORLITA®计量泵完全适用于批料的计量投加,主要是依据限定冲程的循环交替发出来完成,另外还可以计数冲程量。

这种计数方式可以简单地设定批料量。

特性
其显著特点是:一个流量值可以在多个输出压力下达到。

计量泵的流量与设定的冲程长度和冲程频率成线性关系。

这种线性关系提供给我们一种非常简单的容量调节方式。

曲轴传动装置
ORLITA®计量泵装配有坚固耐用的曲轴传动装置,分成两种系列,都是正向返回型,这样可以保证整个泵集料的可靠运行。

冲程长度可以通过手动、电动或气动方式在运行和静止状态下进行调节。

冲程可以从0至最大量无限调节。

实际设定值可以在计数器或显示器上读出。

多联泵可以是同一类型的泵相连接,也可以是不同类型的泵通过不同曲轴传动装置来连接。

曲轴传动装置S系列
曲轴传动装置S系列是被使用在ORLITA®柱塞计量泵和隔膜式计量泵。

不同的曲轴传动装置对多种泵头进行模组合,从而
达到经济运行。

曲轴传动装置S系列内部没有设置减速齿轮。

可以通过外部的减速齿轮来设定不同的冲程频率。

特别在多泵头的场合下,能达到很高的运行效率。

曲轴传动装置S系列的冲程调节是通过一个机械杠杆在一个固定的底部死区内完成,这种特点对于高压力场合很适用。

曲轴的旋转轴和机械杠杆上的转动部件都保证了计量泵运行的耐腐蚀和高过载的安全性。

曲轴传动装置Rb系列
Rb系列的曲轴传动装置是设计用在无阀式柱塞计量泵DR上。

曲轴的特殊构造可以完成两种机械运动-往复运动(柱塞冲程)和旋转(出入口控制)。

通过内设蜗轮装置降低驱动电机的速率来达到泵所要求的冲程频率。
